This place is super clean and very professional. The staff is always very welcoming and well trained masseur’s. Went in for my back and sciatica pain few months back and now I am regular. The sheets and always clean. Although I live in McKinney I drive over there because of their consistent customer service. One of the best massage places in Plano. Highly recommended.

The worst massage I have ever gotten, and I get one all the time in many states 40$ foot massage. They only massage the foot! And The front of your lower legs. They massage one side of your head, no neck, no back I am use to the last 10 min on the back of your body! I like only the left foot was really rub good! I’m going to the hood at least I will get a decent . Massage!

Amazing service just like the name! I was there about a month ago for a business trip, ended up there after dinner with colleagues. They recommend this place and said kind words. I am from California and the 2 hours difference mixed up my clock, the first night I had really hard time to go to bed. Amazing foot therapy did magic on me. I slept that night just like on my own bed!Massage therapist was not rushed by the clock and we had a really good conversation till I went to sleep.Will stop by again next time in town

Ive been visiting this place for many months now. I was always content with their service. Last time there I noticed the therapists were brand new, which is fine however these ladies are extremely amateur. it was either soft gliding of the hands or hard elbows into the back. What in the world are they doing. When the owner asked me about my experience I told him I was disappointed with the massage, but he only cared that I didnt leave a tip. The nerve of this guy. Its not the same place it used to be, and he doesnt care. Please, save your money and go literally anywhere else!

Terrible service. The massage was rushed and then once I was finished with the massage I was told that I have to tip at least 30 dollars a person. The massage itself was 40. I have never been told the amount to tip.. nor do I feel it was fair. The lady became angry when I decided to tip 10$ and said she needs more money and made a huge deal. It was very trashy and unprofessional. I left very unhappy and hope no one goes back to them. There are many options available that love receiving 10 tip for a 30 min massage and also do a better job.

The older man who works the front desk at this place was extremely rude to me when I visited this afternoon. He was dismissive and talked down to me. I am pregnant and have come to this location before for shoulder massages in the chair. Upon my visit today, he told me that they dont do chair, despite me having gotten a chair massage multiple times. I was frustrated but said okay, well I cannot lay on my stomach, could we do a shoulder massage with me laying on my side? He responded by saying we are all booked up. There was no could you wait 20 min? He clearly did not want my business and was so rude and dismissive. Im here in tears from the way I was treated (thanks pregnancy hormones). I find it unbelievable that they would treat a pregnant woman in desperate need of a massage so rudely. If they are not comfortable massaging pregnant women, all they had to do was say so or have a policy posted somewhere. That would have at least been respectful and I would have returned after my pregnancy. I was a good customer for 2 years but will never return here based on the way I was treated.

Great massage place with friendly staff that really know what they are doing. I had been dealing with stiff shoulders and back for a few days and decided check them out. Thank god I did! I left feeling better than I have in ages!! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to try out a new massage place in the neighborhood.

Ive had hundreds of massages, and this is by far the worst Ive ever had. Im pretty sure the woman who gave me the massage is unlicensed. She dug her elbow into my back repeatedly, never kept a rhythm, didnt do the same strokes on both sides. Every time someone talked in the building she would stop massaging. It was like she got distracted. Got up from the massage multiple times. I could go on and on. I was honestly glad when it was over... I dont plan on going back. Disappointing because I was excited to find somewhere open late. Now my back hurts worse than it already did.

Kali gave me by far the best massage Ive ever had. It was thorough, and I never heard so many cracks come out of this body. She left no stone unturned, no pun; and she did use hot stones perfectly too.

Steve is the best massage therapist Ive had out there. He knows the body very well, is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Ive had many massages at different types of places but nothing compares the healing hands of Steve.

Just went there tonight. The massage wasnt anything special compared to the other places you can find. Way over priced. Would not recommend you to come here unless they lowered their prices. Definitely one of the more expensive places.

Love the place. Very nice and sincere staff. They try their best to give you money worth. I have long history of Chronic pain, come here to relief the tension and reduce the pain, always leave with happy feeling! Recommended!

So I just got there and had to leave because the staff was very unprofessional and with this exhausting and already stressful schedule of mine, I don’t need another reason to get stressed at 930 am on a Sunday.I called ahead of time to confirm they were open and available. A man answered the phone and said yes. As I was on my way he calls me back to tell me they’re not open and asks if I can come later. I explain to him that I have to be back home by 11:00 because I’ll be working today again. So he says “ok ok come in 10 minutes”.Now the best part comes in when I walk in 10 minutes later, as 2 ladies just stare at me as if I walked into their home. I explain them our phone conversations with their friend and tell them I need an hour foot massage (because I’m a wedding photographer and I’ve been on my feet 12 hours two days in a row with 3 hours one way driving times to the venues- and very little time to sleep and rest) they insist “no no body massage” then when I reply “no I only need a foot massage” one lady turns to the other, says something in her language and starts laughing.Rude. I really don’t mind anyone taking in their language, I’m Turkish myself - but if it’s about me and you burst a laugh afterwards...Needless to say, I left and I’m at another place now waiting for them to open in 5 minutes.Waste of time. I could have straight came here to this one, which is 3 minutes from my home (not 20 minutes like ***amazingly annoying*** foot massage place..)Will never step foot near their establishment again.

I have been 20 times at this place The reason I went because they are close late than another massage and They have 2 therapist have a good skill places but they are poor communication ,No English speaking make they not understand your body or where you need to focus ,no hospitality service , They are love to switche the massage therpaist during a session without telling ,They are love to pick up some orther client and shorter your massage even you scheduled longer sessionI would not recommend you to try this place but if you are in pain or no place to go there are better than nothing

Really mediocre massages, always phoned in. Misleading pricing and aggressive about tipping. Guy that works the front desk was the last straw- so rude and impolite. Clearly they don’t want customers they way they treat those that are unfortunate enough to darken their door

Feet massage was pure feet...most places offer 10 to 15 mins of body along with feet. Then the masseause asked for bigger tip at check out.
