Tiny Box Vape Shop

Trying to quit smoking for some time now. Went out to another vape shop and got some bad advice to where I feel like I ended up smoking more. These guys in tiny box just straight up blew my mind in such a great way. Feel like Im walking out of there with a plan for success. Didnt gash me on price and it wasnt a sales pitch that I was getting. They were genuinely interested in making sure that I was satisfied. Even if it meant down the road they would lose a customer. They fill your mind with great knowledge and ultimately made the whole experience Incredible. I highly recommend this place. Thanks boys. I appreciate all your help.

Stopped in today looking for a specific vape . The guy working was kicked back in the chairs I thought he was a customer until he approached me, however he’s a real condescending dude asked him about the vape was gonna go get it to show him and he goes it’s okay I’ll never carry it those exact words . This shop is almost laughable I’ve worked in smaller owned shops like these and customer requests is the biggest thing always inquire and attempt to bring in the product , Maybe he was just having a bad day either way it’s unacceptable . The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

No matter the location tinybox has great people and gives a barbershop atmosphere, a place to come and vent a little about life before purchasing supplies.Plus prices and promotions its pretty much Disney for people who vape in the Pittsburgh area.

Fairly new customer and I’ve been there a handful of times but I must say that Gavin has been there each time and is the freaking man. I bought a vape with some advice from him that was really handy and was super pleased. A couple days later I started having issues with my system and went back to the shop where my boy Gavin was super helpful and got me right. Excellent service and selection, staff is attentive amd friendly09/23/23 - I left my initial review a couple years ago and thought I would leave an update. Previously I was purchasing things for a family member but I recently purchased a vape for myself, my first. The guy with glasses(whose name I cant recall) waited on me and his product knowledge and customer service are excellent. Pricing is reasonable and the selection is large. The only suggestion I would make would be to offer some sort of variety pack or product sampler. Overall however I cannot say enough good things about Tiny Box and will definitely be a return customer.

After quitting smoking and moving to disposable vapes that left my mouth in horrible condition I decided to try a real vape instead-This place was awesome, I was nervous they wouldnt want to deal with me bc I had my two kids in tow but they were full of knowledge, told me what I had been doing wrong, and were just so overall kind and patient. My friends kept telling me to shop online and theres no way Id do that when this great store with a great staff exists! Ill gladly give them my service forever. If youre new or experienced to vaping this is the shop to go to.

Awesome shop. Gavin helped me out, and when I got a disposable vape that didn’t work right, he hooked me up with a replacement when he didn’t have to. Definitely a reliable and trustworthy location, I get all my vapes there now. 10/10!

I started shopping at Tiny Box a month or two ago and I can’t say enough about these guys. My first visit I was looking to move away from pods and pretty much got a full consultation to get me the right setup and excellent juices. Every time I go in I am treated like “it’s my birthday” and they even remember my flavor preferences to make recommendations. Since finding Tiny Box I officially do not shop online for my vape products- it might be cheaper but Tiny Box provides an experience that you just can’t get shopping online. I will gladly spend a few more of my hard earned dollars to support a local business that values their customers the way these guys do👍🏼

The gentleman that owns the vape shop is super nice. Bought a mod and it had issues. Most vape shops will not exchange the mods and dont care that you purchased it and now youre stuck with a lemon. He trouble shot the service and verified that it had issues and he swapped it. I get juice from here all the time.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable and at home while deciding which juice to purchase. We even chatted for a while longer after the purchase was complete and he welcomed my questions and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase anything vape related to stop by.

I am quiting smoking and I hope this tool will help me succeed. The shop owner worked with me to help select the vape machine and tasted the different juices. He took the time to explain the machine, maintenance and the operation of the machine. I was very satisfied with the experience I had at the Tiny Box.

