This place is so coool! Went on a date night here and we played it all, $50 for unlimited games for 3 hours, which comes with 2 drinks and any food item. The staff was very helpful in explaining how it all worked and what’s what! We played Mario Carts, Fortnite, Rock band, even Karaoked at the bar. It was and brought back a lot of childhood memories playing their arcade games!I only wish they had an adult night or time, no offense, but I hear my son play Fortnite enough aha but overall a good time, I would definitely go back! They do have private rooms as well, so maybe I would just book those!

Great place for my sons 11 year old birthday much more comfortable then having a gaming truck with same value. The staff were great at helping the boys set up and transition games and good communicators for food etc.

First time here meeting friends who came up from San Diego. What an AMAZING fun place this is!Tried VR for the first time and it’s so much fun!The staff is beyond great; they are all so helpful, friendly and attentive to the kids needs when a game is stuck or they want to change games.The food is also good; very reasonably priced and a good quantity. The vegan chicken wings are sooooooo good! Waffle fries are crispy and the service is super fast and was brought to us by a really nice person named Trevalyn; the name was so unique and so cool!I wish this was closer to my home because it’s a great place for kids to bring their friends too!My children and their friends had a really great time and can’t wait to return😊

This place is so fun. A ton of video game options and great food and drinks. We planned on staying for an hour but stayed for three. I plan on having a party or event here at some point just because its so fun.

Been there since day 1.Didnt realize it was a legit friend of mine that was running the show.Excellent job bringing the LAN center vibe back, but with an adult side, and special things added other than just a dark room filled with computers/games.amazing all around.

Saw the bartender take a picture of myself and the table on his phone and text the kitchen guy. Kitchen guy came out and the two of them were laughing about me and the table. How do I know this you say? I saw bartender guys phone. Picture and him texting. He sucks at hiding it! 😕So here is why, kitchen guy and bartender guy, not that I need to explain why I eat the way I do to you two. I have a lot of allergies and I wanted to eat at your place. Thanks for making me feel like that was a bad idea.Also owner guy speak to kitchen guy about customer service he dropped the plates down seemed a little annoyed with my food requests. Sorry kitchen guy to seem so bougie wanted to not spend the rest of my day in the ED. Not an exaggeration.

They dont actually offer the games they claim to offer in their website, kinda defeats the point of claiming to offer any games when all of the games they have are free to play. Moreover, just by reading they way they interact with people who leave poor reviews speaks volumes. Its kinda like a dance club and arcade made a baby. SO much fun! The food is really good too. Especially the BBQ chicken bacon flatbread. Amazing!

This place is THE BEST!! I always come to their Saturdays karaoke & I always have so much fun here! There’s a bar for the parents & thousands of games to play for the kiddos 😉 You must try their signature beer called ‘fuel’ its so yummy, pair that with their bbq chicken ranch pizza….SO GOOD! Also a great spot for birthday parties, they have 3 different private rooms!

Fun place for young and old. Great free arcade games for the seasoned crowd to relive their early years (with a great brew at their side) while the kids are indulging in whatever is in today.

Best place to go, we went there for my sons birthday party and play their video game and its free to play the arcade, for old school, for the game online, it cost money and its worth it, the staffs are very friendly, would definitely go back :-)

Wow! This is not the norm! If you like gaming, eating & and drinking, this is the place to go!We attended a birthday party here, & had no idea what this place was. Its very different & definitely a new generation of entertainment. Theres a private room for karaoke & otherwise the whole place is full of computers for gaming. Theres a small bar which serves beer, wine & mixed drinks, but the mixed drinks are all wine based. So it tastes exactly like vodka or bourbon or whatever, but its made of wine. So, it doesnt have the same punch as hard liquor, which is probably a good thing. They do serve food, mainly appetizers. Employees are super friendly & one young man, in particular, named Javen, was extremely helpful as we were often stumped on how certain games work, etc.Plus plus plus! Highly recommend! We will be back, for sure!

