Have been coming here for a long time and have always been satisfied with the service. Came here on January 22nd 2024, around 6 PM. And there was a young girl working. She was extremely rude and acted like she didnt have the time or the inclination to help me. She audibly sighed at questions I was asking her about the products. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she Said no.I remember coming on a previous occasion and her not being very polite then too but this was very bad. I understand having a bad day at work and how frustrating that can be. But there is no excuse to treat paying customers like that ever. Hopefully management sees this and does something about it Because I would love to continue coming to the store.

Not sure the womans name who helped us (edit - Delaney!She is awesome!) but she was so great - this was on July 28 at 11:30 a.m.Problem: we were going thru coils every 4 daysSolution: LOW vg juice, which they had in all of our fave flavors (unicorn, ry4, Hawaiian cream)I finally understand nic salts thanks to her.Our go-to place. Good loyalty program too.EDIT 12/12/23: Shes done it again! Yesterday I went in looking for a coil for an old tank I had. Though we couldnt get that, I ended up with a brand new tank for not much $. Delaney remembers the names of regulars like myself (somehow - I can barely remember my own phone number)..She always knows exactly what we need, and I always leave happy.The prices are a little high for their juice, but youre paying for convenience and great service. Online juice is cheaper but once u add tax and shipping, its just as much. Plus, you have to wait for it, while your card and info could be compromised.Also, Wickedly hot usually has great juices on clearance.

Bought a disposable vape on Friday the 19th and the product pretty much failed by the 22nd went into the store to ask for a discounted rate and was told they only guarantee the product for 24hrs.. won’t be back !

This is an awesome business!! I have shopped with them for years and have never been disappointed. They went out of their way to notify me via email of unused loyalty points after I began ordering online. I called and talked to Michael at the Plano store today and he walked me right through the process and contacted the office as well, discount applied immediately. Thank you Michael!! Love this place and only have been to it a few times. I was introduced to this place by my fiance. The Unicorn juice...omg...dude. I wish i could give it like 100 stars for that juice alone haha! That unicorn juice is killer! I cant say enough about it. Used to live in Plano, have since moved to Sherman, and cant say enough good things about this place which is why I keep ordering from them online. Very prompt shipping and service. Since I had a child with me I could not enter the store so I called ahead and was met with excellent curbside service!

The owner (pink haired lady) was very informative and patient with me making a selection . I come often and the trip can be a quick juice grab or a good conversation from the employees. Pretty cool establishment.

Really great people working here, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices arent the best. House blended juices are overpriced, especially the small sizes for sampling. Given were all collectively struggling with a pandemic profiteering off of our inability to safely test flavors and charging so much for small sample sizes is not a good look.

Really nice people! They walked us through a lot of options and the good and bad of each. Extremely thoughtful, helpful and patient. Though I live in Houston, I will continue to do business with them via online and phone. There are quite a few vaps shops close to my house, but this crew cant be beat!

The shop is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and Jennifer (the Manager) is super super sweet. You need to visit the shop. She goes above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience there is great.

I have been going to WHV almost since they have opened. They are always really help full with picking juices or equipment. And all the time they seem to one up them self. I moved out of state and non of the shops here are anything close so I have to order my juices and supplies from them. Never had any issues order fast shipping and great support. I did recently have an issue with my order and they went way above and beyond to fix and make everything right for me. So if you havent been you should go and if you are not local defiantly order from them.Will end with thank you guys at WHV for always being great.

Just AMAZING! I am somewhat new to vaping so walking into the store I had NO IDEA what I was looking for; When I disclosed this to the employees they welcomed me with open arms and began to help me build a personal set up. I was referred here by my friend Gina, and I was finally able to stop in a few nights ago and try out their HUGE selection of house liquids. I quickly was drawn to The Creamery and Strawberry Fields, its the perfect blend of Strawberry and Cheesecake... I cant put it down! The employees were very helpful with suggestions on what flavors to try and offered several suggestions for a new and better tank. I cant wait until pay day to come back!

Update. I no longer recommend this place. I took an obviously defective device in. First guy knew immediately it was defective. Guy that had to okay the refund was extremely rude. There are shops on every corner, I personally have never returned here. Actually found a much better rewards program too. Shop around!

Always had great service. But recently went in to grab a few things and was told my kid couldn’t come in, when he’s been in there multiple times before. They want me to leave him outside or in the car(which is illegal). So how do they get buisness from single parents that only have time to get stuff when their kid is with them? Doesn’t make sense cause I can take him into a liquor store and tattoo parlor...

I walked into Wicked Hot Vapors this evening and received a warm welcome. The owner was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job educating me. She was not pushy or overbearing. She was honest, patient, and offered me to freely sample any of the numerous (Id guess close to 100) flavors of e-liquid available.I will definitely be returning to Wicket Hot Vapors soon and in the future.

