Stopped in to get a massage and left feeling like I was floating on cloud nine! Tracy texted me to let me know she was running a few minutes behind and I appreciate her going above and beyond by letting me know she needed a few minutes. She was friendly, professional and addressed all my problem areas. Her prices were reasonable, especially running specials for 20$ off for services. I will definitely continue to come to Tracy and recommend you come to her and leave feeling relaxed!

Tracy is AMAZING! Honestly, this was the best massage I’ve ever had. She really listened to what issues I was having, and also assessed for them as well. I didn’t realize my TMJ was bad, and she felt my neck and instantly knew what to do! This has been the first massage too where not only was my trouble area aka shoulders really worked on, but she also took the time to work on my entire body which I appreciated. I will definitely be back!

I met Tracy today. Went without an appointment trying my luck to see if she could take care of me. She had two patients ahead of me but was very accommodating. She even changed her lunch time in order to give me a massage. I did not ask her to do this, of course, I would have come back later.. She has miracles hands. She knows just by touching your limbs what the problem is whether is retaining water, stress etc. Tracy in my opinion is a very sweet, nice and knowledgeable masseuse. I recommend her. It is one of the best massages I have had. I will make it a point to see her at least once a month, if possible.

Just wanted to say what a great massage I got at Whole World Massage from Tracey!! It was a deep tissue massage and she is very good at that! My son had given me this as a Mothers Day gift and I was not familiar with the place before that. Highly recommend her if you are looking for someone with strong hands and she seems very knowledgeable as well.

Tracy did phenomenal! Really worked out the knots and tension I was having in my shoulders and neck and really cares!! Definitely going to come back in a month to keep up with it.

While Tracy is polite and very nice. I do not mean this in a malicious way, but I would not recommend her service. I think she could use some training on massage techniques. My Swedish massage felt like someone was just putting sunscreen on my body (just gliding back and forth with one hand). There was no kneading or thumb circling and she only used one hand throughout the entire massage.On a positive note, I believe she is skilled at massaging the neck and shoulders areas.I would suggest that she cut her nails because she poked me at one point. And I also recommend keeping the conversation to a minimum. While asking what I do for work may be innocent conversation, talking about work isn’t exactly relaxing.

I purchased a massage for my friend. Based on my friends experience, the massage was great. She felt less tensed afterwards. Tracy is very personable! My friend did say while she enjoyed the massage, she would have preferred less conversation during the actual massage so she could relax a bit more. Other than that, I would certainly return and recommend her service!!!

I have been seeing Ms. Tracy for 4 weeks now after getting my Tummy Tuck done and she has been absolutely amazing. She takes her time to educate me and make me feel comfortable. I have had moments late at night I was having discomfort and didnt know what to do and I was able to reach out to her and without hesitation she was there for me and gave me advice. I have complete trust in Ms. Tracy and will continue to go to her throughout my healing process. Going through such a big surgery can be such a scary experience and getting your lymphatic massages afterwards are extremely important and I believe having someone like Ms. Tracy makes a world of difference when recovering. Tracy was excellent. I had some knots and locked up spots on both shoulders and my lower back. She was brilliant and the pain and tightness was gone when I left. Ill probably have to book again soon for no other reason than it felt good and she does great work!

Tracy is a God send. We started off on the wrong foot because truly I was being a b**** because I was in pain. She still helped me and understood why I was so upset, pain can make you crazy. If it werent for Tracy that day and her recommendation to see a chiropractor I wouldnt have found how damaged my spine is. She helped me so much the day she worked on me and her advice continues to help me. HIGHLY recommend.

Tracy was nothing but a miracle worker. I had my post op appointment the same day and suggested I see a professional about massages for built up fluid. I walked in and she could tell I was in pain, but 30 mins later....my whole body felt amazing. This woman is the person to see. Wonderful experience!!!

Tracy is friendly and knowledgeable about the lymphatic system. She gave me many suggestions about how to improve my leipedema. I have seen a great improvement in my condition since I have been seeing her. I’ll be back to see her for sure even though it is quite a commute from where I live.

