Loved the Massages at Comfort Spa!Just wanted to share how much I loved the massages at Comfort Spa. Even though Ive been to Thailand and Vietnam, I still found the massages here super awesome.The vibe at the salon is so relaxing, and the massages really took me back to my travels. The folks at Salon know their stuff—felt just like those massages I had abroad. Whats cool is that they keep the prices reasonable, which makes it even better.Thanks for giving me a little taste of Southeast Asia right here! Cant wait to come back for more.

I have been to this store many times, and my family and I love coming to this store! When you need a massage, we always choose this shop, if you want to go, try to make an appointment in advance, or call! Every time I come here to do a massage will make me feel very relaxed and comfortable! If you feel something is wrong with your body, tell them, and they will be very professional to help you solve your problem!

I had one of the over-the-clothing massages, and the masseuse was the front desk woman (manager?). Theres no polite way to say this, but shes unable to do anything resembling deep pressure. I asked three times for more pressure, and she was unable to maintain it for more than a few seconds. She was also huffing and puffing, breathing very hard, at the exertion which wasnt nice to listen to. It was neither a relaxing nor therapeutic massage.I might try it again later and hope I get someone else and the experience is better.

The place needs someone who can act as a customer liason. The staff doesnt speak English at all, which impacts a seamless, no-fuss experience for a customer. Coming to the service though, just coming out of the massage, I wasnt able to judge right away if it worked, but a few hours post the appointment, I dont have the usual back pains I have. Another thing to improve on is for all staff to use masks. The person was breathing directly on my face. Not something Id like in an already unavoidable intimate experience.TL;DR - Great service. Needs to improve on communication & hygine.

Just left from this place. My husband and I were a walk in . I can honestly say this was one of the best massages Ive ever had! Very thorough and attentive to areas that needed more attention. No rush job at all. The place was clean and very inviting. We will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely deserving of a review. I have visited this place 1-2 times per month for the past 18 months or longer. I enjoy trying out new reflexology places across the Seattle area, but I always come back here. They underwent a mini remodel in 2023 and the spa environment elevated. This is not a high end over priced spa, so please do not compare.There are all different styles of firmness, so if someone is too firm, please speak up and ask for it to be softer vs sitting and toughing it out. If you don’t speak up that’s on you, not them. This is not a traditional massage, so please read other reviews from any reflexology place to decide if this will be for you. A foot massage special is actually a whole body with clothing on massage, so dress comfy and have pants that can roll up.I suffer from migraines and it is nice to have this as a treatment option vs taking medications. The foot massage for 50 minutes is my go to but I have tried the hot stone/oil before and while it’s relaxing I prefer the deep/firm reflexology. I’ve never had to make an appointment, but there is sometimes a short wait time. Please tip well, they work hard.

Great massage even better price! My wife and I regularly get massages at traditional hotel spas, but the cost and level of quality at comfort spa it cannot be beat. We have been coming for years, special shout out to Mi ya who provided an incredible massage!

Great for the price!! I got the special 40 dollars for one hour, I dont expect that great service, 30 minutes foot massage and 30 minutes back, arms , neck, SCALP, FACE, unbelievable for the price, I cant wait to have another massage. The only thing is not great privacy here, no walls or doors.

So wonderful. They got me in right away and the massage was fantastic. I dont know what other reviewers are talking about in terms of language barrier - everyones English was perfect. The place was spotless, smelled really nice and was very comfortable. Highly, highly recommend.

Took my daughter and her friend out for a girls day foot massage! I ended up getting the combo body and foot massage and we all enjoyed it so much! Prices are so reasonable and well worth it! I am planning on making this a weekly routine!

