Good afternoon Sam , Im soooo glad l found you .. Youre the best masseuse ever. Thanks for the lovely treatment yesterday evening. The wonderful experience from the beginning to the end.Sam was so warm and friendly she gave a very thoughtful massage,asking if here touch was the right amount of pressure she made me comfortable throughout and kept me informed through each stage of the massage. I liked the room the massage took place in lightning candles and .soft relaxing music .l will definitely 💯 go back.

I received a facial and body scrub from Sam. Both experiences were wonderful! First, I lay on a table protected in plastic, and Sam rubbed a sugar scrub all over my body. Then I lay in a Vichy shower, which was a table with raised edges, with several nozzles spraying warm water gently over my body, while Sam also used a hand-held sprayer to remove all the exfolliant. My skin felt super smooth and cleansed.Then, clad in a warm robe, I returned to the massage room where I was given a most thorough facial. Cleansers, toners, and a facial mask were applied, gently and soothingly. While the mask was drying, I received a delightful neck and shoulder massage. When the mask was removed, I was placed under red led lights to further heal and tone my face, while Sam massaged my arms, legs and feet. A lovely moisturizer was the final touch, and I felt wonderfully relaxed, nurtured, and cleansed. What a lovely experience!

A Touch of Sam is a relaxing get away. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed. The front office was very nice, neat, and smelled great. My massage was excellent. Sam asked me for any concern areas and really worked on those areas. Sam was so friendly, nice, and made me and my mother feel so comfortable. Thank you Sam.

Ive gone to Touch of Sam every month for a massage for about a year now. I often add facials or other services too. They are extremely professional and listen/ask questions to make sure it is personalized for your needs. I appreciate that their website makes it so easy to find a time that works for my busy schedule. I also enjoy the little touches they add to their office such as scented hand scrubs, chocolates, and decor; it makes a huge difference compared to spas Ive been too. Im glad I found their business!

This was my first massage experience with Sam and she was wonderfully patient. I suffer chronic lower back pain and she was very careful and offered great advice. She even took the time to make sure I was comfortable during the massage so I could fully enjoy the experience. I visited Touch of Sam today and it was fantastic!! This is my first time visiting Raleigh and I decided to purchase their ‘pampering package’ which included a sauna, a massage with hot stones, and a facial. They did such a great job and were so kind the entire time. I chose to add on ultrasonic cavitation for a little extra, and am excited to see how it helps me! Ari did the facial and massage, and I’m not sure of other lady’s name who did the ultrasonic cavitation, but they were incredible! Definitely will be back on my next visit to this area.

I joked with Sam earlier that I could tell this is one of those reviews that I almost dont want to write because then the secret is out...Yall, if you want to make someone in your life happy, feeling relaxed, and loved, book them a pampering package + foot treatment like I had and you cant go wrong. (A+ bday gift from my spouse)My time started out with 30 mins in the sauna, followed by full body massage w/some hot stones, facial and foot treatment to close.As a big fan of body work let me just say there are those who really pay attention to your body and those who dont, and Sam not only has the touch but the wisdom to listen to what your body says it needs!

I started going to touch off Sam for lymphatic massage before a bilateral mastectomy. They have a pre and post surgery package. Sam is very experienced and kind. She texted me to see how I was doing after my surgery. Since then I’ve git the best facial I’ve ever had. After a major surgery like that it was nice to feel pampered. Everyone is so nice. I highly recommend them. I’ve never felt comfortable going to a spa before Touch of Sam.

Sam was amazing! I felt 1000% better when I left then when I entered. She used some kind of hot stones on my back which was awesome and I nearly fell asleep during my massage which is a awesome sign. She also does not talk your ear off but when I spoke she was super friendly. I will definitely be back!

I went in for a lymphatic massage, and let me just say..the BEST MASSAGE I HAVE RECEIVED… period!! The facility is very clean, relaxing, and welcoming. My masseuse was polite, and handled my body with care. I highly recommend & can not wait to go back in for more.

