Long red haired lady is rude as hell. She definitely made me feel like I was bothering her.

Apparently my money money is not good enough to buy vape juice. I am now required to provide my name. I suggest buying your stuff somewhere else.

Between Saturday and Sunday Ive been to this store around 6 times and its closed. No notice on the door to say its going to be closed. Theres customers turning up while Im writing this review whats the point. This use to be an awesome store my regular but now Im having to look elsewhere to get my products.

Vape shops are a dime a dozen but quality service is so rare. We had an manufacturing defect with a device we purchased, they immediately offered to replace it. Unfortunately we were only in town visiting so that wasn’t an option. They went above and beyond to provide us with the information needed to submit a warranty claim. These guys are amazing!!

So I gave these guys a shot three different times. Terrible thing about them is they have zero customer service vines. Im overly nice and when I smile, laugh and say over and over how great it is to be here... Maybe dont give your customer evil looks. I get not everyone likes to smile.. But maybe dont make your customer seem like they shouldnt be here. Or maybe thats what they wanted..me never to come back. Who knows. My Vape off Sunset is wayyyy better. Spend your high end, well earned money at a place that is happy to see you.

I went in with an exchange and bought two jaws flavored candy king liquids and exchanged an og keep it 💯. It was a breeze from the mngr. ( haha not now though apberry) He was very professional and gave me a discount as usual. Very appreciated and will be returning to my favorite vape store on sunset Renton/Burien

Vary friendly, and helpful. Always greeted with smiles. Clean, and classy store. Give me a chair, and Id hang out! Five stars rewards program. Buy 10, and get up to a 30ml free. I live almost 15 minutes away, and probably pass 10-15 plus vape shops along the way, but its worth it.

When i bought the staff was so kind with me, when i had an issue, just to talk about my problem he was rude, customer service - 1 starI bought from them a vapor and 2 batteriesThe batteries got fired in 1 week, only one week!They told me it’s because I charged thru usb cable.And everybody that are charging batteries thru usb( vapor) instead of a charging device have the same issue( batteries getting fired in one week).I don’t think soLooks like they are selling batteries with issues or used...for sure something is wrong!Device that they sold to me or batteries!!!

Lots of different juice to select from and really patient and kind staff members who are knowledgeable. None of the actual mods or tanks beat internet prices. . . No vape shop does. The juices however are a great deal and I would highly recommend this store to buy juice at room now on.

I have never had any issues, the staff is THE most helpful, everytime i patronize Vap-o-Rama; they teach me stuff i couldve easily been shown somewhere else. If you find me at any other Vap store, its only because The Rama burned down. No exaggeration on customer service, pls try them, they are the MacGyvers of non-nicotinebring them tape, a paperclip and gum (ur choice to pre-chew or not) . Seriously, give em a try 😊

They sold me a counterfeit product and refused to replace it. Generally Ive been pleased shopping here but after this I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic service and the guys know their products really well. Even if I run out of juice somewhere else I wait till i get there to buy.

Great prices, very close to where I live, great selection till WA state said flavored e-juices are a no-no. Hope it clears up because they had some amazing juices

I bought a tank for $50 here, opened it in the car, the glass was chipped, so I went back in to exchange it and was told I couldnt exchange it, I could use the replacement piece of glass that it came with.
