Rochester smoke shop is THE BEST smoke shop in town. Everyone who works there, especially crystal, is super attentive and gets me whatever I need right away. They have an excellent variety of products, always have new stuff coming in, and are great at getting to know you and recommending things you’d like.

Selection is great for what is around here and usually customer service is average, but today 0 other customers in and a basketball game is more important than selling a box of cigars. Be nice to walk in greeted as a customer and have someone sell you on some new products

Its my favorite smoke shop the workers are always very friendly and helpful and with a smile always feels welcomed coming into the store!

This is one of the best stores in the Country as far as I’m concerned. I always look forward to flying into Rochester area & I alway go and see what you have new in VL - The strength and quality of this Brand is unbelievable, especially the Moon Rock! I called to talk to the Sales Rep there and this guy Alan was so refreshing, such a great person and he went above and beyond for me. I found out about VL from you & I will always come to your store when I’m in town. The new HHC Dabs & that E-Liquid is amazing. And you carry so many Pre-Rolls as well; but I was so excited to get the THC-O 2gram VL Moon Rock Pre-Roll and next time I came in, you had HHC and those are out of this world. Your staff is amazing, your selection is amazing and you carry all the best stuff, I look for high quality and high strength and you definitely have that covered! Came from Owatonna to go to Costco today. After my shopping I decided that I would get on google and see if Rochester had a real cool smoke shop. I read a review that said don’t wast your time in Rochester if your looking for delta 8!!!! Rochester Smoke shop has the best selection of delta 8 I have seen in the state of Minnesota!!!!! Today I got some of that G Daddy Purp Dabs and I must say that stuff is fire 🔥 It tasted amazing and was very smooth!!!!! Iam very happy with this store and when ever I need to come to Rochester I will be sure to stop by here to pick up some smoky treats!!!!!!! Also I signed up for there rewards program that’s pretty cool too!!!!

Ive been going to this location for a few months now and I am always blown away by how courteous and expeditious the staff is. Great place to shop and the prices are pretty much the best in town.

I have shopped at the Rochester Smoke Shop for well over two years now. My most recent visit will be my last, and for two major reasons. In my opinion, based on my recent experiences, the customer service has gone from pretty good to a feeling that you’re being there is wasting their time. The second issue is price. I’m use to the idea that you’re going to pay a bit more for something at an independent shop, and if the overall experience is worth it, that’s fine. Unfortunately, when the customer experience goes sour, the up charge is no longer worth it. This morning, out of buyers remorse, I checked online to find one of the items I purchased at almost 50% less at almost every other retailer selling the exact same device. I then found the second item I purchased, an item I had to settle for since they were out of the one I wanted (as tends to be the case with them) was a few dollars more than it had been in the past. This item had been discounted in the past when bought with the first item, so to see it costing more than its usual price when bought alone (when it was not what I intended on buying) was the last straw.I am a manager in a customer service driven business. I’ve been passing on a lesson I learned from one of my first managers I had, “the customer pays your paycheck”. I almost walked out last night with my intended purchase left at the counter, and this morning I’m regretting not following that instinctive feeling I had. As of today, this customer will no longer be paying Rochester Smoke Shops employees paycheck.

I came in to buy a cart and left. I noticed the cart was taped and had tissue in the box to hold the cart. The cart is called JGO and they said I can come and get a different one. I came in and the guy told me that all of them are like that. I ended up getting a 3CHI which was less expensive. I lost $10 because I can’t get my money back?Unsatisfied and putting this out there because this is just SKETCHY.

Awesome selection of glass, juice, mods etc. at competitive prices. What sets this place apart from the rest is the staff..friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to take care of any questions or problems that may arise, 100% focused on customer care. Cant recommend enough, they have without a doubt earned my business.

Been going to this location for vape juice for about a year now and I have never had a bad experience. The employees always greet you when you walk through the door and never try to pressure you into making a selection but are more then happy to recommend certain flavors that you may have never thought about trying. Keep up the good work fellas! I for one will not shop anywhere else!

This place is awe inspiring. From the large selection of cigars and zippos to nerd collectables (proudly am one) this place has it all. Great cbd selection. Some pretty neat glassware as well. A+ for whoever put this store together.

I bought two bangers from this smoke shop and both had microfractures in it and when I went to get a refund or an equal replacement they tried to sell me something cheaper and less quality than what I was supposed to get honestly I feel like I got scammed and ripped off I am the most unsatisfied I have ever felt with glassware honestly would not trust with my money ever again when it comes to glass I would go to the downtown smoke shop way better for cheaper price and higher quality plus there are a lot nicer Staff than the ones up north Dont waste your money but there anime stuff is cool though.

The selection is best in town. Ive been to all the shops in the Rochester area, this shop has the best service by far! Thats what keeps me coming back!

Staff is very knowledgeable and there are always 2 or 3 of them so you dont have to wait for help. The guys always have great suggestions for upgrading my vape equipment and for trying new juices.

Even though it was a little bit busy, I was helped right away. Got a nice candle that smells awesome. They also have CBD for my dog Jaxxx. He has arthritis in his back left leg and it helps.

The employees are always super helpful and friendly - youll get what you want at a good price (for juice), and their house blends are excellent. Their mods run a little more expensive than online.

Oh man they have a great selection the staff is awesome go in there mainly for the anime my husband goes in there for the tobacco and such .

Horrible experience here. Purchased four $7.00 cherry cigars from this place for a get-together with some college buddies that I hadnt seen in a long time. I gift my buddies the cigars and three of us light em up. They are the most stale cigars--dry as a bone. Kenny at the counter offered to give me 1 replacement for the 4. Called and spoke with Steve Manger that claimed to be the owner. Steve would not stand by his product one iota. He didnt even offer to replace the one cigar. Buy elsewhere. This place sells OLD, DRY CIGARS.

This place sucked. The employee were rude and not knowledgable on their products. They also have a minimum purchase fee of 5 dollars when using card which is an illegal business practice. I will never ever shop at this store again.

Mixing there own juices sold me a 60ml bottle for 25 when’s it’s online for 120 ml for 19.99. Wouldn’t let me return it. What a joke
