They DO NOT stand behind their products! If you buy something that doesnt work, too bad. They will not replace it.I used to shop there weekly but not anymore!! And now none of my friends will either. We will drive further just to go somewhere reliable.They didnt even have any air conditioning on when I took my vape in to exchange it. Which they did not. Told me I didnt know how to charge a vape 🤬. Ridiculously cheap. If they cant afford to turn the air on then that tells me something is up!!!!!

Ive been coming here for 2 years.Staff is always friendly and very knowledgable about their products. They have the best pricing out of all other smoke shops and you cant beat the rewards system for repeat customers. Ive gotten to the point now where I only go here for vape products. (Before big trips, work trips, eventful weekends, etc...) And they are open late for days I get off work late.

Do not buy from this shop!! They will sell you defective glass and not replace it (even when it’s unused). Got a hooka from this place that absolutely does not work and he said it was my problem not his.

The gentleman with the long red hair and beard is super nice! He is very knowledgeable and was able to guide me to exactly what I wanted, give me health concern information, and was able to reasonably talk price points (explaining where you might be saving upfront costs but end up paying more in the long run vs paying more upfront and being able to save substantially, etc). I have gone back once already and enjoy the good vibes and relaxed atmosphere.Will be back again my dude!

I was in this store two or three days ago and it is amazing! The guy that owns it is super personable and is even willing to work on prices if need be which is very helpful to me, especially at this time. He has delta 8 everything basically, including edible delta 8! There is no better smoke shop in Plano than this one. Forget the over priced artisan shops, this is the place to go! And right now, I believe most, if not all, of his glass smoke pieces are on sale and for amazing prices too! He will work with you! Im very critical of these places so take it from me when I say this place is the best!

Chase was extremely helpful and spent 20 minutes going through the products with me to make sure that i understood what i was getting and he was extremely kind. Cookies is also great he is always very willing to help you out with any requests and explain to you what you are getting. Definetly the best smoke shop i have been to in the area.

Incredible upscale smoke shop with an insane selection of products! most of the products you cant even find in Texas at the moment! The owner is so dope! He personally makes you feel special, and takes pride in helping you hands on. Dope spot. I will be going back for sure. This place has an atmosphere that makes you want to be there. I just recently moved to the area when I visited this shop for the first time and they made me feel welcomed at home. Cookies (as I know him) helped me out with my selection and had a variety of things that I try out in the future. I only came in there for incense but came out as a new customer. I have been coming to this smoke shop for a while now and have never had a problem. Today I went in and it was a new girl working and I asked what was similar to a brand of vape juice I use cause it hasn’t been in the store in months. A fruity 5mg vape juice. She then sold me a different brand that had no nicotine. That’s the whole reason I vape. So now I lost 25$ and you lost a customer

An amazing experience, prices are way better than any other smoke shop Ive been to. I did not get the man up fronts name but he did an excellent job showing me around the store. I will most definitely be coming again for any of my smoking needs. Cant wait to see how the shop comes together once its finished.

Great location for vaping devices, accessories, smoking tools and cbd stuff too. They have a huge selection in all the departments they deal with which is rare for vape stores and they had what i was looking for which i was pleasantly surprised by. I was grabbing food next door and stopped in for some coils. Its way better than the vape store that was in this location years ago.

I was kind of blown away by their vast inventory of merch. They had brands & products that I had never even seen or heard of, not even on the internet. I was a little overwhelmed by the choices, but luckily the owner guy and another associate were very knowledgable about the products & helped me make my choice. I had thought most head shops/smoke shops are kind of the same, but these guys proved me wrong!

Good for smoking supplies, horrible for vape things. The workers are uneducated and dont know anything about vapes. Also sold me open coils.... go to wickedly instead its 4 min down parker.

This clerk kept bugging me asking if he can help me even after I said to him no thank you I want to look on my own. He kept getting close to me when I asked that I prefer my space than he told me to leave because I look suspicious!Is it your policy to kick out customer because I refused your help. I guess you have a policy thats says you can slap the word suspicious on anyone you want to kick out whenever you have additudes Everything in your store is locked up at what point did I cross any lines to be kicked out.
