Imperial Vapor Co. - Richmond

Hands down, one of the best vape stores we’ve been to in the Houston area. Been coming here a handful of times and every time the staff were all super friendly, and a joy to talk to. They’re all very polite, respectful and extremely welcoming. We always feel like we’re being taken care of. Overall, this store is worth checking out. We’ve been to a lot of other stores, and the treatment was not even close to this one! Can’t recommend enough, really great service and prices!!

So I really liked this place but it’s gotten a bit sketchy for my liking. Almost every time I’ve gone recently there has been a fort bend county officer either inside and out. Inside talking to employees or outside watching. This last time was different as I was pulled over after leaving this business and they were asking me way too many questions that were inappropriate about what I bought in the establishment so I showed them what I bought. This place sells delta 8 which I assumed was legal. I’m not even sure if that’s allowed by law to be asking those questions but maybe it is, I couldn’t tell you. There’s something weird going on with this location so I would be careful unless you want to be followed and pulled over right after leaving. It was not a good experience.

After todays experience I won’t be back to this shop. First couple of visitors were good nice employees , today I dealt with one that wasn’t so pleasant. When inquiring about the THC pens I advised him he was talking too fast. His response it’s ok but he proceeds to continue talking fast. Fast forward to check out he asks for my ID. Never In the many times I’ve purchased a vape I have ever been ID’d cause people know and can tell I’m definitely 21 . I’m usually understanding about Id’ing especially liquor purchases but this one just did not feel right or genuine at all. He claimed they have to ID everyone before abt sale but that wasn’t true cause I’ve visited this location before never was ID. Also another customer came in the store as I was still inquiring about the pens. Caucasian middle aged woman they did not ID her .. i pointed this out he next excuse was we Id for under 35. At this point, your just being a pain I might look under 40 but you know good well I was of age so why make it difficult. Oh well their lost on a sale.

One of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had at a vape store. Sergio is excellent in customer service. He went above and beyond helping me get my setup fixed up. Not my closest store, but I will definitely make the drive to have this level of service. Great selection of flavors and mods too! Even had a glass replacement that I couldn’t find anywhere else!

Amazing Vape Shop!!! The staff, I believe Mike was the one who helped me, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They know their mods, tanks, juices, batteries EVERYTHING vape related!!My mod was having issues, they took the time to try to fix it, and when they couldnt, they immediately found me a replacement, ordered it for me and it was here within a week.Not only did they get me set up with a new mod, they got me a full kit for a cheaper price than I could have on my own.My wife and I are pretty particular about our juices, but they helped us find ones that we loved, and even set us up with a house juice as a trial to see how we like it.They have earned a new customer for life with their amazing customer service and exceptional selection!!You CANNOT go wrong shopping here!!!

My first experience wasnt great, but Im SO GLAD I decided to give this place another shot. My second visit more than made up for the ways in which my first one fell short. I was looking for something specific and Justin did a FANTASTIC job of answering my questions and walking me through my options. This was a totally ideal shopping experience--no pressure or hype, just a very knowledgeable (and patient!) rep. I highly recommend this place - its well worth holding out hope and giving another try if your first round isnt stellar :).

Great staff! Clean place! Love it when they have discounted/sale items. They need better/more juice options for the menthol fans. I gave 3 stars also because of the testing juice bar. They need to clean the tanks better and have better batteries for trying them out. You pay money to try different juices but when you cant really get the flavor of those juices it is hard to really know how they taste. I actually ended up using my battery to test the juices out because the one they gave me wasnt good. I am also wondering how often they clean the tanks, replace the testing juice, and change out the coils. Most of the juices I tried were leaking from the tanks.

So, Im still fairly new to the vape scene, but out of all the shops that have opened up in my area, this is the one I keep going back to. Between Justin (always answering my probably stupid questions respectfully) their speciality juices, and their prices; i honestly have no reason to go anywhere else.I literally drove past multiple others just to get here early and wait for them to open, because that was a much better choice than going somewhere else. You can tell because now Im sitting in the parking lot, after going in and leaving this review and shout out. (lol).Definitely my home vape shop.

I went in just to look around and I see why this place has good reviews. I was greeted right when I walked in and was helped by a very nice gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient while I tried to decide what to get. Everyone was super friendly and informative. They made sure I knew how to use my new vape and what not to do. I am super satisfied with what I got. It was worth the 30 minute drive.

Seriously, the people here are the best. We got a new vape tonight, and the guy helping us recommended not a more expensive one, but a cheaper one that fit our needs. He gave great recommendations and let us smell a bunch of juices, and then gave us 30ml of juice for free for our new setup. I felt so taken care of!! Overall a truly fantastic experience

Great selection of mods and tanks. They make their own juices and all of the flavors Ive had are pretty good. The only downside is that the new federal regulations have caused an increase in pricing for juices. The location is right off of the freeway. Everyone is very helpful and patient with people who are undecided on equipment or flavors.

Great place. Lots of flavors to choose from. Had the stuff I wanted in stock. Great staff very nice and awesome. I expected stuck up vaping guys but nope. Great place definitely had my business. Willing to pay the price difference from online stores for the convenience.

