The store installed an extremely bright white LED light that blinds drivers at night as they pass going Northbound on Custer.The first two times I took my spouse the OPEN sign was left on but the doors were locked.

What a wonderful little pipe shop! My wife and I visited to add to our pipe collection. Enjoyed the selection and the service. I highly recommend this shop if youre looking for a great smoking pipe.

Inventory is small but good and they will negotiate on price.Edit: after visiting more shops in the area their prices are competitive.Edit #2: after a third visit (purchased 3 items including an awesome ninja turtles glass piece) I will keep going back! Owner sincerely wants to make his customers happy!

This store sold me something that induced permeant visual snow and disruptions. I think some of their products might be laced with synthetic substances, which were not pronounced to me, the consumer when the man at the desk recommended the product. Hopefully they pulled that product out of the store, however, I cant trust any place that would sell anything synthetic. Substances are highly unregulated and this place is out to make money.

This is a wonderful little place. The sweet couple that own it are great. I never post reviews, but this is definitely a place worth stopping at. Prices are great, the customer service is better! I highly recommend because They have a great variety and great prices too!

Probably best smoke shop in Plano. 2 times I have been and both times I felt satisfied with what I bought. Both times I was treated with respect as a customer and friendliness by both employees.