They did a great job with our mani and pedi. One technician was a little aggressive and flirted with my husband, made it a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the other technicians were all really friendly.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Ive been to alot of massage parlors and none have left me leaving a review immediately after walking out.$75/hr Deep tissue was on point with a back walk, hot stone and oil finish. Pressure was firm and consistent. If youre contemplating it, dont. Just do it 🤗

Best massage of my LIFE. Peter was amazing, Ill be back for sure, 50 bucks for 30 min feet, 30 min body, 10 min back. Cant beat it

I went in for a massage, they took me to a massage bed and I waited there for 10 minutes. Then the lady comes in with a phone and another lady tells me that someone else has an appointment and that I need to come back. I have never been treated so rudely before.Never coming here again.

My room mate and I come quite regularly, no appointment needed, but we usually call ahead just to give them a heads up 2 people for foot massage. Consistency isnt something to expect and some message therapist are better than others, but we never leave disappointed and you cant beat a foot rub and body massage for $40 bucks!

* ZERO STARS* Two of us went in for massages this evening. The experience started out pleasant. Comfortable, clean & welcoming. I got up and walked out after about the 9th time my massage person walked away from me (for several minutes on multiple occasions.) They also kept flipping the lights on and off. When my partner came out from her massage she informed me that her therapist also left several times. With our eyes covered we are both unsure how many different people worked on us but I kept being left with partially massaged body parts and the new person would start in a completely different area. There was no apology and no discount offered. We left super frustrated, disappointed and will definitely NOT be returning. Horrible customer service!

The place is neat, cozy and comfortable. Also honestly, this has been one of the best massages Ive received in this country and I loved it. Pretty good price point too. I am definitely going to be a regular customer at this place.

The place is clean, ambience is calm with relaxing music playing in the background. I got deep tissue massage done and it was amazing. Prices are fair and availability is same day which is a big plus for me. The only negative is the language barrier. You are not able to communicate to your masseuse what places you want firm pressure or light pressure. Masseuse was nice otherwise and I could explain her with hand actions. Please bring some cash and give your tips in hand to the person who worked hard to make you feel relaxed. I feel sorry for the language barriers.

This place is great! The ambiance is relaxing and comfortable and the massage was amazing. We were able to walk in and immediately receive service. There are options to choose from and their prices are very competitive! Family owned and operated with a personal feel. I got the full body service and felt like a new man afterwards and my wife said the same thing. This is NOT a happy ending spa and is Family friendly! You will not regret this slice of utopia.

Random charges, waiters have bad service attitude and dont know English, towels are not washed, the boss only accepts cash, evades taxes

Appointment scheduling & checkout : 1 starMassage: 4.5 starMassage was really relaxing and the ambience was decent. It was a bit too dark with red light, so slightly discomforting. They used stone on the back and they have flat rates which is comforting.During appointment scheduling, it was more like trial and error. They literally had all slots open and unnamed masseuses. So if you ask who is available it could literally be anybody. After a couple of tries, learnt that you provide a time and they would mostly be open. The language barrier adds to the frustration.Checkout was possibly the worst experience. I am a person who believes taxes and tips should be included in base price and people who work hard should not be at the mercy of the customer to get their daily wages. So when I tipped according to how I felt the service was, the lady tried to demand that I pay double the tips of what I was providing. I disregarded her advice and she repeated her demand. When I refused a second time, she took away the coupon she gave me that tracks the number of visits.Good luck relaxing after such an interpersonal interaction. :)

Be sure to grab a punch card you’ll want to come back!I took a coast-to-coast trip and got a sore neck and shoulder from the long flight. I found this place as it was the closest to me and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve only done maybe 4-8 massages in my life, but this by far was the best. The deep tissue massage for 60 min was a new venture for me. I requested extra hard pressure too and was not disappointed.Cannot wait to be back in town again to revisit especially if my flight deems it necessary.

The lady really works hard to make sure you are fully relaxed by the time you leave the place. If you dont mind her taking your mask off during the head massage. (Took me by surprise when she took it off without asking)Usually I doze off during the hour massage because Im so relaxed. Sometimes they push you for a table massage but I always opt out and get the traditional foot massage.You still get the foot (flexology) massage but you still get a full body massage (with your clothes on)Foot massage is $40 and I usually tip $10 to $15 but if the massage was really good, I would leave a $20 tip.

