Maries Fitness & Massage Center

Maries is an all over fitness and healing spot. I love my massages from Marie. Her healing energy is very powerful, along with her Angel Readings. The fitness and dance classes they offer are for a wide range of ages and abilities. I have a bad back and have always felt that I was the only one in the room, getting the direction I need to excersise, keeping my back in mind. Its my go to!

Marie is so helpful and knowledgeable! Each class was a great balance between what I was confident in being able to handle and what I needed to push myself to do. Fellow classmates are also super supportive and kind, and you really feel like part of a community - all while getting a great workout!

Maries Center is a peaceful oasis in our sleepy corner of NE Connecticut. Everyone is welcome and class feels individual within a group setting. Looking forard to becoming a regular.

Warm, inviting people. Classes are geared to each individual. From chair yoga, to intense cardio, there is something for you. Small classes.

I really enjoy the exercise classes here. Its so much fun and you get a good workout. Great massages too. Friendly staff.

I am retired (laidoff) and have found this place to be a friendly and homey kind of place. I take Yoga and ballroom dancing. A fun place with good conversation and laughs.
