It’s always a good experience when I go into the shop! Great conversations and they always have extensive knowledge of the products and amazing recommendations. Overall one of the best vape shops I have been to.

The manager Jonathan was incredibly helpful in directing us towards what we were after and while I dont normally write reviews, his customer service was so exemplary that I felt I had to.

I moved a few houses over recently 😉Still working on stopping / dropping the nicotine from my days... Again.Popped into here to see whats going on since they are closer to my house now.I LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff here! Just love!Otto is just great. I lose time in there just chatting because...And well Im terrible with names but the rest of the staff is really very nice as well!Not as big a stock of Elfbars as I would like, mention a flavor and theyll try to get it. They got my fav in no time. They also have zero nicotine as well. I thought that was cool.I heard the purple URB were amazing as well.I will continue to go here as long as they are close by. 🎉

Really knowledgeable and friendly customer service associates - we were helped immediately upon entering the store and all of our questions were explained thoroughly. Being able to customize your own flavor blend was a bonus and one of the only places Ive visited that has a decent amount of options for 0% nicotine vape blend.

Anna was very helpful. As with all people who had been buying on-line, I had to find another source for my vape supplies. I found this location on-line and took a chance and drove 60 miles hoping to get what I needed. She had some of my products and said she had more on order. Within a few days, she left me a voice mail that she had more product in. She knows this business and provides great customer service. Thanks Anna! Ill be back soon.

I am a bit of a frequent flyer to this store all because of my first experience there. The girls behind the counter have made every encounter just as awesome as my last time in. I have moved further away from the store since my first visit and still insist on driving the extra 10min simply because the service has always been excellent! 100% highly recommend.

I drove to Raleigh from Greenville in search for a specific product. After visiting 5 different stores I found this place and Maria was amazing! She helped me find what I was looking for and turned me on to some great new products! I love the sleek feel of the store it definitely reminds me of the dispensaries back west! Great conversation in an inviting environment! Will definitely be returning!

This place rocks! Every aspect for a vaper, best juice choices and great prices and deals ....also they have every kind of part you can ever want. I went In here two times with broken vapes looking for the peices to fix them with and not only did Anna help me find the peices but she went up and beyond, took her time (while it was slow) by helping me figure out the problems and helped fix both times. Shes incredibly kind and pleasant to be with, and a great at what she does!On top of that the store is always entirely clean to a T whenever Im in there, I mean, spotless.

Just drove from Greenville to this store.Have ordered juice etc from their website before but have had a few problems with cc security breach.Decided to take the hr plus drive to their store. So glad I did. Anna was a absolute sweetheart and let me take my time deciding which flavors I wanted to try.Very clean, uncluttered inside. I stocked up but will definitely return when I run out.

When it comes to e-juice there are a lot of HORRIBLE places out there. Vaporfi has been 5-star shining example of amazing quality juices. Every flavor! The staff at this amazing! They are not only are the extremely knowledgeable, but they are the most polite and pleasant staff. If you have a question, they have an answer and there are no such thing as bad questions. Even if you ask beginner questions that your uncomfortable asking, this is where you want to go. They dont judge and are super helpful. Ive been to a lot of other vape shops where they are a little on the arrogant side. Not this site, not Vaporfi! Do not pass this place up, HUGE selection, awesome staff, amazing quality, and all at reasonable prices! I, personally, will not go anywhere else because they are so far above all the others!

I have been using VaporFis online store for several years until shipping restrictions prevented delivery anymore. Shame I wasnt aware that there was a store here until recently. Just wish that my loyalty points I earned through the online store carried over. Ive been twice so far and will be returning, Anna has assisted me on both visits and has been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Great experience! When we walked in the staff was quick and happy to greet us. We had such a wonderful experience seeing everything they had to offer! I love my new CBD bath bombs, the CBD along with the lavender relaxed me in a way I never experienced. I was soon asleep for the night and didn’t even know it! I Highly recommend!