Three and a half stars, not very consistent with how they give a massage. Also, they do it thru a towel most of the time, when I want oil. Their people massage from too light to way too strong. But, they have one therapist that is perfect for me. Yu Yu

I went and had 2 hours worth of massage. A foot massage (which also included legs, arms, neck) and back massage. Its deep tissue so not for the faint hearted but if you want kinks and knots worked out this is the place to go. My body felt great the next day!

Amazing! Best full body massage in Renton, hands down. I have not tried the foot massage, but I plan to. $60, complete with hot stones at the end. I highly recommend this business. Massage therapist had a thorough understanding of muscle anatomy, provided deep tissue therapy as needed, checked in regarding pressure. I appreciated that conversation was limited.Punch card provided...after 10 visits you receive a one hour massage for free. 😊

Just left the business for 1 hour massage. First of all the booking process was great. Thats about all. I get there and the gentleman up front spoke no English. Ok no problem but there kinda is when you go and get service done on your body and you cant tell your masseur what you would like. Ive had back surgery but Im an athlete. When i got to the back it was so dark i couldnt see anything. No music only laundry going. I put my hair up and got on the table. He massage me for 15 with the towel no hands. Then when he finally did get started i could feel his hair on my back. He had short hair. I shouldnt be feeling his hair on my back. The pressure was awful. I couldnt communicate with him .. and to top it off, he kept breathing like he was out of breathe.. it was 😝 gross. Next to my face breathing loud. Im not out of shape or over weight. I have muscle. Dont go here if you want an actual massage. Oh and one hour was 65 dollars. He charged me an extra 2 dollars and when i didnt tip... he actually pulled English out of his hat to ask, why no tip. I really wanted my money back but Im not that ignorant. Your body, your time, your money. Choose wisely.

Such a treasure to find with such a great price!! My back has been so sore sitting all day from work and the 60 minute full body massage was awesome. Ive never done a deep tissue so it was a little painful in my legs so just communicate pressure to them. Overall I definitely will go back!

Shady & unfair practices, I was charge 2$ extra to bill to my credit card because I didnt have cash.. Another customer came in requesting the same service was given better treatment... Ladies beware, always request a women for massages, I felt very uncomfortable with Male attended. The entire experience was strange..the worst...I felt cheated...

I went now and received the best treatment possible, the best massage Ive had in months, its a very familiar atmosphere, comfortable, my massage was 2 hours / well and full body I recommend 100% this place if you want to relax.

Always passed by but never went in until today. I was thinking a 30 minute massage but for the price they were listing for a 60 minute, I decided for an hour body massage. I was pleasantly surprised! The hour massage included deep tissue and hot rock massage. Theres a punch card so after 10 massages, you get one free.

I go here often. Very nice and good pricing. It’s open, dim lit, and over all relaxing space where the massage is given.Tips:Make sure you communicate clearly on how much pressure especially if you’re not used to traditional foot massage.

Unfortunately my good experience turned into getting a MRSA infection on my legs. I look back and I remember the massage person having rough feeling hands but thought nothing of it. My doctor said the timeline fit and massage oil/lotion tend to be the best living environment for MRSA. Just warning everyone this occurred.

Avoid this place! No earthly idea how to give massages. Just rubbing and chopping unorthodox. And had the nerve to ask me to tip more! No idea how they got decent ratings. We were definitely fooled. Ill stick to massage envy or any place that speaks English.

Incredible deep tissue massage! I recommend the 2 hour.

My back felt amazing after. The massage was more intense than I was expecting and some bruises were left on me, but my muscles really needed it. I recommend it here.

Went in for a massage made an appointment for 6:30 p got right in. My massage was the worst I have ever had I asked for med to light pressure and she kept up with hard pressure thinking of not going back.

Horrible when it comes to making appointments! I schedule 3 appointment, three days prior for the same time. Arrive the day of and one of the employees told me that they forgot. They could only help 2 of us! The other person had to wait 40min. Not the best experience!