I went to Tracey desperate for a massage on a Saturday morning. I was 2 weeks post op and needed help with lymphatic fluid build up. She was so kind and welcoming. She made me feel like I was walking into a Mamas house asking for help. She was non judgmental, listened to my concerns and gave excellent advice!

I enjoyed my time with Miss Tracy, she provided me with a positive experience that went beyond just a massage. Shes someone that you build a relationship with and not just a paid service.

You can pre-tip which I would maybe suggest not doing until you have your experience, which from my visit and other peoples reviews it seems like its really context dependent.To sum my experience up: it was good when it was done well. She definitely knows how to do an amazing job. However, it seemed like the timing wasnt good for my appointment. She had just gotten out of a massage on her own, and the last thing I would want to do after one is work so I would have understood rescheduling. I would say the first 50 or so mins of my massage was good. But then she was definitely on her phone (I could hear it) and doing other things and generally just distracted. I could tell also from the way the massage completely changed. It is fine to have other things to do but honestly I would just say dont offer that time slot if you need to take a break and eat and catch up on things.I also recognize I took the slot close to the massage date (like a week or so before the date) but it was open. And I also recognize that I was 10 mins late because of the construction directly outside and getting a little turned around in the building (her room is upstairs fyi) so I would have understood having a time penalty. These things could have contributed to the overall experience as well.Yes, I waited months to write this review--needed to think on it. Ive seen the responses to other candid reviews. The parts of my body like my jaw and shoulders felt good after, just not my legs because not as much effort went into them. But I felt way too awkward/shy having gotten to experience her personality to mention it on the spot.Prices are good, though, and there are a lot of sales and discounts so its worth it. When shes feeling good and in the zone, I know my review and everyone elses would be 5 stars then.

My mother was feeling pain in her knee/leg and after having a massage she felt so much relive and could move her leg better! Definitely would recommend! Amazing job!

I went here for a massage a few months ago and still shake my head about what a negative an experience it was. The mediocre massage aside, the atmosphere was subpar - fluorescent lighting and country music. The worst part of it was Tracy advising me to go to Mexico for weight loss surgery, and she didn’t stop talking about it the whole time. I couldn’t believe it then or now, seriously wild and offensive. Posting this despite seeing how other 1 or 2 star reviews are replied to by the business. Stay classy.Update: Did not stay classy. Keep your prayers for yourself and add in a grammar lesson.

Been here three times and each time my body feels really refreshed after. She’ll usually ask you what you do for work not to be nosy but understand what muscles you’re using most so she can focus on those. She really knows what she’s doing!

I had severe lymphedema. I had significant reduction after each visit. Tracy also provided advice about supplements.

I had lipo 360 and a BBL surgery 11 days ago and needed a lymphatic massage to help with my swelling. Tracy took the time on New Years Eve to fit me in for a lymphatic massage. She was knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, yet thorough with the massage I needed post surgery. I definitely recommend her and hope to be back when I visit Raleigh again. ☺️

Tracy is the best massage therapist in the triangle. I had a Swedish massage. The massage itself was impeccable. She took the time to find the tension spots from her experience. Her comic relief was also a bright spot in my day. Highly recommended.

Tracy was great at addressing my tight shoulder and neck issues. She talked to me about TMJ in my jaw which can cause neck and shoulder tightness. My neck and shoulders were definitely more relaxed after my session and I appreciated all of the feedback she gave. Ill be going back on a monthly basis for therapy.

