1.9.24: It was my first time in and needed to pick up some glass cleaner. I was greeted when I walked in and when asked what I was looking for, the clerk directed me to their selection. Its a nice big store with a lot to look at. Whether its your first time in or youre a regular, expect to spend some time in here looking at all the cool stuff.

I just moved to Reno 6 months ago and trying to find a descent shop was hard. Either yoo expensive, juice isnt really juice or both. Enter Slushees! I walked l, wirhin 5 minutes had a new flavor within the wheelhouse of what I was looking for, nicely priced! And it it took 5 minutes!! Staff was great, friendly and as stated understood what I was looking for! This is my go to for vaoe juice from now on!! Need more shops like this one!!

I always have a great experience, just recently went in to get a coil for my mod, the normal lady who helps me wasnt there and one of the young guys just wasnt paying much attention or didnt hear me. I have no idea, but I trust them so I didnt check before I left and realized the next day I had the wrong coil went in and they replaced it no issues at all! I love this store and I try to bring in friends who havent been before cause its such a great shop!

Andrew is always so helpful, friendly and genuine every time I’ve gone in! The store is always clean and organized. They also honor replacing or discounting vapes if you end up buying one that presents any issues after purchase. I’ve never had another shop replace or discount any of my disposables if they end up being a dud. I’d recommend to anyone to go here over any other store.

After a surprising discovery at my previous head shop, I was able to find a much more enlightening Vape Shop that I have come to enjoy & value practically every visit. There willingness to work with customers has been exceptional. I will say that in this time of inflation prices are painful everywhere yet I am confident in the value Slushees will be able to provide.-highLight

I have been vaping for a while. And have gone to a good many shops cross Reno-sparks metropolitan. Now I’ll be honest when I say; the friendly service, knowledge in products, and selection, is why I now exclusively shop here. They make me feel welcome, and don’t try to rush or push a product on me that I’m not interested in.

The prices are a bit higher than most shops, but they offer great variety. They also have their own house blends that are very good and worth trying. The workers are very helpful and are always nice. Its a shop definately worth checking out!

My go to store for vape products and certain smoking accessories.They have a fantastic staff thats more than willing to have a conversation and give any help needed.They carry most if not all brands and sizes for certain accessories.On top of it the staff are really helpful when it comes to the array of selections of OHM and SubOhm juices. I personally hate ice or menthol products and not once have they failed to help me find a non ice product.Other stores time and again fail to help me but these guys dontplus they give you free stickers and do deliveries !!??

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would. This place is absolutely terrible! I stopped going there a while back because of low quality products and poor customer service. I thought maybe things changed, but just called to check to see if they had a product available and the sale person was so incredibly rude, telling me one price then when I said I wasnt interested because I had found it cheaper said Oh, ours are actually $40 less than I just told you, just kidding. Have fun getting it elsewhere. and proceeded to hang up on me. Avoid this place at all costs! The worlds worst customer service and all their products are extremely low quality clones! Go anywhere but here!!Update reply: Youre entire response is a complete lie! I have never said anything to customers in your store nor did I ever ask for a price match. Lastly, I have not called your store more than once n hung up. Dont try to cover up your terrible service with lies! You and your employees are all horrible!!

Used to really love this place. After my last experience, not so much. Went in and bought a sourin vagon, which I already have one. Just needed a second in case. Upon getting to the car and opening, I noticed that the pods didn’t fit snug in the device. Knowing how they should fit and hit, I took it back in to explain the problem. Before I could really finish, he was shooing me away to help other customers and told me it should work regardless. In the end, here I am, out of state, with a device that I can’t even use due to to much airflow because it just wiggles where it connects. Extremely annoying when he should have just exchanged it right then and there. That’s life I guess.

