I have been going to the Massage Envy on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh for 10 years as a member for monthly massages. And I wanted to say that their Manager Jen Narron is incredible! She really cares about customers and will help you find the right therapist. I have had a lot of great therapists and massages. Highly recommend

Diane is amazing! Every time when I need a good deep relaxation I will book with her. Book an extra half hour to get enough time on certain area I want which is definitely worth it. Have been massage envy member for years, and I am open to try different locations around and Diane is the reason I keep coming back to this one!

Diane is the best. I see her monthly and she always knows what i need to help loosen, stretch or relax my body and mind. Highly recommend her!

5 - she was great: what wasnt great was no one came to get me out of that waiting room until 15 minutes after I was supposed to have the massage start, then another five minutes waiting in the room after undressing, Then to have the massage ending at the scheduled time, instead of having the time adjusted for the time I was in the waiting room.When I signed up online, thats not even the name of the person that was supposed to be given me the massage. I dont know why that switch happened, but that isnt an issue, if the original person was going to be late or not show up, someone shouldve came in that room and told me And made an adjustment to the start time.

This was the BEST massage Ive had in a REALLY long time! Diane took her time and listened to my body, she applied the right amount of pressure, and she was so nice! I cant wait to re-book!

Have had dozens of massage therapists take care of me but Jessica proved herself to be formidable in her massage expertise and a brilliant, caring young lady. Loved her manipulations and outlook on life and her sense of why the service she provides is an important health maintainer. Shes my new goto professional.

Ive been going to see Sam for quite some time for routine maintenance. He is always friendly and professional! I deal with a lot of debilitating stiffness and joint pain but he gets me back up and running so I can live my life. Im so glad the office manager recommended him to me!

Had 60 minutes stretch session followed by 60 minutes deep massage with Stephon. Stephon is thorough, listened to my specific concerns (SI joint pain and maintaining/ improving overall flexibility ) and was able to educate me on what was physiological happening, targeted the sources of tension, and successfully got rid of the pain! I am realigned and still feeling great the next day - able to work out and move pain free. I can’t thank Stephon enough and look forward to our future sessions to keep me moving forward toward my fitness goals!

I had a fantastic massage at Creedmoor Raleigh Madsage Envy- Cynthia as my therapist- her touch and pressure was amazing! Her demeanor was extremely warm and pleasant and the warm towels applied throughout the massage were divine.

I have been very impressed with Massage Envy. I have been to Crabtree, Brier Creek and now my new favorite, Creedmoor Rd. I absolutely loved this location. Loved the layout and how pleasant the spa smelled !!!! Kudos to management. I booked an evening massage last minute with Cynthia. Run! Do not walk to book an appointment with her. She has heavenly hands. I have been under a lot of stress lately carrying alot of tension on my neck, shoulders and lower back. Working remotely has taken its toll. I have had poor experiences with body massages in the past. Cynthia provided appropriate pressure and really helped me relax. I did not leave in pain. She was personable and very experienced. I enjoyed her techniques and stretching used to alleviate tension. The lavender relax essential oils really added to the experience. Olivia at the front desk was a doll. I feel extremely rejuvenated and cannot wait until my next massage.

I have been a member since 2012. I joined at the Creedmoor location. I have never cancelled an appointment at the last minute. My 89 year old Dad was sent by ambulance to Big Duke hospital late last night. I called before the Spa opened to leave a message that I was not able to get to my appointment. I called back again to make sure that my message was received. I spoke to the manager, Jennifer. I was charged anyway! I understand that the employee needs to get paid. Aren’t there any exceptions or grace for a long time member? Evidentially not! I asked her to speak to the owners. She just told me to take care of my Dad & hung up!! Unbelievable!