Cool atmosphere!! Great, friendly staff, and great food /drinks. My friend and I took our 12/13 yo sons to play games on the PS5, while we sat at the bar and had a great time talking with the bar tender and other guests. Will definitely go again!

Went there with my daughter on a rainy Saturday. Not a great experience. Some kids, one in particular, at another table were screaming their heads off. Only one of the two controllers worked. We could barely figure out how to use the main interface. There was nobody to help us. My daughters chair was in the main thoroughfare, and kept getting bumped by kids running through. Not to mention the games needing to update, and wasting our minutes sitting there and waiting. Probably wont ever go back. My daughter was very disappointed.

Pretty cool place. Took my kids for a birthday party. Girls didnt enjoy it so much but my boy was having a blast playing with his friends. They also have a bar so momma was happy too :) Staff was also very nice.

Had my sons birthday party here. We had the red room, and escape pod & a hex pod. Everything was great. Staff was helpful, food was great and kids had a great time. Heard a lot about this place and everything was just as expected. Definitely a must for gamers. Will go back for sure. Thanks Fire UP!!!

The lighting is that of a club, kind of a small location, but they have plenty of gaming devices to use. I enjoyed myself, but they dont have a legitimate liquor license so the alcohol is super weak. Great food and great staff. Bartender was very pretty.

Awful place, food is mostly frozen snacks that are improperly cooked. They dont have a liquor license so it leads to having poor bartenders, poor drinks, and awful selection. The place is very small and not fully suitable for large crowds, yet they continually push the boundaries. Their cleaning standards are lacking, floors/tables very sticky, no employees sanitize the gaming equipment after use(gross sweaty headsets). Would not reccomend coming here

Sweet place! Cool atmosphere awesome gaming experience. They actually have private gaming rooms you can book for cheap! Haven’t been here on Fridays but everyone told me to come back on Friday as it changes themes with a live DJ. Plan on visiting again!

Microwaved food/not a full bar with uninspired drinks. Terrible wobbly furniture. Owner is incredibly rude.Owner replied with some unhinged spiel. Only reason these people went were for these events. Regardless of that issue my review has nothing to due with those events and I reiterate my points in my review. Food and drinks are bad. Furniture is borderline unsafe. Unwelcome atmosphere.

Where do I start? Walking in, the Staff was super welcoming, and helpful. WE LOVED IT! I gotta say I had my doubts. After taking my son to Wacky Tacky, Sky Zone, Bounce It, and him rejecting them ALL I wasnt sure where we would go to celebrate. But after being given a tour around by Blake we instantly knew THIS IS THE SPOT!!!! This place is truly a place for ALL AGES!!!! All The Popular Games The Kids Were asking for was available all at this location. Today is my sons 5th bday, though he rarely plays video games he owns Nintendo switch, and dad has an Xbox that he plays on from time to time. He knows how to use them and caught on pretty quick. We had a small family gathering of his siblings and close family, the kids ranged from 5-15 years old and every single one had fun including the adults which decided to jump in. We got 2 booths for a VERY GREAT price, one for the littles and one for preteen-teens. We took a break from the screens, got some fresh air outside, getting to play giant Jenga and a connect 4, took off to eat and came back for more game time. We Will most definitely be coming back and sharing this place with friends. Thank you for this wonderful experience to all who worked tonight. Yall did amazing, I love how clean this place was, the quick service, the vibing lights and music that my son LOVED!!!! Was just AMAZING !

A fun place to go if youre a gamer. They have PCs and consoles, as well as free 80s games. For those 21+, there is a small bar. Oh yes and food as well. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because its a smaller venue than I expected.

