Received a gift certificate for Christmas gift, and just used it today, now I wish I would have used it sooner. For the first time I went with Relaxation Massage and it was amazing. Ava was great, definitely will be back again. I didnt try any snack or tea, but the relaxation room was very peaceful.

Had my third manicure/pedi there yesterday. Not only did I sit in the pedi chair for 15 minutes while you could hear the techs searching for a missing employee, but my service wasnt even with whom I scheduled with.Out of the 5 appointments Ive had there, 2 have been canceled last minute due to a family emergency. I get things happen, but that seems a bit excessive when as a customer, we sometimes have to book weeks in advance to find a day/time that works with ones work schedule.My manicure was below standards. She cut multiple cuticles. The rest dont even look like they were tended to. The gel polish was so pooled up on the sides I had to file it down myself.1.5 days later, the cuticles she cut are still throbbing. Not to mention, the gel polish already chipped, and I havent even done anything! I just wanted nice nails for my upcoming vacation, and I think when one is spending $90 for services, I should be able to expect a higher level of quality.

I am editing this review because I’ve been to Renewal Day Spa several times now for varying services and even had my “bachelorette party” here for a spa day.Leading up to my wedding day, I worked with Ayanna and Mai several times to ensure my nails were on track to be the perfect length and shape I wanted. I had initially walked in with stubs for nails and the two of them achieved magic over the course of a few months. Although, Ayanna did my wedding nails, I also have to give credit to Mai too as it was a team effort!! They are both great at what they do, have amazing personalities, and make the experience so worthwhile. I never ever felt rushed and my dip powder nails never chipped even for up to 4 weeks!A couple weeks before my wedding, the stress was getting to me and causing knots in my shoulders and neck. I looked online and was thankfully able to book a massage with Maylin the next day. Maylin was amazing! Great pressure and attentive to knotted areas. My neck was giving me issues but I felt huge relief after this session and felt ready to take on last minute wedding planning.Lastly, all the staff are wonderful including the receptionists. My entire bachelorette party enjoyed their visit immensely and remarked on how kind everyone was. Their prices are reasonable considering how attentive the staff are and the overall experience of being in the spa. I would recommend to anyone!!

This is my second time here and I’m hooked! I did a deep tissue massage here on the past and a sports massage more recently. Both times the massage therapist have been amazing. They are very kind and do an amazing job. The venue itself is very tranquil and welcoming. I feel very relaxed and enjoy every minute of my self care when I’m there.

This was my second visit and I was glad to see Mai again! She is super cool and once again did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I am going to make this a routine treat for myself and I can’t wait!

I received a hot stone massage, body scrub, body wrap, and a pedicure. The staff were all absolutely amazing and the services were spot on. Would recommend 10/10.💕

This spa used to be my go-to place, and then life happened. I am thrilled to see it is still as impeccable as I remember it to be. Tang is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about the service she gives to her clients. I tried the lam-probe service to remove some moles. It was painless and so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. If you have been suffering from some skin problems, please do not feel like you have to live with it. The service is worth the investment.

I got the motherly glow package. This was my 1st going to a Spa my 1st time get a body massage & my 1st facial ever ! Kae did my facial & was the last person she was Amazing !! The body massage was horrible Brandy .. Brittany whatever her name was did horrible I was in pain instead of being relaxed! I had to tell her several times easy up my shoulder she was hurting & my back Im a women 53 190 lb I think she tho a man was on the table & I was getting a deep tissue massage! Never agin ! O & they gave me a person who is new & fills in in the evening..smh .. I will definitely see Kae again! Other then that it was nothing special at all !

My husband and I booked a couples massage 75 minute holiday special last minute and it did not disappoint! I called on Tuesday and they were able to get us in on Thursday. Elissa was my therapist and she was incredible! My back and shoulders already feel so much better. I would 10/10 recommend renewal day spa to anyone. The overall ambience of the spa and the kindness of the warm staff make it an amazing experience.

I took my daughter for her birthday.I had never been to anything like this before. We did the steam room, massage, manicure and pedicure. I felt brand new when we left. It was so fun. I definitely am going back. Im a fan of relaxation now. It feels nice. Thank you for a very enjoyable day.