Tracy made me feel at ease the moment I set foot in her business. The massage was wonderful! I booked a 90 min Deep tissue and she really focused on the areas that needed work. She was able to get a spot in my back to release that had been bothering me for over a year. If I wasnt in Raleigh just for work I would be going to her as my regular massage therapist, she really knows her stuff. Dont spend your money at any of those chain massage places. Tracy was absolutely amazing! I live in Fayetteville and couldn’t find anyone to do MLD the right way. I am three months post op and still was experiencing extreme swelling and pain even after over 10 massages from others. I had one session with Tracy and I haven’t had any pain since! Although Tracy was very nice, i guess it was an off day for her. When i go to get a massage, its to relax and escape my problems. Soon as i walked in, Tracey bombared me with her problems and issues, Which was not relaxing. Probably the worst massage Ive ever had. The atmosphere and office space was cluttered and full of tense energy. The massage room was unorganized and had stuff everywhere, which also wasnt soothing or relaxing. I came for a pregnancy massage and she didnt have pillows for a pregnancy massage. Just a flat bedroom pillow that offered no support. I left with cramps and feeling horrible. I had to rest for 2 days to recuperate from this pregnancy massage. Tracy kept wanting me to lie on my back, which is a no no in my stage of pregnancy. Most experienced therapist know that. Wont be returning and I do not recommend.

I booked an hour long Lymphatic massage. My massage lasted less than 20 minutes. I did the intake dressed and undress with 20 minutes left of my appointment. When I entered the business no one acknowledged me the 2 ladies continued their conversation.The massage therapist was friendly but seemed to be in a rush once my service started.This business did not have a motorized table that lowers or lifts to make it accessible. There was only a stationary wooden like table. The massage therapist did not use the vodder technique and did a lot of poking to my skin.

I can not recommend them enough. If there were 10 stars, they would receive them. Tracey is the best!!! I was in so much pain with my right shoulder that lead up into my neck.Traceys initial treatment got me out of pain immediately and I could have stopped there, but I then decided to do a follow up, full body massage. She found places that at this point I was unaware of, but would have probably reared its ugly head leading me to be back in pain.So just in case you have ANY reservations about needing or wanting a massage DONT...you will not regret it and you will thank me later.

When I walked in I was not really greeted or introduced to the owner. She asked if I filled out the intake form, which I did. Not sure why as she didn’t even look at it. The experience was less than ideal. All she gave me to cover myself was a paper sheet. The fluorescent lights were on and in my eyes. After a half an hour she was done. I thought maybe I made a mistake when booking so when I went to my car I looked it up. I paid $120 for a one hour massage. When I called to ask why I was told that everyone is different so the massage lasts as long as she feels I need. I’ve had several lymphatic massages and they have all been for the full hour. She is knowledge and seems to have a lot of experience but I definitely feel like I was cheated out if $120.

Fantastic! Tracy was great and very professional. She had great pressure and was able to find where I was very tight quickly and apply appropriate pressure to work it out. I had back pain for about 2 months and after my session with Tracy my back was much better. I would recommend to anyone looking to relieve tension and/or tightness.

I’ve been getting massages for many years, but my first time with Tracy. As you know going to a new therapist you don’t know what to expect. Less than five minutes into the massage, I could tell she had many years of experience. I was very pleased and will definitely be back! She even went over my allotted time to work on a troubled area. Omg!!!! I don’t even know where to begin but from the start of meeting Tracy over the phone until we met In person has been a pleasure. I have been so happy that I finally found someone that knows how to do a great quality manual Lymphatic massage for post opp surgery. I had 360 lipo done on my back, flank area, arms, stomach and sides. All of these areas were very swollen inflamed and just over all painful. I could barely walk put a shirt on by myself or even lay on my back. For a week I have only been able to lay on my side and my stomach, but after just one session with Tracy I can now lay on my back I couldn’t believe it until she had me to lay on my back before I left my appointment. Tracy took her time and answered all of my questions that I had about Lymphatic massages and my body. She was very knowledgeable caring and understanding to my wants and needs. I never seemed rushed off the phone or in person and believe me I asked 1,000 questions LOL 😂 Tracy also shared Lymphatic products that are great to use during your healing ❤️‍🩹 process. Tracy had me so relaxed that I went to sleep off and on and then she also had me laughing. It was the best massage I ever had seriously my body feel so much better. I could tell a difference in my body immediately. Tracy your hands are blessed by god himself you are in the right profession and I will continue to support you. You are very professional and real and that’s what I admire the most. When you are going through any type of plastic surgery you will find out that it’s a emotional roller coaster. Tracy is the best! I recently gotten my teeth whitened with her and she was very professional. I already had white teeth lol but her products still got my teeth a shade or two whiter! :) I have yet to feel any sensitivity which is a plus for teeth whitening! I also went through with her fat cavitation procedure. I have now gone through two cycles within about a week apart and noticed a difference right away! I only had her work on my pooch in my stomach area and the changes are subtle but definitely noticeable, I will definitely be going in for another session soon! I am so glad that I found Tracy at Whole World Massage. I just moved here from out of state and went to the reviews to find the best of the best - and boy did I. Tracy found all my painful spots without me telling her where they were and worked her massaging magic. I also just suffered a recent injury to one of my legs,and she used lymphatic massage to help reduce the swelling and bruising. The swollen ankle I walked in with was no longer swollen or hurting when I walked out. I already have my next lymphatic appointment booked. I also purchased a gift certificate for my daughter to get a massage for Mother’s Day.