Two points for this review:First: Stephon is great. Takes the time to find out what you really need and then attacks those issues while he sparingly asks for feedback to tailor the treatment. He is clearly a professional when it comes to massage!Second: the question asked was what I thought about Massage Envy in general. Due to the fact that my schedule is extremely fluid and because of travel or simply very busy days, making appointments can be challenging and my feeling is that in regards to massage, you need a known and trusted person providing the service and I find that with my membership it is challenging to find my masseuse available at a time when I’m available without planning 3-4 weeks out and if I need a massage “now”, getting that at any of the local Massage Envy stores is next to impossible as most are booked up. Most likely, I will probably not renew my membership and will spend the money finding a more local person to me and someone who can “fit me in” when I need it.So, 5 stars to Stephon and 3 stars to Massage Envy.

Kenasia gave me a wonderful Swedish massage. I’ve always gotten deep tissue massage, but this massage was very relaxing and just what I needed. Kenasia was great!

Cynthia is my go-to for stress release and relaxation. She uses the best medium pressure and hot towels to further ease tension in my muscles.

Stephon was great. The two times I have had the opportunity to have him be my masseuse it has been very productive.

What an underwhelming, unenthusiastic, boring massage! If this is your “ introductory” massage price, and you want people to join your subscription then you are a fool. I have received great massages, and good massages, but this was just blah.. not even what I would call a massage!!!! I pet my cat better than I was pet during this massage. I paid $89 for a below par massage, that lasted less than an hour, thank god!!!!! I will not return to ME, ever.

I have a membership. I didn’t get 2 massages . To make up, I had an 1-1/2 hr massage and the other 1/2 hr was to be added to the next massage free of charge. The clerk told me that she was scheduling the 1/2 hr on my next appt which she said would be for my next month and no addl charge. Afterward she charged me $128 on top of the $85 monthly charge. The supervisor I spoke with was very rude and told me she would only refund the 1/2 hr. I have not received a refund of any kind Can’t wait for my term to be up. Thank goodness I only signed up for 6 mos. They have lost a customer.

Ive been a member for around ten years. Jennifer, the manager, is welcoming and kind. Despite high staff turnover in the field, the hardy core continues, and they are quality providers. A shoutout to Diane for massage, who brings positivity, all her strength and a client centered approach to every session. Also, although Ive just had one of her facials, I was impressed by Katie, a new but promising esthetician. Katie stays involved with the client the entire session through and uses good pressure. She encouraged me to write this review, which I happily agreed. Good work deserves praise. Thank you massage envy, Im grateful!

When I signed up, I was told it was for 1 year. When I was charged after the year they told me it was month to month.The manager was extremely rude and when I commented on the horrible experience with her therapist, she became even more rude.Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

EDIT: Having to tell the receptionist about my medical issue, and still not being able to cancel, was one of the most humiliating experiences of my life.It is poor enough that there was no accommodations for my medical disability; it is worse than I had to explain it to a staff member who neither had the knowledge of nor consideration to deal with confidential, sensitive personal medical information.If this establishment supports wellness, they failed to do so in this case. If they support accommodations for disabilities or medical conditions, they failed to do so in this case.As a customer, I question whether I would want to come back to this or any other Massage Envy and wonder whether the lack of accommodations for disabilities is a franchise or corporate policy.I strongly suggest going elsewhere, especially if accommodations for disabilities is something that I need for my health.I was told I could not cancel when I had a gastrointesinal issue and said I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I understand needing to be respectful of the masseuses time, but I worry about the short sighted sanitation decisions made for the sake of money.I would go elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a cold lotion rub down with no massage pressure at all -- please don’t wait, book your appointment immediately. An organic onion aroma smelling room awaits you. You will be greeted with a tired an worn out masseuse who disregard the problem area survey because all you’ll receive is a rub down. My guest and I went to this place and we both had the same experience. Each massage started 15 minutes late and ends 10 mins early. I will never come to this location again! Truly a waste of time and money.

This has nothing to do with the services themselves but rather the staff at massage envy. Ive never had an interaction with someone at the front desk that felt comfortable and enjoyable, they always seem to have an attitude or agitation right off the bat. Some interactions have been straight up rude others have just been meh. It would be nice to be greeted with warmth and happiness and not feel like any question asked is an inconvenience to them. I have not had this issue at any other message envy location. Not sure whats up with this one?

One the best massages I’ve had!!