Had the couples massage and steam room and it was fantastic. The aromatherapy steam room was fantastic with robes and shower shoes provided. Between the steam and massage we got to sit in their relaxation room with treats and water. The massage itself was excellent and my partner said it was one of their best ever. The ambiance is also very nice. Prices reasonable as well. Will be for sure returning.

I loved this place before and theyre still my favorite spot! The remodel is BEAUTIFUL!! My nail tech Kana was open, yet professional. She even snuck in a few jokes. She helped me pick the color I was looking for. Cant wait to return. Book your appointment now!!!

I really enjoy this place. I have a favorite person but I don’t want to say their name because I like being able to book with them. But the staff is friendly and professional, the place is clean and relaxing. Best of all you don’t feel rushed. A lot of other places I’ve visited rush their clients and end their services before the time, so far Renewal has been one of the few places that puts quality over quantity.

It was my first time there and the staff made me feel welcomed. The quiet room was awesome. Had snacks and beverages for you to grab while you waited for your appointment. Comfortable chairs all throughout the place! Facial was amazing! The tech told me what everything was that she was using on my face. She did an amazing job! The massage was wonderful! So good I snoozed twice! Hahaha.! The tech applied the perfect amount of pressure and worked on my sorest areas really well! The light lunch was delicious 10/10! Mani and pedi was awesome! I felt so appreciated and cared for. The nail tech I had was awesome she paid close attention to my nails and toes. And was very detailed and neat. Very clean environment overall! Many colors to choose from. Even after my appointment at the front desk the ladies offered to dig my card out my purse because my nails were wet! Amazing customer service! Not one complaint from me. Will be returning in the near future for sure!

When I booked the relaxation massage, I thought I would be disappointed because I usually get the deep tissue massage. Oh my, it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. I walked out of Renewal Spa feeling like a new person, so much so that I will return every other month. Thank you, Kae, for the service that you provided me!

All the people there were super friendly, took no time at all to get checked in and in a chair, and it was a great relaxing experience. I had never gotten a facial done before, but thought itd be nice to try. The tech was sweet, facial was thorough, included a arm massage and even analyzed my face to see what skin type I had in just their 30 min express option. She also gave me tips on how to better take care of my skin. Great place, but prices did take me by surprise. Definitely bookmarking for special occassions only b/c its expensive.

Each visit at Renewal is a pleasant experience. (I can be a bit of a tough critic.) The staff is always friendly, kind and professional, and the place is neat and clean. My service always starts on time. I highly recommend booking with Katiya or Malika for a pedicure. Both technicians provide excellent service and you will be in good hands.

I would highly recommend Tippy for permanent makeup. I have permanent eyebrows which I am very happy with. This is the second time getting them done by Tippy and I have been pleased both times.

I spent my 50th birthday at this absolutely amazing spa and they made it absolutely stellar! The Queen’s Day package is fantastic - great facial by Dae-Jaah, the best massage I’ve ever had by Kay, and a stellar manicure and pedicure by Alyanna. Would highly recommend all of them and will definitely be back. The light lunch was delicious!

Had a wonderful pamper day! Karen gave me the best massage of my life and Jessicas mani/pedi was awesome! Even Ayanna, who touched up a nail for me, added to the great experience! The spa is clean and quiet. Just cant say enough good things about it... cant wait to go back!!

I really enjoy coming here and experiencing one of the best massages I ever had. Relaxing music, the aroma of the oils, the dimmed lights and those Heavenly hands make the experience worth while!!! Im going to make an effort to go at least one every 2 months. Dont sell yourself short. No need to look no further this place is highly recommended.