I scheduled a one hour massage for my 85 y/o mom for today, but instead of the one hour she only got 30 mins! When I asked the masseuse why, she replied that my mother takes too long to get dress and undressed, and also she had to help my mom to get on the table . She also said that she had more clients coming up. I acknowledge that we started 12 mins late because I was filling out some paperwork and mom needed a little break from walking from the parking lot, but the masseuse should had not taken anymore time from her massage. Here is the problem I have with this issue:1- Other places ask you to remove as little or as much clothes as you’re comfortable to get your massage. This masseuse asked my mother to remove all her clothes except her panties.2- If wearing just underwear is necessary, then the facility should provide a dressing room and bath robes so that clients can use it before and after the massage, instead of reducing time from the clients’ massage when dressing in the same room they get the massage. Other solution could be to add extra time between appointments to allow time for clients to get dress/undress, and for the masseuse to clean the room for the next client.3- My mom managed to leave the room sharp at noon, and the next client had arrived 10 minutes earlier. Well, the masseuse was already taking time away from the next client, because even though my mom free up the room on time, now the masseuse had to go and change sheets and clean the bed for the next client, which could have been ready for her massage if the business provides a dressing room and robes.3- As my mother and I were leaving, I thank the masseuse, to what she replied just with an “uhu” and with an attitude. How rude!_____________________________About the masseuses answer:Once more you showed your lack of professionalism. Being defensive to your clients input is not going to help you improve your customer service. Conveniently, you ignored all the points I mentioned for you to improve the facility and service to clients; instead, you created a delusional story about me being late and being a bad daughter because you helped my mother get on the massage table while I went to park my car. Since when a bad child voluntarily takes his/her parent to a massage? lol.

I saw Tracy for a Lymphatic Massage! I was really swollen from having 360 Lipo and BBL. Tracy help loosen up the fluid and get it out. It was not as painful as I thought it would be. Tracy absolutely knows what she doing to get you over your surgery.

Great massage. I signed up for the 90 minute deep tissue and I left feeling rejuvenated, and refreshed. She worked on regions that at first seemed funny but it helped relax other more tense areas so they were not as sensitive when it came time to actually manipulate them. I have had many professional massages over the years, but this was by far the most successful with helping revitalize my overworked self. Amazing prenatal massage!!! My body needed it and Tracy sure does know what she’s doing. When you book, the website sends you an email about your booking request and says it will get back to you with a confirmation which I never got. Then 2 days before my massage I got an email saying dont forget my appointment. I also thought it was a bit odd the masseuse didnt ask who I was when I showed up, and didnt introduce herself. I had a problem with my right knee and I went to Tracy . She was very knowledgeable and help me to understand what was going on with my knee. The room was super cold, she didn’t take into account the concerns, the lotion was cold, and she place a towel on my head warm at first but with the room being so cold, the The towel got cold so ended up with a headache . Just a bad experience. Also, she may need to cut her nails if she plans to massage a person.
