Im not even going to touch on the hours posted on Google. But as someone who is very well versed in customer service, you should probably turn you open sign off at close. Not +13 minutes after, as soon as someone pulls up, following your sign.

Realized I needed some vape stuff a bit too late at night and saw they were open. Came in and Coop was super helpful and friendly. Cant wait to come back and get more stuff

Not completely impressed with the prices. After I paid $45 for a vape, but was too embarrassed to ask why so expensive, I later found out its because theyre open 24/7. I get paying that much after 11 PM and before 9 AM, but I cant find a good reason why a $25 vape anywhere else costs $45 here. The staff is always super nice so my issue has nothing to do with the atmosphere or the people there, but it does have everything to do with why its so expensive or close to comparable to another vape shop during regular hours! That is my only issue. In a world where saving money is getting harder and harder, I cant justify paying that much.

My favorite smoke shop! i literally walk across the street from my house at whatever time because it’s 24 hours and i always get great service. the employees are always friendly and helpful, i have a favorite even tho i don’t know his name lol but he takes great care of me everytime. 10/10 recommend this place!

One of the best smokes shops I have ever been to. Entire staff is always super friendly and they always go the extra mile to make you feel like more than a customer. Could not recommend this place enough.

The dude just told me you have a $10 minimum. Not a card minimum, just “I won’t sell you anything if it’s under $10” minimum.Can’t even buy a pack of rolling papers…this place is headed in the wrong direction.

First thing first. Steve is the best man. He is so nice and treated us perfectly. Store is so good it has wide varieties and i am so pleased with the store .

3 stars for hours, 24 hours is convenient but they have limited stock & what they do offer is over priced. They offer vape samples used by the sales rep or other customers. Its hard to just get what you want quick.

Workers are not educated on the detoxes they sell, and the owner is taxing bad, just because theyre 24 hours...my suggestion is go to the local qt, racetrac or 7/11, because they charge 11$ for a 5 pack of backwoods.. 13$ for slapwoods, everything is double with no selections

I cant say enough about the fantastic customer service experience I received from the wonderful Jazzy at this shop. From the moment I walked in Jazzy was greeting me immediately and I felt at ease about my first of many trips to come. I was looking for certain flavors in vaps and Jazzy was so patient and helpful in making my selection easier. So thank you Jazzy for all your help and cant wait to see you again!!! If I could give 10 stars I would Jazzy was the best!

Hands down best shop in the Plano / Allen area. They have everything you need. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. They know their products and have the best products. It’s a plus they are open 24/7. Store is well stocked and very pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend you stop going to your usual place and start coming here. You will be quite satisfied and never disappointed.

Literally worst experience ever. I was apprehended by local PD while minding my business because someone affiliated w/ this business paired me w/ a guy who reported had a weapon and was behaving belligerently in the store. Local PD arrived who didn’t seem to want and hear me out also. If it wasn’t for the camera I would be in jail right now for being falsely accused. I hope your business run in the ground for putting my life in jeopardy.

Prices are insane, regularly 50-100% above MSRP. $25 3Chi disposables are $45 at this store, $25 Vaporesso Mini for $45 and the $9.90 pods for $15. Keep in mind, MSRP is set so that retailers can make a profit. So Infinity & Beyond is making an absolute killing on your ignorance.

I Can’t believe the prices for a $40 vape to not work the next day , very bad service and all of the employees come off as rude and stuck up , one guy turns the other way when I’m asking him questions about the vapes , seems uninterested to be working around people all day! The lady tonight made me feel like there was nothing she could do for me when I told her I purchased a $40 vape last night for it to not hit the next day ! She acted as if she doesn’t regularly see me in there and she says she doesn’t know when all of the other employee’s work as if she didn’t know them!!!!!

It was a great experience. The last was attentive, knowledgeable, and just had an over all positive presence. I enjoyed my visit and the fruits thereof.

There both extremely cool and really have some great unique knowledge on all the products and can help you make an afforable choice. Bex is also real cool and will make you feel right at home when you walk in the store. This place has it all from glassware and other cool accessories to delta 8, CBD, and kratom. One of the best things about this smoke shop is there open 24 hours.