Called Sunday to check 2 gift cards balance. Charisma answered the phone as if I was bothering her. Well guess I was because she couldnt tell me how much was on my gift cards. Immediately called another location, was greeted nicely, and quickly got the balance of my cards. Shame for this location as I am buying SEVERAL 50 dollar gift cards!

Wasnt sure how many stars to give honestly but I likely wont be going back.Firstly, I was able to book my prenatal appointment rather promptly, however after I booked mine I called back 3 seperate times on 3 seperate days to book a regular app for my husband, leaving messages each time, and never got a call back. It ended up working out in his favor however I believe.The day of the appointment, front desk staff was wonderful! Saw to me quickly and efficiently. The building was also clean and well kept, which I appreciated but sadly the good service may have stopped there.My appointment itself was pretty disappointing. Not only did I not recieve my full hour massage (only got 50min start to finish) but the quality was sub par.Ive had a fair number of massages in my day and Im sad to say that this was my least favorite of them all.I was greatful that this massage was a gift from my step mother otherwise I may have been inclined to reach out about a refund in all honestly.The person giving the massage was very pleasant and nice just may be lacking some in skill.I cant speak for any other services at this location or any other massage envys but I would not recommend the Prenatal massage at this location to anyone.

I started my membership last year at this location and they’ve treated me like family ever since. The front staff is amazing and the estheticians are incredible! My father in-law receives a massage every month and he throughly enjoys every visit. Great investment!!!

My massage itself was fine, but I booked a1.5 hr prenatal massage and was only given 1 hr. I noticed the mistake after getting to the car, but when I called and talked to the office manager first thing the next morning, she refused to refund me that half hour. I explained that I’d gotten there early. I even saw three other clients arrive after me, but get taken back before me. I also told her that I’d checked my phone and seen that I was still in the waiting area 15 minutes into my session time. Afterward, I had already dressed, paid, and gotten back to my car to see that I still should have been in my session at that point too. I told her the time I saw on the clock and she agreed that I still should have been in my session. I also explained that I wasn’t asking for a full refund, I was just hoping to pay for the hour that I got instead of 1.5 hrs. I also tipped based on a 1.5 hr session (again, not that I wanted that refunded either). Instead I was offered a free enhancement if I’d come back again. Nooooo thanks.

Went for my first massage at this location and it was amazing! Chris was my massage therapist and he did an excellent job! Cynthia was at the front desk and she was so kind, informative and genuinely seemed concerned for my best interest. I cant wait to go back!!

Im so sorry to say this because I really appreciate someone trying but such a terrible massage. He never stopped talking about himself, didnt seem to know what he was doing. Started massaging my rib when he was looking for my hip flexor? This is my second bad experience with massage envy and I think Im done...

Good massage - mediocre customer service. As a client, I dont want to be lectured about how they provide customer service. After having my massage scheduled incorrectly, and having someone set me up with an appointment to remedy that, they attempted to charge me more than I was quoted for the service. When I challenged (the manager?) about it, she told me it was incorrect and that they would do it just for customer service sake while emphasizing that what I had previously been told was incorrect. That tells me that the employees dont have the power to ensure customer satisfaction after an error, and they are willing to leave customers with unused and useless balances on gift cards for scheduled services not rendered. Full story below:My husband bought me a Massage Envy gift card for Christmas, and he made sure to get one that would cover a 60 minute massage and a facial for me (not including the tips). I finally got around to using it in April, and while the service I received was wonderful, the customer service was lacking. Ive never been there before, so I called to verify pricing when I scheduled my appointment. When I spoke with the person on the phone, I inquired about a 90 minute massage (and didnt mention any other services). When they confirmed that I could use my gift card for a tip, I decided that that would be the best option for me, as my budget is tight, and I would be able to use the full value of my gift card for the massage and a tip.When I came in for my appointment, all seemed fine, except my 90 minute massage ended after 60. After I was in the hallway I learned that my massage had somehow initially been scheduled as a 60 minute member massage, and was switched to a 90 minute massage part-way through the session, which didnt give the massage therapist any notice that my appointment should have been longer until it was too late. He told me that I could schedule another massage at another time.When I got to the front desk, I asked about the massage, and the receptionist offered to ask the therapist to do another 30 min since his schedule was still open for that initial 90 minute block (though I would have wasted all of the time walking around in the hallway and changing). That seemed a little silly, so I asked what my other options were to use the remaining balance on my gift card. I found out that I could do either a 60 minute massage or a facial (but the tips would now have to come out of my pocket). Since I already had a massage, it seemed a facial would be nice. They didnt have any appointments available until later that afternoon, when I had a prior commitment, so I had to schedule for another day. The receptionist told me that since the error was on their part, they would still honor the new client pricing when I came in for my facial (without honoring the pricing, my gift card would only cover part of a service--which I hadnt budgeted for).When I came back for my facial all seemed well, until I went to check out, and the person at the desk (who seemed like the manager) told me a price that was over 150% of what I had been quoted. I explained what happened earlier in the week, and this person said something along the lines of What you were told is incorrect, and shouldnt happen. Its not right. But Ill go ahead an honor it for customer service sake. And although I appreciate the fact that they honored the price they had previously quoted me (for a service they had already delivered), it was very poor customer service to lectured me on the quote I had previously been given. It also tells me that the employees arent empowered to ensure customer satisfaction after an error is made on their part.The reviews seem pretty good for this location, but if youre considering using a gift card, just be cautious if you actually want to use your balance on services.

