Ive been a tenant at Mattison Ave in Plano for 13 years. Finally we have a great maintenance team. keith has been professional, friendly and attends to the needs of the tenets in a timely manner and even checks back with us to make sure all is good. Customer service is spot on!

I’ve had my salon here since 2020. One of the reasons I’ve stayed is because of the great location and maintenance is great. They have an app to request service. Kieth is quick to respond and keeps us informed on what he’s doing to help. He even stops in when in the building to make sure we’re good. 😊

10 out of 10!!! Made the move to this location in 2020 and Helen was the decision maker for me! She made me feel so welcomed and has been amazing! Love being a part of the Mattison family! 🥰🥰🥰

Met with our hair stylist Willie Breedlove where we both received outstanding treatment and beautiful hair cuts that looked just as good the next day! Will definitely stick with her. Thank you Willie!
