A buddy and I drove all way to Mad Hatters Hide Away, because I viewed their great selection of glass on the website. I would do it again as well the glass selection and the staffs attention to detail was refreshing to be met with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the piece of glass I was purchasing. I am pumped with quality and function of the glass I bought and cant wait to go back and get more. Dorienne and Makaila were awesome to deal with and made sure to find me what I needed to get the rig functioning beautifully.

Staff is always attentive (Sometimes attractive too pffff). Theyre always helpful and informative. Bought my last 3 pipes there and 1 more on payment. Also my go to shop for accessories. I cannot see myself shopping anywhere else with the great prices, selection, and atmosphere.

Very clean, and well stocked store, very friendly staff. I went in to get a disposable nicotine vape and my only problem is they dont have them displayed, they stand in a back room and read off a hidden wall what flavors they have to you, I prefer seeing the boxes and reading when I make my choice and all of them in a backroom isnt ideal

Honestly, I’m so relieved and happy that I found this shop. I have the worst anxiety of anyone I know and didn’t even want to step foot in a place where I thought I would be judged. I had so many factors in deciding what would be the right fit for me. It took me weeks to build up the courage to walk in and ask what they thought the best pain relief would be best. The ladies listened and asked questions and didn’t make me feel stupid or like I was an inconvenience. It’s so chill to find people who are exactly like you, yet you thought you were alone in your fears! Thank you SO much!

Everyone here is awesome! Prices are great and if you need help don’t be afraid to ask every question ever because they will help you! And the customer service is impeccable

Staff is always very friendly at both locations and willing to chat about their products. Ive purchased several glass pieces from them, they are my go to for pretty much anything I need for my smoke sessions

Top Notch. Hands down the best and only place you need to stop for anything and everything a smoke shop may carry. I have never seen a shop carry such a wide variety of useful products. They pride themselves with amazing customer service and have a ton of knowledge on everything in the industry. Be careful with their ATM. Second time my account was charged THREE times! I took a 20 out and my bank said I took 22 plus a 2.50 and another 2.50 ontop of it! $7 just to take a 20 out? I was really disappointed. Really nice staff and product but kinda jippy.

I went in to the new store on W. Ridge Rd in Greece for some vaping supplies and to buy some Kratom. Id been there once before and I was impressed by the selection that was offered. I was helped by Ricky and I gotta say; he was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and he suffered thru my questions like a pro. I wish every store i went in to had a guy like him working there!

Probably the cleanest, most beautiful smoke shop I’ve ever been in. All of the glass in the store is truly unique and an art display of its own. The employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. Even 3 of the employees are incredible local glassblowers! (Isbe, Krakenzglass, and Rek.glass) It’s impressive to see a local smoke shop be able to take this next step and expand!! The Stebbins family and employees of the original Mad Hatters Hideaway (culver rd) have dedicated their heart and soul into this store and it really shows!!

Best place to go for your glass/smoking needs. They have a wide variety of options to fit anyones budget from chillums to full dab rigs, they have what you need.

Looks like a walmart of smoke shop. 1000s of items..Would be nice to see Local *Social Equity* smoke shops opening in Rochester For WOMEN and MINORITIES before more white guys open new locations.
