I went in and got a vape 3 days ago it has been leaking since enough to get the side wet but it only does it so often when I brought it in the day off the manager said he didn’t put it together right. Then when we brought back again she said the rubber was off. Then it leaked a little so I brought it back and she looked at it then I took it to the manager bc she said she couldn’t do really anything he said it looked like I poured it in myself and I asked him y would I do that and plus I don’t even have the liquid I left it at home so he wouldn’t do anything after telling me he was going to put a new take on it for free so if I want to get a vape don’t go here unless u wanna waste a lot of money

Best vape store in town! Especially thanks to Garret and Lucas! The selection here is extensive and the amount of things you can buy is good too. They can help with any issue or whatever you are needing to help you get set up. They are very patient with you.

Thought this was a great place until my pen exploded and blew out the glass. I purchased it on 2/23/19 and it’s 3/25/19 and was basically called a liar and that it was impossible. Although I explained I have the pen, and receipt. I was told about a 30 day replacement and what a joke of any help whatsoever. Very friendly when you’re spending $50 a week in their shop, but when you actually have an issue they turn their back on you. Horrible.

Excellent service. The only store that has everything you could need. All products, juices, and coils that I have ever needed they have had. The employees are also extremely welcoming and make it a painless experience.

Why dont your managers believe in returns? I bought a battery yesterday it broke from it not having the correct internal parts but the sales clerk refused to exchange it for one of equal value due to his boss doesnt believe in returns.

Had to change my review, their stocks of vaping supplies have really gotten so much better. Havent left there once in the past few months unhappy with this store not having what I came for. Hell yeah, keep it up..

Terrible customer service.!!! I bought a vapor there 3 weeks ago it burnt up was there words and would not replace it . Because his boss would get mad at him . The product was defective plan and simple. I do not recommend this store.

Awesome place to go if your having any trouble with any device. They have amazing jucie and a range of flavors that would fit anyone. Plus the device selection they have is beyond amazing. The staff is outstanding and trys there best to make sure you walk out happy. I wouldnt go to any other vape shop in the area.

My grandfather was looking for the CBD store and ended up here instead. They told him they were the CBD store. He said the products didnt work and tasted horrible. When I checked his receipt was when I noticed he actually bought from here and not the CBD store. Horrible way to do business!