My Grandson and I had a blast!!! Loved playing everything...VR Headset, PS5, PS4, old school games that were first created. Food was good and staff excellent very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

This place is basically a video game/pc lounge with beer, which is awesome in my book. They offer PC set ups which to my understanding (Im not a PC gamer, my knowledge of the specs is limited) runs any game, consoles (not sure if they have purchased the new gen consoles yet) & classic arcade games.You pay by the hour for the consoles a PC set ups. The arcade games are free, which is awesome if you just want to throw your money into beer.Small but good variety of beer, I would recommend trying the fuel.I have been here a couple of times and look forward to returning as soon as they reopen.If your looking for a chill way to spend a night, I would recommend giving this place a chance.

Unfortunately we did not have an enjoyable time last weekend. The red room we rented for 6 guests had a ps5 that didnt have any game downloaded but fortnight. And by the time the game we wanted downloaded our time was up. Food was good, didnt get to try the fuel, they had already ran out. Overall was let down..

I’m not one to write reviews but fireup esports lounge has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I’m compelled to. The food is pretty appalling tasting like reheated frozen food pulled straight from a dumpster. At an establishment with many minors prevent they show blatant disregard for who they serve alcohol to. I’ve been offered drinks multiple times while talking to friends at the bar and was never asked for ID a single time, given that I’m only 20 years old I declined every time. There were a few shining employees who made the place bearable but unfortunately all of them have left due to the poor management.

Bright flashing lights everywhere, they only run last gen hardware, and they are affiliated/ possibly owned by Tech2U.This is super sad, I very much want something like this to be a thing, just owned by someone else.I know the owner will respond.You know you have staff thats OK charging/scamming old ladies 500$ for a simple antivirus scan... right?Charging 75$ to clean up after an antivirus scan is NOT OK either. Ive personally witnessed it, so you cant exactly deny it factually.Ive also seen the way your staff covers up bad reviews... Sad

So its odd. First thing I saw walking in was the bar then a couple kids throwing glow sticks around, like small children. Fyi its $60 to RENT rock band for an hour. There is a silent disco where you rent headphones with your id and there is a couple live djs but the only way to listen to them is with the headphones. So you go out to the back deck and just see a bunch of people randomly dancing to no music and a bunch of traffic noises.All in all, my grand summary is that, its a place for parents to bring their kids to play video games and keep them distracted without the need of a coin machine or giant mouse selling pizza, all while they get drunk off koolaid flavored beer. (Seriously)

Very poor experience. Chairs were uncomfortable, felt very worn out with most having seats which sloped away from the back, making sitting in them for long periods impossible. Food was below average, even by bar food standards and drinks were weak, but were also very expensive. On top of that loud, bad club music was blaring throughout the building, making it difficult to concentrate on what I was playing. Overall, tries to be a mix of a nightclub, barcade and esports lounge and ends up failing at all 3. STAY WELL CLEAR.

Im sorry but it was kinda overhyped. The system controls only work partial of the time. And it was like the systems had parental controls on. You couldnt really play multi-player on anything except the Nintendo Switch and that was hardly any fun because the controllers kept glitching out and would kick you out. When we went, we thought there would be more games or at least maybe more retro games. But the place is more for computer games then anything. And you better be careful, that place is incredibly small. You run into someone when ever you take a step, so it will get awkward and fustrating real fast. The only reason I even gave this a 2 is because the lady who check us in and the lady at the bar were real nice. But honestly, Im sorry, it really was a waste of money.

Their food is overpriced and mediocre, you’re better off just going anywhere else within the shopping center.Their gaming chairs aren’t in good condition, just sitting on them makes it tilt forward.Music can be overbearing at times.And lastly the staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I can find better customer service at a Mc Donalds during rush hour.

I dont know if I was limited because I used a Groupon but there was very little PC games I was able to play. And even with my small amount of games, I could only play half of them. It was either the memory was too full or it had to update for 20 minutes. I tried playing Fortnite but even that was laggy. I might go back to maybe try the consoles but I doubt it.