Sam is Absolutely amazing.I got rear ended 4 weeks ago and have been in extreme pain. After seeing my chiropractor for 4 weeks I’ve finally got the green light for a massage. Sam took her time massaging areas I didn’t know needed to be relieved. It felt so amazing to my neck and back giving me the relief I’ve been looking for. I feel relaxed and could instantly tell a difference. She’s pays close attention to what certain areas needs attention. If there were more stars to give, I would! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I treated myself for my birthday to the Pamper Me service. It was the most relaxing experience Ive ever had. So much so I almost needed someone to drive me home. Hours later, I still feel amazing. Needless to say, this will be a monthly investment for me. Notice I said investment, not an expense. Ive visited several massage parlors in Raleigh and none of them came anywhere near the service and atmosphere @ Touch of Sams. It was the best massage Ive ever had and the first facial Ive had (my skin feels amazing and it was a wonderful addition to the relaxing massage). The start of the sauna and the finish of the foot scrub (AMAZING) enhanced the whole experience. I was definitely pampered and will be every 30 days for as long as this service is available. Its now my monthly gift to myself. Do not hesitate on choosing Sam and her team. You wont go anywhere else after you receive their service. I have been going to Touch of Sam for years and have never been disappointed. If anything, she only gets better. She gives the absolute best massage of anyone. And, if you want a fantastic facial, Ari is the best. And, also, if you need a hair cut, etc., Dena is great. So, Touch of Sam is a one stop place to go for all of your pampering.

Samantha has been my masseuse for over a year and she is amazing! My line of work is physically demanding so I visit her monthly. She is very skilled- I rarely have to tell her what areas need most work because she finds them and works them out completely. The ambiance is very relaxing. She offers a monthly subscription service which you’ll want to get if you go there a few times!

I have gone to Touch of Sam’s multiple times for facials and to get my Brazilian wax and have had great experience’s especially with Ari who has does such a great job on Brazilian waxes and she makes you feel so calm and comfortable during the experience

As soon as we walked in the door at Touch of Sam there was good energy. I was greeted by the nicest staff and went right into the appointment. They take such care in making you feel comfortable. I received my massage from Sam herself, she has magical hands. At one point during the massage I went into a total dreamstate, and left my appointment feeling completely rejuvenated. I found Touch of Sam via a Groupon and after my first visit, I knew she was the ONE for me. I had been on a mission to find the right masseuse and she was like my 5th one because I needed regular massages and I wanted someone that would listen to my body. Her hands did just that and as a result, I have a membership and see her regularly. She has been great for my my pains, tightness, soreness and gives my body the attention it needs and she doesnt nickel and dime for the little things. And, she respects the massage time - if you want to talk, she will - if you do not, she wont. I LOVE Sam - she is truly amazing and definitely walking in her purpose. I encourage you to allow your body to experience the Touch of Sam - you will not regret it.

Samantha is the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I found her through Groupon eight years ago. My coupon was for a 60 minute massage. Ten minutes in I asked if I could get 90 and pay the difference. I’ve been to her at least monthly ever since. She focuses on what your body needs at each appointment so no massage is just like the last. Truly a gift ❤️

THE BEST SPA DAY EVER!I mean really, where do I start? I was greeted by the friendliest and cutest staff ever. They offered a foot soak in copper bowls and the essential oils mixed in was heaven for my sprained ankle. The sauna is quaint and really does the job! I walked in feeling bloated and sluggish and left the sauna feeling like a new woman! Now, my favorite part was the massage. Lemme tell you, its not called Touch of Sam for no reason, Sam is literally the massage wizard. I used to swear by massage chains but this was hands down the best massage of my life. I feel like Sam massaged 10 years of stress out of my body. The facial was amazing and so refreshing, I cannot wait to go back!!!!

Samantha is a skillful masseuse! The 1st two times I went I didnt say which areas I was having issues with. Samantha got to that area, found the stress I was holding in that muscle and stayed with it until it was worked out. She knows the correct amount of pressure to use. She is the first that I have not had to tell to press harder multiple times in a session. Facility is very clean and rooms are very private.