Mike, the owner of the shop, is super knowledgeable. He treats every customer the same. Each and everyone is treated with the utmost respect. He took his time with us asking questions of what our needs were to give us the correct fit for what vape and juice would suit us. That is true service and not just sales. I appreciate that type of integrity and customer service. This shop is a little out of our way of where we live, but definitely worth the value of service and products we purchased. This place is great. You walk in and feel at ease.. they are like a fun family. Super friendly.. and very knowledgable. These guys know what they are talking about! And they obviously care. I HIGHLY recommend.Update: I walked in here almost 2 years ago, trying to quit smoking. The owner told me exactly what I needed, let me try a bunch of different juices, and explained everything to me. I havent touched a cigarette since the day I left. Im so thankful. I bought my vape at another store and the sales person didn’t know much about about the device but got it on an impulse buy. Walked into Tiny Box Vape Shop and Mike told me all about my vape, how to get the best use of what I had and answer all my questions. Mike was able to point me towards flavors based on things I liked and was out the door in no time! Very knowledgeable and really listened and help tune my vape to me. Best Vape place in Pgh. I walked in and the guys were chill and laid back, it felt like I pulled up at a friends house. He explained what I needed and why, showed me how to use my mod better!! Im in the midst of quitting cigarettes and he was able to tell me what I should do to make it an easier transition. Most importantly they made sure I felt good spending my money there and didnt try to keep up charging me because Im a newer user!

Been getting my vape supplies from Tiny box for years and never had a bad experience. TBVS is the go to spot. The staff at both locations are super helpful, respectful, patient and especially safe. Really, how often do you go into a store and are greeted by staff who know what they selling and help you find exactly what youre looking for? They ALWAYS have what Im looking for and more. There are regular promos for free juice, coils, tanks, mods, and pretty much everything. It pays to be a regular too, their rewards program scores me free juice every few visits. Highly recommended.

Time for a long over due review. This vape shop hits the standard to be your place to go and so much more. Got what you need, end of story. Now to the important part, It VERY clean, the staff is awesome and knows about vape. But the BIG thing is, the owner works there and super involved with his business. Ive been going to tiny box for about 6 months now, and Ive never had a better experience at any other shop. Mike and Eddie are both very knowledgeable, but also very kind and helpful. Theyre both willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer has a great experience.

I visited this shop today because of the ratings and thought Id give it a shot. Honestly I completely agree with the negative reviews. When I entered the shop I was not greeted, like not a word, however two other customers entered after me and were warmly welcomed immediately, which I was taken aback by. Anyhow, I literally stood at the door waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was a customer in need of assistance. Still nothing so I took it upon myself to ask if someone could help me. I agree with the uncomfortable feeling when entering the shop. Customer service is big when you are looking to attract loyal customers. So the service definitely sucked and as for the prices they seem to be the same as all the other shops I have visited unless prices change depending on the customer. For now on I will visit the shop on Mcknight. I had a great experience there when I purchased my fiances vape. My advice to the owner treat every customer like your awesome *** customers and you just might have an amazingly successful business. I do realize that there has been many positive reviews and honestly I dont know how that could be. I wish I could have given this shop no stars. I pray this review will inspire the staff to treat every person who enters this shop as a valued customer in the future. As for me I will NEVER step foot back into this place.

So these kind folkes helped me out with my first mod. I had so many questions. And they not only were they busy. But they answered and showed me step by step. Had many flavors to choose from. And very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them stop in you never know whats in store. Cigarette free for 3 months now thanks to these awesome people and there shop.

Tiny box vapes is a tiny store for sure but there is a good selection of vape juices as wells as everything else you would need to vape from beginner to pro. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have without being condescending or too technical. The prices are very reasonable with deals regularly, promotions and a rewards system with every dollar you spend equaling to points that ultimately save you even more money. A very inviting atmosphere I never felt as if I was being roped into buying something I didn’t want or need.

Just purchased one of my favorite juices Cloud Nerdz Watermelon Apple and when I got home I found out its a ice version but it was in the regular box. Can someone please help me with this. Be happy to change this to a 5 stat reveiw.Rick V.

I stumbled in here confused and not really knowing what I wanted, although Mike was slammed with several costumers he multitasked and let me try several amazing juices all the while educating on what mod to buy. I was ready to spend several hundred and he talked me out of it because it wasnt the best move for me. He was super patient and helped me get the correct gear and liquid and because of him Im confident some day soon I (like several of his costumers I met) will be freed from the grips of big tobacco!!

