There are so many awesome shops around Sacramento!! This is not one of them. Ran in there on Mothers Day and asked the guy to charge my vape while I shopped. I was super nice when asking, but he said no. I ended up buying a charger instead, but he was pretty mid about that too. He made a really stupid joke about raising the price while checking me out. It felt like he was really indifferent and void of any care or customer service nature. Mid at best.

Great store, very polite and helpful. Was in there as a woman was being rather condescending, and they kept the professionalism the whole time. Proceeded to help me enthusiastically and kindly. Will shop here as I’m close in Roseville

Ive come here several times 5 to 10 minutes before closing time, since I get off work late, only to find them already closed before their advertised closing time of 8:00 pm. That alone gets irritating...worse though, Ive purchased 3 vapes from them, and ever single one of them go dead within a month or two...but this time, I saved my box and my receipt and drove over, but what happened? I arrived 4 minutes before closing time, and? You guessed it... they closed before 8:00 pm. Given I havent ever done a return here...I only hope they do and honor warranties like every other shop. Especially since the vape Im returning was recommended to me from the gentleman behind the counter. To be clear...the issue is? Plugged into a charger, it shows charging and is charged at 79%, but you cant hit it. Unplug it, at 1st showed 12%, now says battery low. Main issue? It isnt taking a charge all together when Ive been using the exact rated charger recommended in the manual. While I dont AT all blame the shop for the vapes not being good...I do for seemingly ALWAYS closing up shop before the hours they advertise.

Staff was wonderful, and very friendly to talk to. The same disposable I used to get was in there for almost $8-$10 dollars less! They will definitely see me again! They sell bad glass. Sold me a bad precae told them right after I got it bad air flow on one of the glass turns to tight of a turn called got the night girl who is really cool. Told me to soak overnight soak it next day same prob call in talk to the owners wife. She told me its not management policy to refund ? She is the owner Im in there almost every day just lost a customer for life and Im bringing everyone with me.

The lady was nice but ignorant. Will make u pay yet hands u the wrong product. No refunds. Used to like this shop bc it was close by and liked the guy that ran it. But I recommend state of mind in Roseville over this place any day

Conveniently located in nice shopping strip. Walked in with no idea of what I wanted, I just knew I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes. The attendant was very informative and helped me find a setup that was just right for me. Really appreciate this kind of customer service and business. Thank you.

Great prices and selection. They are very helpful. I have visited many shops in Roseville. This is the place you want to go to! You will save a lot of money and they even have a lot product I haven’t seen at other shops!

I come from marysville daily and spoke to the guy about a fairly high price for a salt nic being $20 when marysville sells them for $16. The man behind the counter told me verbatem that marysville is no longer able to sell juice so the shops are selling at a discounted price....considering a new vape shop just opened down the street where i live....IN MARYSVILLE....this person lied straight to my face and i wont be taking my buisness there again....today at around 9:30 on the 22 of August