This place is amazing. Great for all ages. All the latest games, bar, food, and karaoke. Great places for parties and hanging out. Would recommend 10 out of 10 if could

From Call of Duty to Mario Cart and the VR headset is insane!#2 the atmosphere is perfect with beers at the bar and private rooms to play games with dubstep on the speakers it doesn’t get better!#3 everyone that works here is polite and accommodating! They will help you to make the experience worthwhile. Special shout out to McKay and the bartender Kellen for making the night exceptional, those guys know how to make a customer feel at home. My wife and I will not only return but we will spread the word around about this little hidden gem, (FiredUp)in Roseville! You gotta go Thanks!

Really cool experience to have some mixed drinks and play smash bros and Mario kart with your mates! Also $3 shots from 9pm-10pm is a nice plus. They also had a mini edm show going on outside the night we went

Coming back to the old arcade games I used to play as a kid.Its still fairly new, but I would give it a 5 star once they have everything set up for Smash Bros Ultimate tournaments.It has great potential and I do think it makes for a great first date!

Really great establishment. Lots of gaming options. I wish they had pro controllers for the Nintendo switch. My only real complaint was that the music was WAY to loud. I couldn’t talk to my friends while playing.

Stopped by here for a bit with some co-workers, amazing atmosphere, the set up is superb! Also the staff was amazingly friendly and had some great house drinks. If youre looking for am amazing place to have a few beers and hang out with friends would highly recommend!

Great atmosphere! Very Central place to come for any gaming wishes with your friends/family/partner/etc. Games that suit beginners (Mario Cart, etc ) all the way up to those who are diehard fans (fortnite, COD, etc.). The food is great bar bites and the FUEL beer is special and very unique! Definitely check it out!

Had my sons 7th bday party here. They were super accommodating and the owner was extremely nice. The customer service is A1 and the pizza was really good!

Extremely unprofessional management (see: company twitter), they dont have a proper liquor license, multiple reports of people not being IDd for drinks, their food is all reheated, their friday night raves boast a $10 price tag for men while women get to enter for free, since they wouldnt come to the event otherwise. If youre looking to play games with your friends and family, Esports Arena at the Walmart on Pleasant Grove has much more affordable hourly rates and is franchised by owners with a good track record and ran by very friendly employees.

This place is so much worth it! Although tight, and small, its JUST tight enough to be spacious from others, and open enough to walk around and converse! If youre still a little claustrophobic, they also have private rooms with just about everything you have outside. If you guys are lookin into this place, give it a go! Im sure itll be 10 times better when they get VR!

Full disclosure, the place I work has the same parent company as this place. I had never been to a esports place before and I think that is a really neat idea. The design is pretty cool as well. The chairs are really comfortable (the main area seems like a man-cave dream) and I like the little curtained rooms that make it more private and cozy.

I previously enjoyed coming here for Smash Bros tournaments, but the owner has since revealed himself to be an unprofessional man-child via his asinine posts on the company Twitter, ridiculing former employees and customers. I refuse to support a business whose owner conducts himself in such a manner. Also, the food sucks.

Music always way too loud over everything, cant even hear my own game when playingNo Nintendo Switch Online on the Switches, wasted money for a pod to not be able to play the game I wanted. Joycons also had drift, no pro controller, or even the thing you can put the joycons into to make up a controller, WHICH COMES WITH THE SWITCH!! It was very unpleasant to play like that and with such a small amount of games to select from, I was bored the whole time.Staff were nice, though

Great place for PC gaming, Arcade gaming, and console gaming. Open later, fancy lights outside along with a patio with fire warming stations. There is a DJ there too, usually bumping Electronic Music or Dubstep. So be ready for that blasting inside and out. Good younger crowd. You can reserve a private Virtual Reality Gaming Room with a Oculus, or if console gaming is your deal, consider a private lil hub, with everything you need. They serve food and even alcohol for those if course of age. Yes, even being 47 years old, I got carded. Cool place to take tweens, teens and a good 20-30 crowd. Great customer service that helps you out as well.