I love Touch Of Sam I’ve been coming here for three years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I use to use groupons for services but now I’m on a monthly subscription and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Coming from someone who has RA Sam always makes sure to concentrate my massage time in the areas that are giving me the most pain. 10 out of 10 service my fiancé also is a member now.

I moved from Maryland to Raleigh a couple years ago and one of my concerns were finding someone I could be comfortable with for Brazilian waxing. Not just comfortable but professional affordable and quality all in one. Normally you will find one of the three or maybe two out of three. But I can honestly say I found after visiting a few spa, all three in Touch of Sam. Arielle, and I probably spelled her name wrong, is great. Very personable, kind, and sensitive to my needs while working. I am happy to have found this place and have been going for about a year or more. I highly recommend Touch of Sam.

Ive been going to Touch of Sam for over 6 years. As a runner her massages get me ready to hit the pavement again. During one race I used the CBD balm she gave me on my lower back and hamstring and I had no pain during the race. I am so thankful to have an amazing massage therapist as Samantha. I came here this past week with a Groupon for a facial, sauna, and massage. The sauna was unfortunately out of order but I am honestly not upset about it at all because it just gives me an excuse to return again! The staff and service was phenomenal. Arianna, the woman who gave facials, did an amazing job and was very personable in her customer service. I did not catch the masseuse’s name but she was fantastic as well.

This is the second time coming to touch of same and yet again I had a great experience. My massage was unforgettable and I loved my haircut the stylist gave me. My facial was “ok” meaning that I did not see a difference in my face based off of the young lady giving me. She was awesome as well, but the choice of facial was not for me , I will definitely be choosing a different type of facial next time , but overall I was very pleased with my service and would highly recommend you checking them out.

This review is a compete assessment of my experience, from booking on the website to the service received. The website is easy to understand, the flow of the website is easy, however I was surprised that I had to pay the entire balance in full before receiving the service. I felt that probably being a first time customer, that this was the norm. A picture was displayed of the massage therapist and i completed my booking. Upon arrival i was welcomed, the person that welcomed be did not introduce herself by name, so i was unsure if she was the massage therapist or the receptionist. She asked me general questions and then introduced me to the space where i would be receiving the massage. I received a lot of massage services but was looking for the deep tissue experience, and also wanting to contribute a small business. The room was quite cold, i was hoping a heating mat was on the massage table, which was not the case. The massage therapist, oddly used latex hand gloves, which defeats the purpose of a deep tissue massage, since one cant really feel what is being done. Unfortunately, i am unable to concur with previous reviewers as my experience did not turn out what it should have been.

I stumbled across this spa service through groupon. From the time I spoke with Samantha to schedule a double appt until the end of my service there, everything and everyone was excellent, very kind & attentive! Dena was awesome with my very first facial and Samanthas hands were unforgiving and wonderful! Thank you so much. It really made our lady weekend one to remember!

Ok, so I have degeneration in my neck, I work out and Im quite active. I was doing some roof repairs and just looking up at the roof took my neck out of wack. Trip to the chiropractor for an adjustment helped some. Had to see my primary care physician for some muscle relaxers. After a month still uncomfortable daily in my neck. Decided to see Sam and only have her work on my neck and shoulders for 50 minutes. Let me tell you the BEST 50 minutes ever. I have no idea why I didnt go this route sooner. Sam worked out so many kinks and knots Im my neck and shoulders I almost cried from the relief. Last night was the first night in over a month that I did not take a muscle relaxer to go to sleep. I slept wonderful. She told me there is still more in my neck and I can feel it. I will be back in a few weeks and have another just neck and shoulders massage. Wow!! Really she is amazing! I have been in several accidents during the last 30 yes and have had more than my share of massages for injuries. Without a doubt Sam is one of the best Ive ever experienced in 5 states.

