I was sold the wrong coils and voopoo top. I went back right away to get a refund and the correct pieces and was refused a refund. It was over 40 dollars for the two items I cannot return due to their all sales are final policy. I have spent a lot of money at this location was very disappointed that I was not heard. They called the manager and he also refused a refund. In one breath the worker said he had no idea there was another size top and then said a few sentences later that Voopoo has SO many different products and he doesnt know them all. If I was told there were different sizes and there was a chance it might be the wrong size I would have not bought them.I recently bought the vape so I was unaware there were different sizes. I will never shop here again and will tell other vape friends about this.

They sell you products that dont fit you vape and do not refund you the money. The employees are not educated on the devices they sell. The all sales are final policy is wrong and I have spent over a thousand dollars at this store in total. Not anymore! Lost my business over 40 bucks! This place sucks. Go down the street!

Thanks for all the years, will sorely miss it, no other vape store in the city had a selection like you.(They are closing at the end of August 2024)

For me, the most important thing about a vape shop is the staff. They should be knowledgeable in what they are selling, know whats new in stock and hardware, and give recommendations on what they sell based on popularity or experience. This is the only shop in Pittsburgh Ive found in the past 4 years that has all 3 with each and every employee there. They know what flavors they carry, they know what hardware (coils, pods, mods etc.) I need, and Im always in and out in about 3 minutes. This shop, to me, is the definition of a great vape shop.

Always have what I’m looking for! Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and so very nice! Won’t go anywhere else!

This is my go-to Vape Shop. Im never disappointed when I leave there. The employees are so knowledgeable about thier products that they know exactly what you would like or need one you ask. I never go out 88 so i have to make a special trip just to go here and its worth it! Trust me you wont go anywhere else once you shop here! These boys are great!

No refund or exchanges. I bought 2 batteries of them and the employee even told me to hang on the the receipt incase the batteries were faulty. I asked him how long I have to return them. He said 30 day. I went back 2 days later to return them because the problem is my mod and not the batteries and I got no refunds or exchanges. You all should get on the same page. Its a good thing I didnt buy a mod off them. I would hate to throw $80 down the toilet is I bought a broken mod.

Absolute joke.The employees will specifically hand you items that they say will work. When you find out they don’t work they refuse refunds.Joke of a store. If you are going to have a no refund policy, maybe actually train your employees correctly.

Large selection of juices that are somewhat well priced. They have a knowledgeable staff, offer military discounts, and have a perks program. Unfortunately they have a rather small selection of mods. For the most part the coils they carry are only for the most recent/popular tanks. I still come here if I run out of something and dont have time to wait for it to come online.

Nice selection with very helpful staff. I always go here for my vaporizer needs and always leave satisfied. Only complaint is can be pricey but I assume they have competitive pricing.

Ive visited here a few times and of course they were friendly when I was spending all my money, but then when a week later, my battery fizzled out they gave me a hard time about replacing or exchanging the device...mind u, I didnt want money back, just an exchange. They finally decided that 6.50 and a new charger would be what they gave me and wrote it on a receipt but when I brought the signed receipt back to use it, they gave me a problem then as well. They are very rude and crooks if u ask me

Very pleasant staff. Always have in stock the items I want. Well stocked different varietys to pick from. I would highly recommend checking place out. Prices are resonable.

Oh my gosh I forgot about this place I live in the Bethel Park area and this is literally 10 minute walking distance from my apartment I used to go to Steel City Vapor or speed Mart and Dormont Village but now this is going to be my neighborhood Vape smoke shop they are highly underrated and I highly recommend if you vape or do e-liquid this will not be a regrettable trip

I quit smoking last year using a Juul but wanted to switch to a different system since its so expensive and limited when it comes to flavors. I researched online but it was very overwhelming with all the choices and information I simply didnt understand. I drove by their shop and decided to take a look. They took their time with me and explained how to use the device I bought even so far as to show me how to fill the tank. I am very happy to have stopped in and will come back time and time again even though I live closer to other places.

Clerks were friendly and informative, helped me to find the vaping device that fit my needs. I purchased a vape device that was malfunctioning after about two weeks of using it, after diagnosing the problem and figuring out the probable reasons, they gladly exchanged it for a new one. Really made my day because I had a few accessories (coil heads) which could only be used with that device and I hated the idea of them going to waste. They also got me started in their loyalty program, which is definitely a nice reward. I like the idea of getting something for free every once in awhile, and I think if you pay $1 you can try out different flavors as well, good idea if you ask me. So all in all, Im very pleased with their service and knowledge, not to mention their rewards program, good stuff.😊

Very friendly service, great selection and knowledgeable sales folks. Easy to find and, even though its in a kinda busy area in Castle Shannon, there was lots of parking (so it was very convenient to shop there; T stop and Ice Castle skating rink right across the street, too).Very cool store front, the shop has a nice atmosphere and lots of product choices. Highly recommend Steel City Vapors...you should go there for all your E-Cig needs.

