I gave 3 stars because the last month or so they are never open. Prior to this my experience has been great. Knowledgeable, friendly clerks. Nice selection of products.

I had not been in this store in about two years and ownership appears to have changed hands. Best experience Ive had with similar such retailers in a decade. Young lady running the place was polite and professional. I dont expect them to open early, but if theyd stay open later theyd have my business. If youre gonna open at 11, stay open til 9 rather than 7.

Wasnt open even though the hours say its supposed to be open. This place is a joke and save your time and go elsewhere

This is by far my favorite vaoe shop in Rochester. All the employees are great help with fast service. I normally deal with a kid by the name Nate i believe. Hes great. Always good conversation and helpful with any questions i might have. Would definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you havent already.

Been here a number of times now & today I had an issue. Young guy Nate really went the extra mile to make sure I left happy. He was understanding and didn’t hesitate to square me away. Good kid. I’ll definitely continue going back to this location.

Bought a VooPoo Drag S vape a little over a month ago, love the selection they have there, juice selection is great as well. Had a problem with the vape, it wasn’t activating automatically when you pull. I was a few days over my warranty but the owner helped me out and replaced the vape for me. Wanted to try a new flavor juice as well, I told them what I like, they recommended something that was spot on. Highly recommend these guys for all things vaping. I drive out of my way just to go see these guys. The other associates are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Thanks again guys!!

Im new to vaping, I credit these awesome people for making this the easiest and most seamless quitting smoking experience ever! They even made it fun! I was set up with a kit that was to my level, he showed me how to work every little part so I felt entirely comfortable leaving with it and using it correctly. And, gave me tons of background and a mini electronics lesson so I could fully comprehend the mechanics behind it all in order to be safe and get the most out of my device. The staff is extensively passionate about vaping and were super patient through all of my questions, and I had tons. They explained every nuance at the level I needed so that each time I came in, I knew a little more, which helped for when I upgraded. I was a little overwhelmed with all of the variables and customizations but a day later, completley at ease due to the knowledge Ive received directly from these great fellas and lovely lady. Whomever wrote that girls shouldnt go here is goofy. Ive been in the store at least twice a week, Im a chick and the guys and lady behind the counter are all professional, patient, kind and simply know their stuff on a pro level. Beyond that, theyre truly great people. I kinda didnt wanna leave the store because every time I go in, I have a lot of laughs and learn a ton. Theyve been helpful for quick questions on the phone too. They suggest products based on your needs, style and personality. I will tell everyone about how great this place is and the people are really down to earth, broadly and specifically knowledgeable, good people. Its a friendly environment, every time I go in. Doesnt matter what time of day or evening. They have no issue letting you see each and every product and explaining it before purchase in intricate detail, if you need that. There was never condescention, nor snobbery. Just good stuff. They really know Every product in the store and Ive not smoked in 2 1/2 months. Im not even crabby because they made it such an easy and fun switch. Yup, its the spot. Go there, buy their stuff.

Well, I did give you a second chance, like you asked. Came in last Sat at about 11 am got the usual we just sold out. That was half the problem. Two people were hanging out with Nick, swearing and acting like animals. Didnt feel safe there at all. Nick didnt seem to mind at all. Ladies dont go to this store alone.

As a dedicated 5 year customer Ive been to a lot of shops in Rochester. This by far has been the epitome of all my smoking and vaping needs. Such a friendly staff! Nick is incredible at assisting you find what your looking for and Stuart is a wizard at mod knowledge.

I am writing this review because of the disappointing and continued poor service i have received from this shop. lately things have not been so good there, i found the best e-cig juice there, and i started buying my e-cig supplies from here too. , i bought one bottle and they sold out. i have been going there 2 times a week for the last 3 weeks waiting for the mythical shipment of juice that is suppose to be there any day, that is still sold out. i recently bought 4 tanks for my e-cig that have replacement parts. without a supply of replacement parts my tanks are no good to me. i went there tonight to buy more replacement parts, only to find that they do not sell them anymore. to top it all off the guy at the counter was rude and rushing me out of the store. i do not know what his deal is, but he treats customers with a kind of rudeness that makes me not want to come back. their customer service and service after the sale have been lacking to say the least. whether its not keeping products in stock to discontinuing products all together. without fast and serious improvement, i will be spending my money elsewhere! @ #disappointed

Starting to wonder about this place. I buy new liquid and it’s good on one fill then the taste is gone for the rest of the bottle. Just bought another new coil and it seems to be a continuous burning taste. I tried to figure out why I’m not getting the quality of taste and the only thing I can think of is the stuff is being tapered with. I have spent some money there and I’m not happy. I’m moving on..

So, came here after work....1526hrs on a Saturday afternoon and according to the website, the shop is open. Tried to call the shop, no answer. Tried to enter the store, no answer. Please update your hours of operation so I dont go from Henrietta to Gates only to find out that the shop in trying to go to is closed.

The only shop in town!! Wouldnt think about going anywhere else! The service is great and knowledgeable on everything in the store. I found that one of my favorite juices was out from nick, well guess what..... THEY HAVE SOOOO MANY!!! Nick turned me on to a line of juice I hadnt tried yet!........... Sooo tastie!!!Great place, great selection, great staff!

The BEST customer service Ive had at any type of establishment, smoking or otherwise. I walked in knowing nothing, and left knowing everything. The staff made sure I had what I needed to make an educated decision, and tried their best to match my personality to my product.

Staff are wonderful, especially Marissa. Selection is pretty great. Ill absolutely keep coming back.

Ive purchased quite a few ecig products from Three Day Smoke Shop and the purchases have always gone smoothly. My latest purchase was a tank that leaked and after two weeks of dealing with it I brought it back to them with the receipt and they replaced it without a hitch. Are their prices higher than the internet? Yes, of course they are, but, you can take advantage of their combined experience and actually hold what youre thinking about buying. In short, hands on and knowledge together with a large inventory are reasons enough to purchase locally verses the internet. (Chili Store)

Bought some cigars. There was one left in the box. I told the stoner behind the counter. He said they would order more. Went there a week later. Bought the last one in the box. Told him they were out. He said they would order more. Just called and asked if they had more. Guess what, no cigar. I bet if they ran out of bongs they would re-up...screw this place...

Stopped in recently to get set up with a vape. Super new to the whole vaping experience and was blown away by their knowledge and friendly service. Will definitely be going back!

Excellent Customer Service at the Gates Location. Very refreshing to have polite, helpful employees when shopping. No pressure and easy to talk to.

Id give half a star if possible. Went in about a week ago with problems from coils constantly burning out and I was told it was my batteries and I was sold batteries. Couple days later when I could get back to tell them its still burning coils out within minutes I was told it was my mod and I was sold a new one. You guessed it STILL BURNING COILS. So now Im told its probably a bad batch of coils and I never needed to spend the $100+ in past week so I take the kids advice and buy the best tank they have at the moment and every other vape tastes like burning metal!!!! Stay away from Three Days they are nothing but young kids without knowledge who will just take your money.

Don’t bother. Most of the time they don’t have what you want or they are short staffed and you have to wait forever. I suggest you go to Mad Hatters Hideaway on Culver.

They took care of my vape needs. I believe they try to FORCE the new normal, force mask. Damage to ur lungs. Be careful