I never did the massage thing before (pampering has never been something I thought I could afford)I called Touch of Sam. It was so late in evening. I had so many Questions and I did not think that I could pull it off, but at that moment..Enter Dena! Not only did she patiently listen to me and All of the questions that I had , but she immediately educated me! She then made what I thought would be impossible, possible! She got us in the very next day!My son didnt know so when we walked in, he was confused but you can tell that he could feel the warm and positive energy in the room! Then Dena came out and surprised the Birthday boy by telling him why we were there!Before he got started, Ari (THE AMAZING) esthetician came out and began going over all of the lavish things that they had planned for him! He was so excited! But I mentioned that he had never had a message before and did not know what to expect as well as informing her of my sons medical condition. You could see the care and concern she had!She decided that a tweek should be made to his spa day... she expressed her concern for my sons issue to the manager and came back to me with an idea to suggest. She offered an option to incorporate a CBD oil into his treatment and she educated me on the benefits of the treatment.Then she surprises by telling me that the up charge for that was almost nothing!.. Ari, Sam and Dena then went to work on my son!!! What they did for him was Miraculous!! They not only pampered him but they treated him like a king for his Birthday!They even put together a beautiful arrangement of samples of products that would benefit him as a gift but when Dena brought him out, she treated him like a great mom would and made sure that he knew how to use the recommended products for his skin!!Not only were they kind, caring and informative - They are extremely Gracious!! They even looked after me throughout the whole time I sat and waited! Checking in on me, offering me beverages and even a complimentary foot soak! While I waited!!! I am taking my daughter back for treatment of her exema and will come up with more reasons to keep going back!! We didnt experience a business today.We experienced a beautiful and amazingly talented group of skilled individuals with heart who truly care about those that come to them! I purchased the couples massage as a Groupon for my husband’s bday based on seeing good reviews, but ended up very very disappointed and out of my money. I was charged taxes on top of my Groupon purchase which was not listed on the site at all and honestly I shouldn’t have paid them for that reason. We arrived early for our appt because my husband needed to fill out his form. We were greeted by a really nice receptionist and an entire suite full of burnt hair smoke and loud hair dryers running. I was confused and asked the receptionist if we were in the right place or if we would expect relaxation bc the smoke and noise was over powering! My husband was never asked to fill out his forms, we sat soaking for a while until the water was completely cold. Although we were early, things started late/past our appointment time. During this time it was no relaxation as a nail tech sat in front of us on her phone in a tight space (it was awkward) and children and others came in and out of the room. This is a hair salon, nail salon, and it has a massage room. I really should have left as my first instinct but I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. There was no massage, just oils rubbed on with no pressure. The facial left my face so dry as it was put on and just wiped off with hot towels. I felt most relaxed by the heated bed and hot towel. I was very disappointed in the fact that I spent so much and my husband’s gift was ruined with no sense of relaxation. Everything down to the chocolate was a joke and Idt the ladies we saw were licensed to massage. I’ve just never had a “massage” like that. I don’t recommend this place at all and it’s sad because I like to support my own. My voucher was redeemed by the establishment prior to even being able to discuss anything with the receptionist so I was out of my money per the Groupon policy. I wanted to suck up my experience due to hoping that my husband’s was the bomb, but it was not for him either as his massage was just like wine with oils rubbed on the top of your body part with no massage and pressure applied. They are over selling on Groupon and it’s sad because multiple people will lose money through Groupon. The massage, facial, foot scrub, and back scrub totaled an hr together and the other 20+ minutes (because we were early and they started late) consisted of our feet soaking in water. I will not buy big purchases through Groupon and I will not book any more spa services that I’m not familiar with. My husband called to speak to the manager and never received a call back. It was all a lesson learned, sadly a very disappointing one. The one good thing is that the receptionist was nice the entire time and tried to maintain professionalism the entire time and I tipped off her being nice but honestly I shouldn’t tip for bad customer service.

I went to TOS to relax and get relief from a lower back sprain. She suggested I spend 15 minutes in the sauna first which I did not want to do as elective heating and hot flashes dont go together. After the first 5 minutes of fighting with myself to stay in, it got better and better and I actually felt less stressed. The massage was very relaxing and it worked out the kinks and pain as well. Ill be back.