I smoked cigs for 20 yrs and I just started vaping to quit smoking then Im going to take myself down on the nicotine to b completely done. So Im a beginner and I know absolutely nothing about vaping, different style vapes, strength of the hit, coils, priming coils, the different juices, flavors, strengths.. its alot to not know u need to learn about. Any vape shops Id go to would look at me and just stand there. id try to ask questions but its hard to ask questions about what u dont know about to ask. Id let them know Im a beginner and know nothing and pls help me. Pretty much every single one would just have a like smug attitude and ask what do I want.. and point at where the vapes were. So I just picked one that looked the most like a cig to me which was a cylinder style one. Then ask what juice I wanted out of hundreds and thousands and Id get anxiety cause I felt annoying and Id just point at something. The best was when theyd still ask me what strength? Ha. Idk 159? So I was just grabbing random strengths because literally nobody would help me and I felt like an intruder in a club I wasnt wanted in and then I walked into tiny box vape shop and the Vape Gods of Knowledge with style and class and taste opened the doors to me! Seriously tho. He explained what style vape I would probably like in the beginning based on the type of cigs I smoked and the how I like my cig to hit, told me how to use them to quit smoking cigs (SUCCESS!!!🙏🏼👏👏👏), What type of juices to use if I want to quit, asked me about different flavors I personally liked alot and gave me a nice selection of choices to pick from to help give me direction in what to look at when Im vape juice shopping, broke down the strengths and what would b good for me to start on and good periods to b on till I go down in strength.. actually welcoming and didnt make me feel like I was an idiot for not just knowing what I want when it comes to vaping already.. I bought a new vape off him and I luv it! I can adjust the puff to the way I am already used to when smoking cigs, omg my new vape juices r just heavenly, showed me how to prime a coil and when is good timing to change them to which I had no clue evn tho I asked other vape shops and was using the same coil in my cylinder style one for almost a month ànd couldnt understand why my hits tasted burnt and hurt my throat to the point I didnt know if I could bare to vape anymore but I wanted to quit smoking cigs so badly that Im glad I didnt give up till I walked into tiny box vape shop. Now I feel like a pro! I have boxes of new coils for both my vapes for when I like to change up flavors or the vape just needs changed out. Im priming like a beast! And again, I no longer smoke cigs at all in less than a month! And have already dropped down in my vape nic strength. I recommend anyone going here! Even if its a trip. I have a vape shop literally walking distance from my house.. a very well known name. Theres many of them in PGH. But I choose to pay 60 bucks to take an Uber to tiny box vape shop and back. So that should give u a good radar on just how impressed I am with their level of customer service, knowledge, and commitment to their customers satisfaction I am. I will pay for better quality service. These other shops acting like they got a stick in their behinds aint cute and nobody wants to deal with that or come back to that experience again. So good luck to them ✌️ I dont usually do reviews unless something seriously moved me to and Ive been moved and I am new vaper that does not smoke cigs anymore 🥰👏👏👏 oh, I was a Newport smoker btw! Ive been vaping for a little over 2 years, and i have yet to come across a better vape store. These guys almost always have what i need. Are knowledgeable about their products. And they have testers for you to actually TRY the flavors. Would recommend to anyone needing vape supplies.

My husband and I walked with no knowledge of vaping other than it could help us stop smoking. Mike, Evan, and Kayla were all so friendly and extremely patient and helpful. Mike made sure we tried enough juices so that we got something we would like. Taught us about the different mods, and how to operate them. Gave us some super awesome deals too! Definitely will be the only vape shop I go to!

This place has the best mods and devices at prices other stores cant touch. Walked into this place thinking is was just another shop, the feeling you get when you walk in tells that they care. Mike works hard to help people make the healthy choice and talks people through the process and choices vaping offers.

I have been to 3 other vape shops in the greater NA County area and this is by far the best. I bought a very expensive Vape for my first use, I have to say I agree with other bad reviews. The arrogance is horrible here, the one I bought was leaking, I was given a used piece off the shelf as a replacement. I also had a problem with back spit with the new device I bought, the second one was worse then the first. When I asked about purchasing a tank to correct the problem, all I got was told my terminology was wrong, but no help to fix the device I payed for.So its clear, I went to another Vape shop, problem fixed with the correct attitude.I also sent two family members that spent around 100 each.I would not recommend.