They charge 10$ for alcohol and they put about 1/2 an actual shot in each drink, i chugged 2 and didnt even feel like I drank alcohol. The bar tender took a min to even notice us at the bar because he was busy playing beer pong with some chick inside the bar. Also was giving her back money when she won, didnt give anyone else the opportunity to get money back from drinks.There games are good. But not someplace to ever goto for adult themed stuff. The security lady also will randomly check people and not others, also seemed like she let Deals go down inside there.Last time I was at this place some dude setup his phone in the bathroom and was recording women and got caught.Definitely need to redo staff for this place. Hopefully this comment will help them understand people who spend money 💰 see everything that happens.

EDIT: I once left a review praising FireUp for its atmosphere and Smash scene. Things have changed.Theyve fired their only tournament organizer, and essentially given the middle finger to anyone who sympathizes, through some very unprofessional Twitter comments.Not much reason to go here now, unless you like overpriced food or paying money to play Mario Kart in a closet.

Went there for a friends Birthday and he dropped $450 for three hours and the only thing we could do were 2 rockband songs, 1 game of Amongus, and 1 game of mario party because they spent 90% of the time fixing the guitar for rockband and fixing the computers for our pod gaming area. Also, a lot of the games listed to play are not playable. Front desk was cool, atmosphere was nuts because of kareoke night, and Bengie and Zac did the best they could to help fix things which was nice but for $450 for three hours of mainly wathching staff fix stuff is definitely not worth it. Would not recommend party package to anyone.

First time there tonight. Took the family and had a game night. The staff were very nice, the game room was super clean. Looking forward to going back and bringing the family again. I have other families that are gamers and would love to know about this place.

Really disappointed. Went with my friend last night and was excited. Upon arrival, I had to wait about 10 minutes as there wasnt anyone at the front desk to check you in.Once we paid and got to the computers none of the games were updated. Once you login to your FireUp account, your hourly timer starts. So while I had to update their games for them, my time was ticking away. I tried switching computers 4 times; however, there was a problem at each computer (no sound, couldnt login to games, no internet connection, etc.). After 40 minutes of trying to update their games for them, I was finally able to find one that worked. Unfortunately, I had to login to my own accounts (good thing I had two Blizzard accounts), as FireUp accounts didnt not work with Blizzard, Origin, or Epic Games.Had to ask for assistance 4 times but none of my problems were solved (although the staff was very nice!).It is a good concept, but very poor execution. I wont be returning but hopefully they fix these problems and others have a better experience than I did.

This place looks like something out of the star wars universe. You have to see it to believe it. Plus the money they charge to game here is super cheap! To heck with building a $2k PC when you can just game on high end rigs for a super affordable rate. Love it here!

I was playing Counter Strike Global Offensive with my dear friends and some customers were being vulgar and rude to me while in game. I hope that there is some reperfusions for there peoples horrid actions. Just wanted to inform the public about the toxic and rude customers that attend this gaming and chilling establishment. Pretty good place to hang out, the spaces were neat and clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. All around good experience and if I had to make any suggestions, it would be to maybe turn the music down just a bit.

I went here and logged into my Warzone account to play with a friend. I played one match on Warzone to result in a temporary ban placed on my account. I would like to know what this place has on their computer/network because obviously Warzone found something suspicious and put a temporary ban on my account. I came here to pay to play games and ended up getting my account banned what a waste of money.

It was a great place and my kids definitely enjoyed it. Kind of expensive if you plan on eating there with children, but overall it was a good experience.

Had a great time being a beta tester, manager and staff are super nice and understands on what it means to be a gamer. Had my esports club come and hang out and had a blast 10/10 would come again

If you’re going to charge $20 for 2 hours please get better WiFi connection. It’s impossible to play smoothly after 1 hour.

The layout of the whole place is trash. Cheap tacky arcade machines. Mediocre food. Staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
