I’ve bought two different vape batteries from here costing $30+ to break/ become unusable within two weeks of purchase. The first time it happened I let an employee know and he tried to sell me the exact same one again. And then the replacement crapped out even faster. No thanks. 👎🏻 ✌🏻

Y’all should update your store hours or just know you got lazy employees that close up early before they’re supposed to be closed

But Im not allowed to bring my kids into this place. Stay away. It went bad really fast. Bad company should be closed.

I bought two electronic cigarettes yesterday from the ELFBAR brand AND neither of the two devices worked by the time I got home. the next day I had to go back, I live 30 miles away only to be told that the devices are non-returnable if you dont test them there before you leave the place. Why the hell didnt the woman who worked there tell me that she had to try them on before leaving the store? I am a frequent customer and the truth is that I was very upset that I did not receive support with the devices I bought. Ive never had any failures, its not like every time I go Im making complaints to the business.

Guy with a hat really is a guy. Very nice and helpful.. Even hooked me up for my birthday. They also have a raffle going on for 5.00 bucks