Everyone at the shop are so kind and patient. When I walk in I feel like Im entering a friends home. Always welcome with a smile. They all are also very educated with the products and always offer different suggestions based on your usual taste.

Friendly guys in the shop. They have a super slim selection of products though. I would love to see more pod devices and newer models. Their stock always seems to be a few models behind of what’s actually on the market.

The staff here was very helpful. I have never owned a vape and was trying to quit smoking. Mike showed me a variety of options and did not pressure me to buy any particular one. I came to this place to quit smoking. Walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from Mike. I wanted in with no idea what I was looking for, but Mike had me demo all different favors and types of vape pens. He treated me like an actually human being, not just someone who was trying to sell me products.

This shop is legitimately inviting and makes your experience enjoyable whether or not you bought something. The employees feels like friends within minutes and theyre very fair with prices cheaper for the most part but good quality vapes and juices. This place is great ! They are very knowledgeable, patient and price conscious . I cant beat their prices online, even if I could, I think its important to support local businesses . You gotta love the shops juices with flavors like Mckeesrocks bridge and East Ohio StreetI started vaping to quit smoking . The 1st shop I went to sold me an istick 40w temp control and aspire tank . These are both good products but do not work together very well .Mike the owner took the time to explain how this stuff works and then based on what I needed and could afford, set me up with a new tank that worked with my istick . I have been going there for months and have not smoked since the day I walked in there .I could go on and on about how cool Mike is and how great the shop is but the bottom line is This is a unique place with great prices, great owner, great products, great customers and a comfortable atmosphere .

The staff was the best/nicest people around and the prices are low. Although I was not informed that the vape I bought needs two (2) pairs of pliars to take apart just to refill the tank because it fills from the bottom and my mod keeps giving me a no atomizer error even though everything is connected properly and I get a low atomizer error. Maybe I just got a bad mod? I dont really know.I went back and they gave me a new tank. Thank you for being awesome. I appreciate everything you just did for me. Definitely the best vape shop ever.

I want to say that I am extremely satisfied and so glad that I went there. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s names who helped me , but I will say I think one may be the owner. They both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very thorough on helping me get what I wanted. The person that stepped in because of and only because of it seemed because he was the one that answered the phone when I called. I am very thankful and very happy with the purchase I made. I will say I never have gone to a place where there is such emphasis on customer service. I will not go any where else and if you are looking for a vape I would strongly encourage you to go there. They will get you exactly what you want and in the price point you want to spend. From the best of the best to an entry level. I did it was my third stop and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I wish I would of made it my first stop. I got the vape that I wanted and I’ve been vaping since they came out. Absolutely the cheapest in town you will not find a vape shop cheaper than Mike! He is very knowledgeable and very helpful also a very nice person and funny too. I learned more from him about vapor and equipment than I learned from the place I bought my starter pen. Visiting from Houston I plan on stocking up before I go back. Loved his shop its clean and easy to get to!

This place is awesome Mike is never rude !!! I was there when Craig Schmidt called repeatedly, while Mike was taking care of a customer who is a Gulf War Vet. Mike wasnt being rude he told Craig to come to the shop so that he could continue taking care of his customer. As a patriotic American I love this place !!

I stopped in today to check out some new juices. I am newer to vaping so I dont have a tremendous grasp on the science or the evolution of technology and culture surrounding vaping over the last ~5 years.Mike was really cool and very helpful. He had my fiance and I sit down and sample a wide variety of juices that he has setup to help find out what we like. The juices were much better than the ones Ive been buying online and hes going to order some for me to pick up next week but since he didnt want me to leave empty handed today, he hooked me up with some samples to hold me over.Mike seems to be more interested in helping folks find the right kit for them, not necessarily the best kit or the most expensive kit. So if youre new to vaping, I think hes a good guy to help steer you in the right direction.Ill definitely be back.