Super pleasantly suprised!! When I pulled up to the store front in the strip mall all I could think was what have I done, well its too late to back out now, Google reviews dont let me down now. I went inside and was instantly transformed. It was beautifully decorated. The staff were great, professional, respectful of the noise level, and cognizent of providing a quite and restful experience. Katia who did my pedicure did a great job. It was clean and there was a quite room with snacks and water to wait in between treatments. I booked a stone massage which I was nervous about bc I wasnt sure that was the right choice for me but wanted to try it. It was amazing. I was so completely relaxed I felt like I had been given a tranquilizer lol. I couldnt have had a better experience and will most definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

Got a couples renewal package which included a steam aromatherapy shower, 60 minute massage, deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure. Staff was extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. The spa was very clean and had nice ambiance. The nail technicians also had properly sterlized equipment and did a fantastic job. Will definitely go there again in the future! Prices are also very reasonable for single services.

My daughters and I enjoyed the Queen for a Day. My massage was awesome - it really released all the tension in my back and neck. I absolutely loved the facial. The young lady who pampered my skin and gave me a head and neck massage was amazing. I truly appreciated that she did NOT try to sell products at the same time. As we left, we agreed: we need to do this again!

Went with a group for a special day and it was wonderful. Employees walking through the mani/pedi area stopped to ask us if we were enjoying ourselves and complimenting our colors. I had my annual Mothers Day Skin Refresher facial today. Ive been a client at Renewal for about five years and ive never been disappointed. Tang, the owner, is very educated and is very intentional on making sure she meets your skins needs. Her facials are always soothing and I leave with my skin feeling nourished and renewed. Book a facial here; you wont regret it!

This salon is a hidden gem in Chesterfield County. I had a broken blood vessel under my eye for 10 years that bothered me and within one session it was gone! My appointment was with Tang and she was truly amazing. I will definitely be back to try out some of their other services.

The Staff here is so friendly and professional. The layout of the Spa gives such a warm, relaxing atmosphere as soon as walking through the door.The Spa Manager was absolutely AWSOME, very knowledgeable of various facial treatments. This was my first visit, and received the best facial treatment I ever had. I have been doing facial treatments for over 20 years. I have definitely found a new home.

Massage review: I have been to this location multiple times and the staff is great, the establishment is clean and has a great atmosphere. The massage therapists are hit or miss. For example, on a couple of occasions, I specifically asked for detail to one area of pain and it was not honored, I left feeling like I didn’t get what I asked for. On the other hand, some therapists are so good I’ve asked for them by name. Consider training each therapist to use chiropractic massage techniques and pressure point therapy, especially for deep tissue. Those were the best experiences I’ve had here. If they do, i would easily sign up for membership because everything else is great.

Jessica filed my nails down to the nail bed. I complained of pain but was told my nails were sensitive, then told they were thin. Well they were just fine when I arrived but I left with 3 bleeding nails and all thin as wet toilet paper. Still in pain and still having to cut my nails back every day as they are so damaged.I regret that one star is required for me to leave a review of my “manicure” which left me with severely damaged nails that are are a challenge to maintain every day and cannot be manicured for months.

I organized a bridal shower at Renewal Day Spa for my future sister-in-law. From the very first correspondence with the manager regarding the party, I was super impressed with the excellent customer service. There were several changes I had to make in the months/weeks leading up to the event and the manager, Soleil, was so accommodating with every request. The day of the event, the staff was soooooo friendly and inviting. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIP. My facial with Tang was AMAZING and my husband commented how bright and glowy my face looked! My massage with Chelsea was heavenly! She is so sweet and you can tell she loves her job and her clients. The manicure and pedicure were wonderful too. My mother-in-laws nail tech even put her socks and shoes on for her while her nails were drying!! Everyone had an amazing time and the bride was over the moon with her full day of relaxation. If you are looking for an alternative to the traditional bridal shower, please keep Renewal Day Spa in mind!

My husband got me a spa package for Christmas. He just made all of the gift giving holidays easy on himself because this is all I want now!Every service was professional and top notch. I drove over and hour to get here. It was well worth the drive. I highly recommend it.

Great place to get your nails done! The nail tech took her time to make sure everything looked absolutely perfect and was very friendly. I appreciated her help figuring out nail art to do on my short nails!

My mother in law and future sister in law came in and did an hour long massage, an hour long facial, pedicure and manicure. We were served lunch. This was a very relaxing day and all 3 of us enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We had a great day and a great experiance! Thank you so much for all of the pampering!