Super friendly staff, readily worked with other locations to get a specific mod I wanted. I’m a regular at the Sugar Land location but mad props to all the employees! Highly recommended, knowledgeable group of people!!

This has been the best vaping retail experience I have had to this day. The staff is very knowledgeable. And, theyre also very friendly not naming any names there. Hint hint. Theyre all really nice folks. The owner is very professional and down to earth. Overall I can see sitting with any one of them after buying a new mod, tank, RDA, or juice and just having a coffee or a monster while bsing about you name it. They also have a point system for free stuff after buying a certain amount of products. I love this store and the people there if you cant tell. Hence the five star rating.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed with a Xbox one to play games, couches to relax, and a foosball table to have fun. The prices for their products and house juices are great. They make getting their products a blast!

I visit Imperial regularly and the employees are always very welcoming and helpful. Their prices are great, especially on the house juices. I would definitely recommend trying one of their house flavors.

Ive been to both this one and the one in Sugar Land and I have to say these people got it down. They know their products and I was able to get my man a really nice vape that doesnt get destroyed easily. Chill atmosphere and awesome service - couldnt ask for more!

Place is awesome. I was in town last year and my cousin had a vape. So I tried it and it was alright. I have been meaning to get one but bring from Austin, some of the vape shops Ive been to are very snobby to say the least. Not this place. I came up again and my kin had told me where he got his Smok AL85 since I had to cop one. Didnt have a clue as to what was what but guy up front was super nice and helpful. Also informative. My other cousins from Richmond had all told me about this so I have to say this place has great reviews for a reason. Kudos.

I LOVE THIS SHOP.I bought my first vape here. Everyone was so knowledgeable. Hector, Sergio, and Justin are my guys. I tell them what I’m looking for when buying a new mod and I’m never let down. 3 years later and I still will only go to this location.

I normally dont leave reviews but these guys deserve one... especially after seeing the last review being one star and no comment (how can someone fix a problem if you dont tell the the issue). I have been to over 30 vape shops in the houston, katy, richmond area and almost every one of them I feel like Im just a number, wasting their time, interrupting their cops show marathon. This place is different. They trully want to help and will take however long you need to make sure you get what you want. If others are waiting in line they dont start rushing you to make up your mind or skip you to get the faster sale. To be honest I never feel like Im being sold. They have stopped me from buying something more expensive before saying By what you have told me I dont believe you will like this. They could have made more money but instead they looked out for me. Im rambling at this point but if you want a place to be honest with you, tell you like it is, make you feel like a person and not force their opinion on you but still voice it, then this is the place. Not to mention if I stop by and dont buy anything I dont feel guilty or like I wasted their time. Dont change guys. Your store and staff made me love going to shops again (at least yalls shop anyway).

Poor customer service, failing to excuse mental heath issue, namely anxiety issue, covering my entire face with a mask. CDC recommends the following:CDC recognizes that wearing masks may not be possible in every situation or for some people. In some situations, wearing a mask may exacerbate a physical or mental health condition, lead to a medical emergency, or introduce significant safety concerns.I was also long time customer, who tried to accommodate, by wearing a mask to the best of my ability. I was covering my mouth. I was informed by the manager who insisted, that I cover my nose. I informed the manager of my anxiety issue, to no avail. In fact in the manner in which he approached me was embarrassing, he said this from across the other side of the store. I informed the manager I would do business elsewhere. I left the location went to another vape shop without issue.

This place is a great place to get your Vapeing needs. The house juice is at a good price, the customer service was great. They care ask questions and listen. T.Vs are always playing good movies. This is the only shop i go to and will be as long as they stay open, good job guys.

I went to 7 or 8 vape stores trying to find a certain brand, and had absolutely no luck! I looked at pictures on google of vape stores near me until I found it on a picture from Imperial Vapor Co. The store is big, its NICE, and they have all of the best desert flavors!!! Their prices are RIGHT, and cheap!! Most vape shops just have the same handful of the same ole cheap stuff. Not Imperial though! Dont second guess this review! Its accurate!

I love this place!! Awesome customer service and wonderful blends of ejuice that they make on site! Very reasonably priced too!! They have a tasting station for you to try the flavors too. Display cases with the newest vape models and they carry the accessories for older models to keep you supplied with everything you need. My go to vape shop!!

Best vape shop in the Katy/Richmond area by far. This is one of the few shops that caters to older vapers as well as young. Great staff and a great selection of hardware and juice.I would urge any new vapor in the area to start here first.

Some times being a chick vaper you get looked at like your stupid in any place you walk in to that run by guys, but the staff in there is wonderful and ALWAYS inviting and informative. My only shop for my vape needs! Everyone here is always helpful and answer any questions you have. The always have a great selection of everything! Love their in house flavors! I moved an hour an half away and still go here! Lol! I stop in there and get what I need and I never have to worry about them not having it!

I went in to my only vape shop and wanted to try something new and a employee suggested a new house brand flavor “Caramel Frappe...It tastes just like a Venti Caramel Frappuccino at you know where...I love it !......If you vape, IVC is the place you want to go !

Great shop, most of the places on the west side of Houston are overpriced, everything here is super reasonable they have great specials on in-house juice on Fridays and Sundays.