Overall great experience. Friendly staff, great selection of both liquids and products, nice look, free coffee and most importantly a taste station. I didnt know that they had a location in Monroeville where I live as well, but now that I do, this will be my #1 shop, period. If you live in Castle Shannon and you vape, this is the place that you need to be!

These guys have tons of experience to help you with almost every tobacco/nicotine vaping need. Their prices and selection are really good and to top that off they have a pretty great rewards program.One of my biggest factors that brings me back: they are on the forefront for helping vapors, and fighting bogus legislation and misinformation that damages vape community. Derek was awesome. Most friendly and knowledgable vape employee I have interacted with in a very long time. He definitely secured a regular customer at this shop. I have super limited knowledge about Vapes and he explained everything to me in a easy to digest way, and also knew a lot about RDA and rebuildable coils for my more advanced partner. Ill be coming back for sure and really appreciated his knowledhe and attitude!! :)

Nice shop. Friendly people. A good place to get a setup, and try some juices. Hardware is decently priced. Juice a little bit overpriced, but youll have that for the convenience of a brick and mortar store. In the end, a LOT cheaper than buying e-cigs from gas stations, or the mall.*edit* I bumped them to five stars, as they replaced my SVD with no questions asked, after the button failed within the 3 month warranty.

Very personable and knowledgeable. For a new vaper like me, they gave me great advice about juice flavor profiles. For an experienced vaper like my boyfriend, they can discuss tanks and coil building and such with confidence. Thanks, dudes!

Absolute worst employees. They sold me atomizers for my vape and then refused to exchange them when it was the wrong item. Extremely rude. Will never return. Would start smoking again first. Would give negative 100 stars if possible. stay away

Everything about this Vape shop is great. From the mass juice and item selection to the prices. They have every product you can imagine and as for customer service, its spot on. You would never leave the shop without being satisfied of your purchase. And on top of everything the atmosphere in the shop is very homely. You never feel like a bother or out of place. Great staff, only place that always seems to have my juice in stock at all times. I drive pretty far out of my way to go here and its worth it.

My wife and I went in without any knowledge of vapors. We wanted a way to quit smoking and everything else we tried did not work. The staff was very helpful and explained everything to us so we knew what to buy. I would and will recommend this store to everyone. Thanks for the great service.

Went here after trying 6 other vape shops around Lawrenceville/Downtown area because I just wasnt satisfied with the customer service, knowledge of staff or selection. I spoke to a guy named Justin, as a beginner I was really intimidated, but he made me comfortable and really knew his stuff. I basically told him I wanted to quit smoking and he explained everything to me broke the vape down section by section. He was patient let me try some of the juices helped me pick my first vape and also showed me how to assemble the vape. It was definitely worth the hour plus bus ride out 10/10 would highly recommend!

Went to the Monroeville shop. Great friendly staff. Tons of selection on e-liquids. Prices are not as low as what you can find online (hence the 4 stars), but worth it for the in-person service and demos.

Sells high quality e-liquid and products guaranteed. A different store I used to go to in Dormont used to sell knock off merch & their juice would turn black in the cold which is not supposed to happen at all! This store has never let me down.

Steel City is the best vape shop in town. They ha e the biggest selection of quality juices in Pittsburgh. They also have specials all the time. Highly, highly recommend this become your main vape store.

Out of Towner here. Spent the weekend in Pittsburgh and hit this shop on a whim and let me tell you, I was very impressed. Ive been a vaper for 5 years now and it is so nice to go into a shop of knowledgeable young people, who dont pressure you to buy the newest mod or most expensive juice. Spent time talking with Gavin, a young sales representive with a good head on his shoulders. Please do yourself a favor and check this shop out!

This is a local store, these folks are great. some of the nicest people i have met. the store front is a cozy and warm welcoming place. you can take your vape stuff in and hang out. great people and great products

Been going here for a year or 2 now even got rewards with them..I had went in to buy a vape for my mom forgot my id at home, they wouldnt even let my mom buy it bc I came in with her.. trouble service will never go there again.. I will be telling friends and family not to go here 👎

Very helpful staff, good selection of vape mods and Ejuice. Prices are about the same as other shops, but the products are more to choose from and the staff gladly answers questions other places barely will.

Sold me juice with double the strength of nicotine that I had asked for. Refused to make it right when I brought it back to the store. Won’t be going here again. There’s better places around..
