The store was clean and organized. Definitely has a higher end feel to it. The guy working there was very friendly and helpful. I think I found my new regular smoke shop.They didnt have the vape i was looking for (but hardly any carries it) so the guy behind the counter asked me a couple questions and dialed into what I was looking for and made a recommendation. I like the vape he recommended even better! It is the same Flavor profile but smoother.

Shop is awesome. I think the shopkeeper named Harley helped us out today. Completely cleaned out my vape when the glass exploded and uphold us on buying a disposable vape. Awesome guy that makes this awesome shop a place I want to come back.

Justin is so helpful and knows what he is talking about. Justin is friendly and willing and wanting to help you out no matter what. Even if he is with another customer he will say Ill be with you shortly so you know he sees you. The last time I was in I was called home girl and ignored because the guy working was more interested in helping another girl in a short dress so I walked out. I will only come when I know or see that Justin is the one working.

I went hoping to find a oil that was similar like the one I brought in. Needless to say I through 100 dollars away like I told the guy I was gonna do when he got done throwing red flags and he just laughed and said yeah probably. When you go in a place and say I know you dont care the same brand but I need it for this & that and they say yeah this should work. Yeah this one you get a red flag feeling. The guy didnt even look at my bottle to make sure. I even question and his replies were more so hurry make a sale get them out the door. So now I sit with a bran new bottle with 8 drops gone and 100 dollars gone for a bottle that didnt work and wasnt any good. Glad I went else where and actually had a good man who knows his stuff help me and I got what I needed for 20 bucks less

I liked this shop. I liked the guy in it, he was knowledgable on vaping and good at recommendations. I was gonna make this my go to shop. Sold me a caliburn for 50$, it wasnt even a g, it retails for about 20$. Didnt even suggest I use my 150$ worth of points I already had. Idk why I bought it, I just decided Id grap it and never go back. If youre reading this, you lost thousands of dollars in business deciding to sell me something so overpriced

Being such a new store this is one of the nicest and biggest vape shops Ive been in with honestly one of the biggest selections Ive seen in northern California, the owner is super nice and even says he plans on renovating the shop more soon. definitely stop by if you need any vape or smoke related supplies