Tiny Box is a cross between an old fashion barber shop, restaurant, and Apple store. Ill explain:- Barber Shop: Perhaps the most interesting thing about Tiny Box is the real community feel that they have developed. You walk in and its like Cheers, Mike always knows your name, and the people in there are your kind of people.- Restaurant: You feel taken care of. Mike strives for real service, treating everyone like a valued guest.- Apple Store: Vape technology is ever-evolving so quickly, you really need an agent to navigate the world. With Tiny Box you have a personal expert in the field who is constantly researching and partnering to consistently bring the markets best products and flavors at the best prices. Tiny Box not only has the best prices anywhere (including online for the quality), but has the personalized care and technical expertise you would expect from an Apple store.

These guys are the best in the tri-state area great flavors on hand to try out. Very friendly and knowledgeable on all things vape related. If you know what you like they’ll let you test similar flavors you may find something better than what you were looking for. I personally can’t get enough of Schticki blue berry crunch taste just like Capin’ Crunch berries and The One (reminds me of growing up drinking Strawberry Nesquick). Keep up the great work guys.

Guy is a Complete Jerk. I first came into this store and Mike was very accommodating to my needs about smoking. however the more I came in the store owner, Mike, become very sour toward me. His idea of running a business is to repeatedly insulting legitimate questions I had about vapor. He also discriminates against poor people with insults to unknown and never met family members. I have a problem with substance abuse. I used gift cards to pay for my items including a Mod. He also quoted I would Love to hit you right now. Decent selection, but the owner is a jagoff. I hadnt been to the store for a couple years because last time I was there the owner was very rude... stopped back in today to potentially buy some juice, but the owner was, once again, the opposite of friendly and welcoming. I would reccomend going to other shops in the North Hills, rather than going here.

Went there the other day cause I lost my vap salesman offered one I had av issue with starting the vap went back in he helped me 2 days later issue with the vap I called he said he did not have time to talk to me he had customers so I went in of course the tries the vap it decided to work never really got the chance to tell him it works when it wants he told me he was going to give me ugh money back and call it even I was not ment to vap really wow what great customer service that was and for the being busy with customers of sitting on a chair when u walk In is a customer ok well I got my money and needless to say will never shop there again

Went in today just for juice and redeem my secret envelope prize and walked out with a new mod with juice batterys and charger at an unbeatable price. Brought the Fireluke mesh pro and its by far the best kit combo I ever tried. Got another secret envelope so im looking forward to my next juice purchase to redeem it.

Was looking to replace my old vape cuz of it leaking due to old age I guess n havent been in the vape scene in some time so my knowledge of vapes isnt up to date so didnt know what to ask or say, so it made things uncomfortable as he didnt feel approachable. Not much of selection. And when I asked about colors of vapes I was scoffed at. Felt rushed due to some money handler being there; n very uncomfortable. Attitude was strange n unwelcoming. Not a smile was cracked at me. Just weird. Also they dont sell little bottles of vape juice so if I decide I dont really like the juice Im stuck with a huge 25$ bottle of premixed juice.

The employees were extremists helpful! The have pre filled tanks with all the flavors! Also extremely reasonable pricing! I walked out with a new tank, 60ml bottle of juice and batteries for 80$! Its worth a stop in!

Mike is a standup guy with great juices and mods. His juices are cheaper and better than any other Vape shop in the Pittsburgh area I have been to. I feel like Im going into a friends house to get my vaping supplies.I read Jons review below and have seen him in there on occasion. All I can say is that Mike has the patients of a saint to deal with a customer of his caliber.I highly recommend this vape shop to everyone, whether youre new to vaping or not.-Bill

First visit to Tiny Box Vape Shop and it definitely wont be or last..they went out of their way to make sure we tried every flavor available that they bought we would like and some we didnt even know we liked..it is a half hour drive from our place and there is one in walking distance from our house..needless to say it was worth the drive and we will be returning for all our vaping needs whatever they may be! Just walked in to look at what they had. They started asking me questions so I felt obliged to answer. I wasnt even there 5 min. And I felt very uncomfortable. They basically told me to shut up when the guy told me I was talking to much for something they will know nothing about. Not only did they not give me an opportunity to check out there stuff before they started hounding me but its a really small place and not worth the hastle of being creeped out by the weird robot chicken outside. Not much to offer here except a bad experience. If I could have given it a 0 I would have. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