I’ve been here several times over the past few months and literally every time, no matter who’s working, it’s a fantastic experience. They have a lot of different flavors which means a lot of potential flavor combinations, and that’s super overwhelming to me. But that’s okay! They are happy to work with you, ask you questions, and help you pick out different flavors to combine together. Wonderful staff aside (and they really are amazing), the juice is really nice. Great flavor, not too heavy on my lungs, burns smoothly and is always mixed really well.I’ve also been trying to navigate the world of CBD, and they’re just as knowledgeable about that as they are the vape juices. I’ve mostly stuck to pre rolls just for how inexpensive they are, but Alyssa heavily recommended the sour bear CBD gummies and I cannot wait to try them.The mood is always light and happy, the store is immaculate at all times, and it’s never busy at all so you get really individualized attention from everyone. I can’t say enough about this place. I’m happy I live nearby, but even if I move away I will absolutely make the trip to VaporFi. They have more than earned my business and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone and everyone.

This unique vape shop takes the flavor game to a whole new level with their DIY juice station. Not only is it a local MUST visit due to its novelty, but there are so many options for juices for anyones nic, salt, pg/vg, device, or coil needs. Absolutely fair priced as well.My fave thing about the store however is the humble and fun staff. When I walked in for the first time I was greated with a vivacious positive welcome and the staff was very patient with me as I asked loads of questions and they absolutely were magnificently versed in their products and foundational vape info.I cannot recommend this vape shop enough!

Great store! Have bought several times and their products worked very well. Going to rate based on Customer Service, Knowledge, Affordability. I will also share my personal experience using the CBD that I bought from VaporFi. First, they have THE best customer service. They are friendly, the place is clean and inviting. The bottes with the oils are clear and clean. I have been to other CDB stores that have the rudest service and their bottles and containers look like theyve not been washed for years. They have tons of knowledge to share and educate me on the products I was interested in, and others that could help. Not sure on the average price for most of these products but, to me, they were affordable. Now, I bought this for my son. After taking the CDB oil, he became happier, smiled, and tried making speech sounds. He is a level 2 special needs child. The difference brought me to tears. Thanks.!

Very friend staff and clean store. Super cool that you can choose your own flavors as well. Although it is quite overpriced even with the buy 3 get 1 free. Also I hate to say it, but all 4 that were recommended as solid that I purchased are not whatsoever as described. Most likely will not be returning.

I enjoy vaporfi the few times I have been in the gentlemen at the store was super professional and had great customer service. But the last time there was a young lady that was messing with her hair while mixing my juice and it was getting everywhere on the counter. I really didn’t appreciate that but if you go to vaporfi make sure you talk to the gentleman he will get you what you need.

Great selection of products and wonderful customer service. Ive been to many vape shops but the VaporFi experience is different. I did not get stuck with a juice I did not know what it taste like because I got to sample it first. Hands down everytime Im in Raleigh I will be coming here.

Came in today, as it was my first time shopping at vaporfi.. Was completely lost and indecisive about what flavor vape juice I wanted. But I was helped by a nice young lady named Alyssa. She was super helpful in helping me find a flavor that suited my desires. Eventually came to the decision of getting 2 flavors Peach Mango and Blue Sour Patch Kid. So far I really, really like the Peach Mango one and I can’t wait to see what the other one is like, I’ll definitely be recommending this vape shop to other vapors that I know! Thanks Alyssa!

HIGHLY recommended. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Their premium juices are delicious and with so many flavors paired with the option of mixing; the possibilities are endless. Its literally like a vaper in a vape store (kid in a candy store pun). I personally like the Apple+graham cracker combination the best so far. They have a great selection of over the counter third-party juices as well as vapes and accessories. Theres an impressive variety of CBD products also.Rodney is the best for going above and beyond with helping me get a rba coil for my rpm that wasnt available in store.

Purchased the CBD infused energy shot for my husband because his profession is extremely demanding and he often works long hours. He literally shared with me that after taking it he felt calm yet energetic. I said OMG, how cool!!! The products work and are second to none. Also, the mango flavor of the shot was enjoyable. No more 5 hour energy needed!

My husband and I visited the store yesterday for the first time because we heard how CBD products help relieve inflammation. The entire staff was not only knowledgeable, but warm and engaging. That is very important to me when I am deciding whether I am going to purchase a product anywhere. After giving us walk through of their product line, we decided to purchase the JUST CBD gummies. I stumbled across a hidden gem! Saw the sign up a couple of weeks ago and popped in today. I was so surprised by the number of flavors they had to choose from and the associates were so helpful. Didn’t know they would have it there but even picked CBD. I will definitely be a regular.
