Dan was an absolute help. He showed me well over a dozen pieces once I gave him “kind of what I am looking for” and I’ll be honesty - this is the best head/smoke shop in Pueblo. It’s worth the drive in from neighboring areas. There is thousands of bongs here all priced fairly. I got two bongs, two banger and a carb cap for less then I would have paid for one at other shops. Plus the selection is way better.

Got 3 super sweet rigs and today their whole store was 70% off! I saved over $200 which is absolutely insane when youre so used to the expensive glass prices at all the other head shops. I definitely recommend these guys they are by far the best prices and widest selection of glass for the prices too.

REALLY wish I wouldve come to the reviews before I went in. When I purchased I was upsold, so instead of sticking to my $150 budget they upsold me on some stuff I was really excited to get home and try. I waited for my husband to get home, we hit the bong ONE TIME and the neck snapped off. I had to work the next two days and finally got some time to go in and see if they would work with me and because you used it I cant do anything Soooo were just supposed to buy these things and never even use them? Cool. Steer clear and go to a store that takes better care of their customers. I cant believe I spent $300 at their store. Never again.

The kratom I got from them made me seriously sick, there has to be additives in it because Ive been taking kratom for 3 years and have never had this issue and the one time I get it from them I get sick. When I called and asked if I could get a refund I was told no. Thats over $60 wasted. They couldnt even tell me who they buy their kratom from and its not even prepackaged by the supplier, whoever they may be, they put it in their own sandwich bag. After Id already taken it, I saw a short, black hair in it.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I grow weed for a living. Today I went to the head shop, but it didnt feel like going to the Head Shop. It felt like going to my friend, Daryls House. He helped me figure out what was wrong with my enail, even offered to look at it if i brought it in. Knew the merchandise like the back of his hand cant wait to try some new palm king flavors. Hooked me up with some great new incense varieties I havent tried. I dont want to leave. I could stay here all day and talk about all things stoner. Thanks, Daryl you made my day! :)

The guy that works there I believe his name was Dan or something with a d I can’t remember but he was amazing help me and my husband get everything we needed and was very knowledgeable in everything my husband was asking about was a great experience and I definitely recommend them he even threw in a free rolling tray which was pretty awesome!! Used to love them but after the last couple years, they really slid on glass quality. With the glass quality tanking that bad I dont know if I can trust their other products. I got better quality glass from the liquor store and for cheaper. Most of their bangers arent even real. Their sales arent real sales either. Glass stays perpetually discounted to make you feel good. Hell, the eagle ridge liquor store has higher quality glass for cheaper.

I’m here all the time buying new glass and smoke accessories, the people that work there are always nice and friendly, as well as very helpful in finding you something you like, would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy smoking accessories or quality glass at a great price!

Definitely one of my favorite stop for all my smoke needs. Tonight I came in with my electric dab nail without a banger. Been going to this place for about a year and I just say these are the nicest group of dudes ever . I dont know if theres something in the water or they get paid well idk but whoever does the hiring there is on point. Theyre all extremely friendly and helpful to the point where you definitely notice. Great selection and prices too but the friendliness is what keeps most regulars coming back. Great prices on kratom as well.

Absolutely perfect experience I walked in the door I told them what I was looking for and my modest price range and the gentleman that was talking to me instantly knew exactly which one to go for. If you’ve ever been in the store that’s saying something there are thousands of glass items lining every single wall and he walked all the way around the store and unburied it from the back and it’s absolutely gorgeous.

As soon as I walked in Shane made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. Shane had no problem answering all of my questions. Giving me confidence and knowledge in the products that I purchased. Will definitely go back!

Update: Was told by the staff to leave this review and they would exchange out a faulty nectar for another one of the same type. Same issue happened with the new one, glass cracked after just a few heat ups. When trying to bring it back for a different kind (cheaper), or even in store credit they told me no and said the only I option I have is to buy a brand new nectar.. Now I’m short $50 (I had bought their most expensive, new $45 jellyfish perc nectar) and have a broken nectar! And they still wanted me to spend more money! Won’t be buying anymore nectars from here. Saw all the reviews about cheap glass, should’ve known.Went into today and Austin took great care of us! Darrell also made sure to check on us and make sure our shopping was going smoothly! I needed kratom powder in a pinch due to a porch pirate stealing a package from the vendor I normally use. They were super friendly, with great prices. I’m even considering making them my new source for kratom, as they are so much closer to home for me. If I could give more stars, I would. They deserve all of the stars.

