I only give them a 4 because sometimes the customer service isnt so great. I get it?! Youve had a bad day and just need a break. You should never allow your personal problems to bleed over into your professional life so much that you treat your customers poorly.

How dare a employee scream at the top of his lungs at a customer because customer asked employee to manually enter Birthday instead of being lazy and scanning it. As much identity theif is going on this day Im with the customer punch it in and dont risk the Identity and info being stolen. Will not be bring or recommending this low Bobs to anyone else.

Great friendly atmosphere and customer service, the team members are well educated in all products and ready to answer questions. They are also very honest about brands/products regardless good or bad information. Just their all around great employees will have you coming back again and again, making you a regular friendly face.

We roll our own cigarettes and get our supplies from here. The place is small. Its well organized and clean. The staff is always friendly.

3 star do to prices went up and to many change in employee along with they never figure out the point system. But they are nice
