Great location. First time there and they dont have what I usually grab so the young lady working wrote it down in her notebook and said she will order a few for me so they have them. Very nice of her. Only downfall is I usually get 2 for 30 elsewhere smmmmmZ

I love elab Ive tried going to other vape stores just because of elab being closed and me being too lazy to get there in time. They charge so much more for the same Vape juice at other places and I love that the employees always pretty much know what youre there to get. They know what coils you want and what juice youre getting. Yeah I might mix the girls up sometimes but I always appreciate how friendly they are and how helpful they are thats what keeps me going back

He is highly knowledgable, he also offers great personal opinions and recommendations on products. Elab offers variable pricing depending on your budget, in order for all to be served.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Nate the main employee is super knowledgeable and sweet. 🤗If they dont have it, they will try to get it, or tell you who does. They have all the newest items out there. If you dont like something, or have a problem with an item, let them know, so they can make it right. They like to hear your feedback.I was told they are running a cigar special for fathers day 📰. So take some Dad time, go in, treat yourself to your favorite stogie, sit, relax, 🚬 & unwind.Its my favorite place to go for whatever I need. 🛒 I wouldnt go anywhere else. Very clean and fresh environment. I was so amazed at this place. I expected to smell cigars and smoke but no. Customer service was very professional, helpful and kind. This place has all your smokers needs. Even CBD in a variety of forms. I didnt do a purchase but I will return and I recommend this shop to anyone in the neiborhood. I believe it was the manager that assisted me. Thanks!

I live nearly 30 minutes away and I will never go anywhere besides this shop. Nate is so informative and helpful I always walk out with exactly what I need, and sometimes some cool things i didnt know i needed!

Nate is very knowledgeable and helpful. For a novice CBD user, its a bit overwhelming to see all the products available. After talking with Nate, he will steer you in the right direction without trying to upsell you non necessities.

I went in having a panic attack, looking for cbd products. Nate was amazing. He was instantly compassionate. He talked me through what he thought I needed. He clearly cared about what I was going through and It turned out to be way more than just a sale. I felt like he really cared, he listened to me, and educated me on the product, and he was just amazing, telling me Ill be ok. I had to hug him. The whole experience meant so much to me. He told me to come back and see him anytime if I have any questions or concerns. And I definitely will. Words cant express how I feel right now. Its not every day you find someone so compassionate to a total stranger whos clearly not in a good state of mind. Im just amazed with how he handled my situation and how compassionate and caring he was. If you want a smoke shop with a caring staff whos not just gona look at you like another customer, definitely come here. I will 100% be going back.

Every time Ive visited this location theyre extremely friendly and professional. Ive had the opportunity to buy whilst the owner is there as well as a young lady I forget her name, regardless as to whom is working its always a pleasant experiance.

Great smoke shop always has been. Their staff is super cool and they have a good variety of merchandise. Plus the merchandise from local artist is the best there, top quality.

The guy that works there is really helpful. He helped me out with a vape setups and didnt mind answering my questions. Cool vibe with lots of nice glass pieces.

The Clerk is absolutely exquisite he knows his products and is never vague or shy of saying what he likes or doesnt like I love all the variations so much to see and very reasonable in pricing

Excellent service. Needed a new e-cig setup after my old one ran its lifespan, didnt know exactly what I wanted and walked out with a new kit and a great deal in no time.

Lost our business. My husband has spent tons of money here. On vape modules (that dont work properly), vape juice, coils and accessories. Saturday he purchased 2 new coils. He brought his module in so the clerk would know exactly which size to give him (since he purchased the module from them). When he went to install the new coil, he realized it didnt fit. He tried returning them today and the clerk told him he couldnt have his money back, only store credit.

Place is good spot for your needs. Not sure of his name (Nate, maybe), but the guy that is always there is super helpful and friendly and always makes it a enjoyable experience.

Nate is a sweet salesman. He knows the products inside and out. The only shop Ill go to in Rochester NY. I refer friends to the shop very often.

Great selection of glass and accessories. I highly recommend them if your in the Charlotte area. The are located at the Corner of lake Ave And Stutson street.