Better than what I expected for a chain, nice atmosphere but still not like a spa you could tell it was cooperate by the way I was greeted and the way I was asked to sign up for a monthly membership as soon as I laid down for my facial. The facial was nice but I paid extra for my neck and decolletage to be treated and dont feel that they got much attention even after I mentioned it during my facial. Nice but not sure if Id go back.

I get a call today March 30 to cancel my March 31 appt for my facial due to person is no longer with them and there is no one else. Not a big deal, understandable. But my “coupon” for the month of March is longer facial time. 90 min facial! I asked if they could honor that coupon since I have 24 or less hours to find a new location. Answer. No. Why the heck not. It’s an easy computer thing. Don’t charge me! I live in Creedmoor so going to all downtown locations is beyond inconvenient but I checked anyways. Of course a 90 min facial is never available 24 hours later. Sounds petty, but some of those coupons are garage and some are not, this one is not. I’m shocked that the owner refused to honor it. I will drive to apex before I go back to that location.

Predatory billing practices; impossible to cancel accounts; their admin errors charge us additional fees; refused to accept payment; continued to add charges for services not rendered. At this point wed pay what we owe just for the peace of being out of business with them, but cannot get them to acknowledge that they are not going to continue charging us. This should be a crime. Dont get involved with Massage Envy at any location.

Best Massage Envy in the franchise!! This location is great all around. Friendly front desk staff and Crystal is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been too. Personable, and so focused on giving a great massage every time. Save yourself some time and money. Book a monthly session and pay for the membership. Worth every penny if you like/need massages regularly.

Its ok... average inside and kinda plain decore but great customer service. Cant complain but wouldnt brag about it. I go once a month for my plan. Got canceled on 3 weeks in a row though which Im not happy about but other than that I have no issues with the place.

VERY frustrating center to work with. MUCH better experience at Edwards Mill or Brier Creek. This massage envy has given incorrect information and very unhelpful. Avoid the creedmor massage envy

The massage therapist Shannon was awesome but Jennifer the manager was very negative and angry when she found out my poor old mother transferred her massages to me, Jennifer would not help me at all. The Brier Creek location straightened everything out and got me a refund after I had to pay 120$ just to keep Jennifer from assaulting me.

I made two appointments since I wanted to treat my visiting sister and myself. We arrived 20 minutes early only to learn that both appts had been cancelled. No notification at call. Upon a closer look , the two people behind the counter said, They put your cell phone number in wrong. THEY!When we got home I had an email from them telling me that the appts had been cancelled. The time of the email was the exact time we were standing at their counter.The two personnel seemed unconcerned and continued to answer the phone while we were waiting.I had a Youre Booked! email, but nothing regarding TWO cancelled appts. If you book here, call before you leave home.