Great place. Went in to get replacement glass for my kanger tech and the guy actually managed to get my broken glass off my tank and cleaned it up and put the new glass on there. Without me asking at all, I was just planning on grabbing the glass and figuring it out at home. So he went above and beyond what I expected, didnt catch his name though.

This is by far the best vapor in town or online. Completely superior to anything else Ive tried. It burns clean and doesnt stink my house up like most others Ive tried. 2-1/2 year customer and will never sample elsewhere again. Customer service is great and Im always treated like a valued customer.

Been going to different vape stores for 2/3 years now. Came upon this gem about a year or so back and its my favorite. The staff are constantly helpful and accommodating. Great liquids/never low. Their hours are always consistent. I recommend everyone to come here considering I am one picky picky woman.

I am a long time customer of this shop and I absolutely love it. James is a super helpful individual, hes made so many recommendation on mods and tanks which made navigating through all the devices and tanks super easy.

Took the vape home and it was auto hitting after I would hit it once. Of course it didnt when I got to the store but still does it. Was not able to exchange it for a working one.

Used to have great customer service but the last few months went downhill for some reason. The staff is rude and treat customers like they dont want to work there. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Nice vape store with quite a variety of hardware and juices. For the most part the prices are on point. Although there are cheaper places around town, you arent always guaranteed the customer service you receive here.

I live about 45 minutes away from this place and this is the only place I will ever go to. Nice crew with a huge selection of juice, oh and its not that liquidity water like crap that some try to pass on as juice either. I have never been disappointed.

Juices even the house ones are top tier, the selling point in my experience is that Wickedly Hot offers 4mg HighVG liquid where as most other shops dont. Id highly recommend coming in for their product line up and excellent customer service

Loved the shop, the experience was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately all of the 20 flavors I tasted were completely repulsive. They all tasted sickeningly sweet, like they were made out of a Splenda syrup.

I have no problems with the physical store, but I do have problems with their website. It is continually down. I do not live in Plano, and therefore, I feel it is more economical for me to purchase online. Cant do that because their website is constantly down or otherwise.

I pass 4 vape shops on my way to this place but as a very casual user this place makes it easy to get what I need. Staff is always real accomodating and will help me actually get what I need and I never feel like they are trying to upsell me or take advantage of my ignorance for all the details involved with vape gear. As a fairly experienced vapor who enjoys supporting local vaping businesses, I have visited all of the Plano area vape stores. I can say without a doubt that this is the best shop around.Many local vape stores have an environment where inexperienced (and sometimes experienced/hobbyist!) Vapers feel uncomfortable due to sneering and uppity staff. However, Wicked is the polar opposite!The vibe there is relaxed and vapers of all levels of experience are welcomed in and treated the same. Today, I went in to sample some new juices and I was helped by a gentleman named Alex. He was both patient and extremely knowledgeable about their juices and their flavor profiles, ratios, etc. He was super cool and actually introduced himself by name as I left.This is what all vape shops should be like. Welcoming with a relaxing, fun atmosphere!

Awesome vape store off of Parker and Alma. Employees are friendly, and will adapt to you. If you need a e-cigarette or are new to vaping, they can recommend a starter pack and get you set up. Or if you are full vape-bro, they will sell you a diesel generator to power your your vape lightsaber. Havent had a bad experience and Ive been coming here for a couple years now.

Not sure about their prices on hardware, but the vape juice isnt that bad. Like 35 for a 120ml after tax. This is one of the few places in the area that actually has great house juice!

Worst vape shop Ive ever come across. I was in from out of town and needed a coil built for a dimitri box mod with a plume veil rda...first of all, the guy who helped me didnt even know what a dimitri was secondly, he was extremely cocky and acted like he was AMAZING at building coils. I had a .32 ohm coil before he messed it up. I guess thats on me for going into this so-called vape shop. Once he was done with it, I right away noticed my mod just wasnt acting right... so as soon as we got back to the hotel I tested it on my ohm reader only to find out HE COMPLETELY screwed it up. It was jumping all around my ohm reader giving me all kinds of readings! NOTHING CLOSE to what he had promised me, which was supposedly a .16 It was giving me readings like 4.6 and 3.2! Way, way off. NOT TO MENTION, he charged me to make the coil, which by the way back home they NEVER DO. Sorry to say but this shop is just a place for regular e cigs, tanks and regular e- cig batteries. Not for advanced vapors with advanced vaping needs. They wouldnt even give me the money back that he charged me just to screw it up, the person I talked to over the phone told me to come back in and she could try and build me a coil that would atleast fire. LMFAO! WHAT A JOKE! So happy I found a place called Artisan Vapor Company...people who actually new advanced vaping, they were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They built me the coil I was promised and even better!! Artisan was the kind of vape shop Im used to with EDUCATED staff and EXCELLENT customer service!!! I will NEVER go back to Wickedly Hot Vapors when were in town!!! I also forgot to add that this guy at Wickedly dropped my rda and was treating my mod like crap...slamming it down and just being really rough on it-no respect what so ever. My mistake for even checking this vape shop out!