Update:It has been years sense sense Ive gone here as I quit vaping when they stopped making their own juice as at the time it was the only brand that didnt make me sick but I got back into the habit of smoking and was spending too much on disposable vapes so I decided it was time to get my own mod again to start the process over.The gentleman that helped me today Im very happy with what I purchased it is smaller and more compact than Im use to but it does the trick and exactly what I wanted and the juice I ended up going with is pretty good and hasnt made me sick so thank you.

I go out of my way to come here, not only do they have the best price in town, but they have the highest quality of customer service out of any other juice shop Ive been to. Keep up the good work guys.

I love this place. All the workers there are very cool people and easy to talk to. Wide selection. Had exactly what I was looking for.

Went here looking to get back into vaping after a year or two and it was suprizing how little the employee knew about the mods. Many of my questions were unanswered and of course all of his recommendations were higher priced mods. So after I picked a mod the man asked me if i wanted it set up so I said sure because I knew he just had to open the tank and fill it up, easy enough right...nope.I stood there for 20 minutes while this guy went at it with a pair of pliars trying to twist the tank open. He got frustrated and looked at the manual only to find that the tank popped open not twist.... I wish I could say thats it but its not. I specifically bought this mod because he said it went up to 200 Watts. After getting in the car and driving away I tried to turn it up and it wouldnt go pass 80 Watts. I read the box and thats as high as it goes. I like to actually buildb my coils and drip at sub ohm levels but this mod isnt powerful enough to do that. This man straight lied to my face and now theres nothing I can do about it because of there non-existing return policy. Thanks for making me pay well over $100 for something I didnt ask for. Only reason it isnt one star is because I do really like the juice they gave me.

Love this place took my mom and step dad here so they can get one of the smok vapes with the salt nicotine and save from money from the vape cigarettes with the cartridges. The men working were very helpful and help them set up theyre vapes. I also like how was mainly about vapes, they had some pieces but mainly have any juice you want

This Place Kick Ass, from the Moment you walk in Their Wide Selection of Juice is inspiring,Great selection of Mods,tanks,but I think what sets it aside from a few others is the People who work there. Knowlegable, Laid back and will make sure YOU are taken care of.I bought a SMOK Baby Beast the other day put it on my Mod and it didnt work ,BUT I brought it in and the Guy there tried it on his,No go.We found that the base wasnt getting a good connection, he swapped it for a different One and Yeah it worked. I am a vapor, have been for about 5 years now. I really dont care for the culture of vaping, i.e., tricks, super clouds, nerding out on vape. I do however enjoy not smoking and feeling better... now thats a cool trick. I dont like feeling as if you must be in the club to go to a vape store. I went to Slushees a ways back and felt very at ease right off the bat. The owner is very helpful and everything is displayed at close range and clearly marked. They offer discounts on the fly, the more you buy (and I buy) I dont want to come in every other day to buy juice... Im a once a monther maybe. This place is run like a business. Great customer service, Im not afraid to ask questions about certain products and they are very helpful to point out product based on what your preferences are. So with the conglomeration of vape stores now, this is my go to and it should be yours too. Its a little trek for most but well worth the drive. Their signature products are wonderful. They also carry a wide range of popular brands. I also must add that Im not looking for the cheapest product on the market... after all, this is something Im inhaling into my body, so searching out the cheapest seems a bit dodgy to me, kind of like searching out the cheapest surgeon to work on my heart, ...maybe. I like to know that what Im buying is quality and that the manufacturer isnt JUST trying to make a dollar no matter what. I like to think they are also considering my safety (inhaling a foreign chemical... I know) Just remember, its not a vape club, its a vape store. You go in, talk a bit about your day, buy some product, say goodbye and be on your way. Its not a hang out or a bar with a bunch of people seeing how much vape will actually fit into their lungs. Im not trying to come off as offensive, its just my kind of business. Maybe Im getting old but back in the day when you walked into a smoke shop, it wasnt filled with a bunch of guys hanging out trying the next turkish brand of camels to be released on the market. You just went in bought your carton and you were on your way... always smelling that sweet fresh tobacco on your way out. By the way, Slushees smells nice too, without the clouds.