Ive been using this location for many many years and have used most of the therapist there. They are very very good! The front desk staff are also very helpful and Im great with keeping up with the appointments and with the type of therapist I like. prices are just ok. They are kind of high but they are slightly lower than many other places that Ive seen. The membership option helps to save some money if you know that you are going to go at least once a month

Stephon’s massage was terrific!

They literally stole from me. I canceled my wifes and my membership. They stopped billing for both of us for months. Suddenly, they started billing me again. I didnt catch the monthly bill on the credit card for over a year because my wife and I both thought we were double checking that account. I called Massage Envy. I pushed and got the GM involved, but they refused to give me a full refund. I didnt use any of the monthly massages they billed me for, yet they would only refund about half my money, money they took without legal right. They then stopped billing me again for a few months, and then started again! That time they did give me full credit for what they took.

Not happy with front staff today. I really like one particular massage therapist and made the appointment at my last visit. The therapist even got involved in order to squeeze me into her schedule. I called as I was going to be a few minutes late to the appointment and my massage wasnt in the system! I have the ME card with the written date of my appointment and they failed to get me in.

Just tried to book a message at this location and Tenielle (girl who answered phone) was less than helpful. I was looking for some guidance on choosing the right therapist for me and she stated that she couldnt tell me because she didnt want to discriminate. I informed that this is not the definition of discrimination. She was not only not helpful she didnt even probe me for questions as too exactly what I was looking for. She was unfriendly and had monotone in her speech.She should never be in a customer service setting . I booked my appt at the Brier Creek location where the customer service was outstanding.

Have been a member here for 3 years. It has steadily declined. The atmosphere itself is very dentistlike in decor. . No updates from when they opened. Very office feel as opposed to a spa feeling. Staff is constantly changing. After visiting White Dahlia and comparing there services and atmosphere, I am disappointed in myself that I spent my money at this location for years. If you want a quick I can get the same day appointment this might work for you. But thats it.

Horrible. 0 customer service or loyalty. Made an apt and they confirmed it then called back to cancel because the therapist didn’t have a lunch break. How does this even happen? Why are there not other options provided like ask if the therapist is willing to work the extra thirty minutes. Is there another therapist? The office staff doesn’t care at all and in the end I’ll spend my money where it’s appreciated and deal with rude people.

Ive been a member of this location for 9 years. Recently they canceled all of my recuring appointments for the year, refused to take responsibility for their mistake, and refused to reinstate my appointments because they were assigned to another customer in the interim. They have zero customer loyalty. Thier corporate office never returns calls and has an F rating with the BBB. Find another place folks.

Dont waste your time. The staff is useless. The junior manager wasted so much of my time that I didnt even experience the full massage. My boyfriend set me up with a transfer. He had a massage the night before. The employee that was working said everything was taken care of. I showed up the next day and NOTHING was taken care of. I didnt even get into the room until 12:10. No apologies from the covering manager or whatever her role was. She was RUDE. Did NOT even acknowledge that I didnt get the full massage experience. I wrote a response on a feedback email and requested to hear from the manager. Never did. Ive been to so many massage envy locations. Will not support this one ever again.

I came in for my first facial and my esthetician Erin, made my facial very relaxing and she was very helpful with my troubled skin. Great experience! Very nice staff upfront made the experience feel welcoming. I will definitley come back!

I just had a VERY frustrating experience with the Creedmoor location. Incredibly inconsistent and inconsiderate. I would NOT recommend getting a membership at this location.

I came in the other day and right off the bat there was a employee named tori that was completely rude and doesnt tend to customers needs and she needs to be demoted or even better.. FIRED. She doesnt need to be in customer service at all. She yelled and told me AS I TOLD YOU LAST TIME WE ARE NOT DOING THAT because I came in last time asking not to be so heavy handed on the other employees were even embarrassed for her as that’s not how you talk to customers at all.

Jamie is a great human and helped me figure out my back issue. Go Jamie!

Do not book with this location - head over to ME on Falls of the Neuse. The front desk staff at this location are incredibly unhelpful, apathetic, and honestly just blatantly rude. Very disappointing as a first time customer.