This was my first time coming into the store and it was amazing! Shannon and the other sales associate (I forgot his name) was very friendly, helpful and informative. I just went in to get a lighter but, ended up leaving with a business card, sticker and lanyard! Im in and out of this place quite a few times a month either for something new or replacement products and theyre always above and beyond. Today I purchased a banger that unfortunately broke after about 5 minutes and 2 dabs but Dan was great about the issue and replaced the broken one without any hassle and again have proven to me why I keep going back! All the staff is kind and theyre all as helpful as can be, even during covid, great job The Bomb Headshop!!

Price and selection are amazing here. I didnt do much looking for name brand glass but I did pick up a 14mm recycler with a drop down and banger for 55$. Stopped again yesterday and grabbed 2 dual coil dab pens for 30$. Great place and great service. I will be back.

I bought a bowl from them that broke at the base from just inserting it into the stem.... it was shoddy glassworks, and they wont replace it due to policy which I get its a strict state policy. Great shop, one good retailer and a couple of people that look annoyed to be there. Cant beat the price points, and sales specials anywhere.. could have better customer service but I stand by all 4 stars.

This is by far the best head shop in Colorado. They have amazing deals and the employees are cool as hell. I went in having trouble with a battery today and Shane switched out parts until he figured out what the problem should be, sent me home with a new battery and said to come back if that didnt work. FINALLY! Another great shop for us downtown folks. ABOUT TIME! Decent inventory. Clean shop. Good crew.UPDATE: Terp Slurpers are garbage. Bought 3 in about a year, and all 3 had the plate fall off. Bought about 6 from Amazon and they are hearty as hell. Built to last. Dropped one and it didnt even crack. None have broken at all and I smoke ALL day long. Thats a ton of heat and contact. Whatever they did, it wasnt a good idea.

I had purchased a g9 unit from these guys and it ended up having a manufacturer defect. I brought it back and Nick took his time to troubleshoot the issue and once he figured out what was wrong he ended up replacing the whole unit for me! Shane also assisted Nick that day and both of them were extremely helpful and super cool. Definitely check tjis place out.

This is the beat head shop in Pueblo by far. Quite the extensive list of options, amazing customer service, and they are always helpful. I would mention the best employees, but they are all the bomb, pun intended.

These guys are amazing! I went in on 2/18/2022 looking for a dry herb vaporizer. I am so thankful to the two guys working that day, Llama and Juicy - they literally walked me through all of the options and made sure I wasnt spending more for things I didnt need. I walked out with a Pax2 vape and it has been exactly what I was looking for.This shop is now my go to headshop for sure. Went to get a new vape. Was recommended one by staff. Got home with it, battery is faulty. Was sold the wrong coils. Found out I paid double price than anywhere else on line. $38.89 Amazon, $78.+ At this place! Dont even want to hassle about it. Will just go online and get one.

Been to the pubelo and Colorado springs location both places have very friendly staff! My husband and I have been multiple times since we have been here on vacation. Good prices and quality glass. We bought a pen and got home to find it didnt work called them up and they told us to come back in and exchange it no questions. THANKS GUYS! New location recently popped up downtown next to the Great Divide bike store. Went to check it out because Ive been in a desperate search for a specific itch of quality glass. These guys earned themselves a loyal customer on the glass selection alone, but the man behind the counter could have won it by himself. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the glass, but he genuinely wanted to help people achieve a better smoking experience. I can say in my honest opinion is that this place is amazing and deserves our support, which they support with amazing sales.So being a big fan of scientific glass and heady glass in general for a long time theres lots of things I like and look for. I spent so much time in here looking at the inner workings and designs on so much of the glass I was in shock. Glass designed and blown by people who know what is functional and what looks good. But why ruin all the surprise, you have to see it for yourself.

Best Kratom tea prices and quality in all of town, I would know. Also good quality and helpful staff especially kye and Dan, Dan was especially cool and helpful. But seriously the staff will go above and beyond for the customer!

Went in there earlier today and got met by a really dope dude in a beanie, wish I got his name, but it was like talking to a good friend you havent seen in a while. I was looking for a new piece of glass and he was quick to show me one in the case, since there was clearly an overwhelming amount of options, and it was a home run right off the bat. Got set up with a dope nail and bubble cap as well, and everything was under the budget I was trying to keep. Thank you for the BOMB experience, yall rock, and I will definitely be back.

I went yesterday and bought two bongs. One for my daughter and one for myself. The young gentleman who helped me must have been mistaken or something cuz he specifically told me that the bong I bought for myself was black light when it wasnt. So I called this afternoon, guy said bring it in we would see what we could do. I went back tonight and the guy that helped me was friendly, very cool when he asked what he could do to make it right. Didnt hesitate when I asked if he could knock a bit off of a different bong of better quality and appearance. Even switched out the bowl to a barrel shape instead of the tiny V. to be honest I was surprised I definitely recommend them and I will be going back next month to get some more stuff. It reminds me of the old head shop including blacklight posters and potleaf flags.