I took my cousin here for her birthday. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt like queens. Everyone did a great job making sure that we were taken care of. We did the Pamper Package and added on a few things. The decor is very nice and all the employees were very friendly.Make sure you try the hydrotherapy bath if you go! We will definitely be going back!!!

Highly recommend! I usually dont take the time to write reviews but this service was so awesome I had to. Steam room with aromatherapy worth every minute, complimentary wine and snacks, massage the bomb!!! I stay in NC and thinking about coming back every few months just to come back to this place.

It was okay. Service was okay. I didnt like that they reuse tools rather then opening up new ones. But they did line the foot area. Also kinda heavy handed on the drill when taking my remaining gel off.

4:30 appointment and didnt leave till 7:30!!My mothers appointment was for 4:30pm she arrived 15mins earlier as requested and didnt end up leaving until 7:30pm due to being attended by an unexperienced nail tech that caused for her to have to wait for a more experienced nail tech to finish with another client to then assist her with her pedicure.The place is VERY pretty inside though and a nice spa zen like feel, but after those 4hrs for a mani & pedi she was definitely not feeling zen at all.

I love this place. The receptionist has managed for years and is very nice. Massage rooms are private and relaxing. Facials are done by caring professionals. It is pricey compared to other places but the quality of service and atmosphere here is best- you get what you pay for.

This place has everything...steam room with aroma therapy, massage, facial plus a nail salon! From the initial contact when I made the appt, to the last person who settled my bill, EVERYONE there takes customer service to a while new level. Came from s Beach. Got the Queen for a day package. Definitely worth the price. Everyone is really nice as well as the facilities. The mani/pedi ladies were awesome! The facial was wonderful & the massage was very relaxing. Lunch was tasty too. Would definitely go again.

There is a reason Renewal Day Spa is one of the tip spas in Richmond, Nina may be that reason. Seriously if you want to relax request Nina!I came in for the December Special the Sugar Plum package, which they were kind enough to extend till today for me. For just under $400 (including tips)I had 6 hours of services!We started off with the Beer pedi and the Bliss mani with Nina. She was attentive & detailed, I normally gel manicures bc regular nail polish seems to take forever to dry. Well Nina has changed my mind. The polish on my toes and fingers were dry by the time I went into the quite room for my lunch. They again accommodated me by changing out the baked chicken Caesar for a larger salad. The sugar scrub was only ok, but that was due to logistics of the room and not the Therapist. Kaitlyn did my massage and heaven help me that girl had me sleeping, I was so relaxed. Finally I finished off with the Signature Custom Facial back with Nina! The facial was great and I felt so well cared for through out the whole process. I live in Washington State, but if I lived here I would probably go bankrupt.Thanks for the day of feeling amazing Renewal ladies!!!

My experience was terrible! I had a manicure/pedicure and massage at the spa with a bridal party. We had nails tips put on for our manicure and the next day they were already coming off. Two of my nails were filed slanted at an angle and they looked ridiculous. I have had a lot of manicures and pedicures from many different salons and this was the worst. They charged us $200 over what they originally quoted us for adding extra services such as nail art. However they never mentioned that these charges were going to be extra in their all-inclusive package. I felt they were dishonest and the service quality was poor. The owners were very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I love this place. Have been going here for special holidays for over 5 years now. My bf had a bday and they went all out for us! Love the staff and massage therapists there.First massage my bf has ever had and he certainly wants more. Lol

I just recently went in for the microblading and after speaking with Tippy about what I truly wanted I ended up getting permanent makeup instead for my eyebrows. I truly had a wonderful experience he was patient with me, showed me everything that he was using gave me every option there was out there before making my decision. If you were ever interested in permanent makeup or microblading I highly suggest tippy. truly everyone there is a pleasure to deal with...I will definitely go back. Oh and also I love my new permanent makeup, I have gotten so many compliments and I truly feel amazing.

Very relaxing environment normally have relaxing music playing and mimosas for the client also they are very affordable for the luxary experience you recieve Malika is my nail tech i see her faithfully every six weeks i love it there!
