Vape shop is selling expired gummies, didn’t realize until i got home and looked at the back of the bag. I contacted for an exchange of the product and was refused. Asked for a manager to escalate and do an exception and was told there is 1 manager named Bal for about 50 locations and he was not available to escalate with. Extremely disappointed since I just spend $170 for an expired product! Horrible customer service and product!

Open up and test your product before leaving the store!!!Bought a CleanAF CBD disposable Vape and when I opened it up at home. It looked like it had no liquid in it.I took 3 puffs and it was completely gone already.Inspecting the Vape further I found that it looked like the bottom had been scuffed already like someone had already used it which is disgusting.Called the store immediately to tell them what had happened. They offered a 10% discount off of a new one and thats it.No refunds, no returns to swap it out for a new one, no help at all.Paid $45 for an already used disposable Vape with only 3 puffs left in it.This place already looks like it is on the way to going out of business and if stuff like this happens, it definitely will.

One back to itAny establishment that closes at 10 PM? Typically, welcome people until 10 PM. And then its done. The employees are not looking to get out by 10 PM. But for some reason, this one does. And I was shown exactly that tonight for the first time in 2 years. Each year prior to this night I was greeted with. Oh, no, dont worry about it. Its not a big deal which which is how it should be when youre running a company, especially if youre running a company for somebody else whos paying you M1 of those people whos doing exactly that for 3 companies. In this area. Needless to say, now, Im going to self. Manage a bit better and mark a note on my calendar. Well, before I have to even visit this place. Which sucks for me because Ive always enjoyed it. This individual made clear from the moment I called. She would much rather I turned around and come back

This is the most impressive smoke shop I have ever been to! Its really an art gallery for smoke products. Luxury and high quality hits as soon as you enter the door! Must see.

The blond lady with black eyeliner, she was awesome! Super helpful! The manager there is not professional at all. I noticed 10min after leaving the store that they are half the price online. I call them and spoke to him. Asking if he price matches or there return policy. He was very rude. Gave me a lot of attitude. Spoke down on me and talked to me like I was a child. I will not go back there. Very unfortunate because the lady was so nice and helpful. I spent $139 when I could have spend $54.99 with no added shipping charges. Im not happy.

Placer county makes new rules and laws pertaining to nicotine sales and pipes just because they can. They will lose a lot of business by telling people placer Co has new laws. Good for them. Are you too good for anyone not from granite bay? Lame

Spent $200 on a vape unit and accessories last evening. I got the unit home and tried to use it but it would not turn on. Tried different batteries and different configurations and nothing works . Contacted the store about the problem and it was basically told I was on my own and to contact the manufacture that all sales are final. Buyer beware!!

The staff here is really great. I came in for the first time a couple weeks ago and bought a smok. It stopped charging, and I was worried I was sol since I had lost my receipt. I called and spoke to Sierra, who amazingly remembered me from my previous visit, and offered to help me out. She was really sweet and knowledgeable, and let me exchange my product for another. I will definitely recommend this shop in the future.

I came in to buy my first dab rig and was very appreciative of the help I received from both employees working. Harley was awesome, and spent a lot of time with me helping me pick out the right piece for me. Their customer service was on point, and as someone who was in the industry for many years it went a long way. I will definitely be back to this shop, and recommend it to anyone who needs any smoke essentials.

$30 for elf and swift bars? That’s a bit much. I’ll go to 3 monkeys that’s literally two parking lots over. I get 1 for $25 or 2 for $40. Way better deals and better customer service.

The staff here is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; especially Sierra and Peter! They have a HUGE selection of flavors and there is something yummy for everyone! Even though we have moved an hour out of town we still drive all the way in to come here.

Bought 2 vapes for my Mom(she doesntdrive),didnt try them in the store. 2 days later my Mom opens them, neither of them worked. I tried to exchange them,they would exchange them. They said I should have tried them before I left. Didnt know I was supposed. NEVER GOING TO SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!

Huge shop and kind employees - the markup for vape juice seems a bit high compared to other shops around but at the same time they always have exactly what Im looking for. So many options & nice that they have a reward system.

Just had my first experience with Galleria Vape & it was a great experience. They were so helpful. I have neck & headache issues so I wanted to try the vape pen. The employee helped me put it together and picked one out for my needs. So far it’s going pretty good but to soon to share what benefits I’m getting. The place is huge inside & very clean. It was 5 stars all the way!!

I have been using the smoke shop for about a year now. I came in today to buy a new piece. I am a medical card patient, and have bought many pieces at this specific location time after time. As I came in today the guy looked at me and asked for ID as usual. When I went to go and hand him ID he got mad at me and said I was under age and that a medical card does not work here. If this is the case, they have missed lead me in many situations overtime. I have bought all of my pieces here and spent tons of money. Now all of my rewards are gone either because this guy didn’t want to serve me today. Or I have been served under age many times in the past. I am just concerned that I have left this location with false information that I am allowed to enter a smoke shop for glass pieces and papers for my medical needs. My first time in a guy with a beard promise me that at any smoke shop I would be allowed in. I have all of my receipts to prove that I have been served at this location. As of now I am no longer allowed to visit this location.

Sierra and Peter are the reason i come back, their service is amazing and knowledge of the products are even better, Sierra recommended me multiple products I now consistently re-purchase and shes always willing to help! Peter is great with juices and is super friendly.. Plus they have the best supply of products for vaping, 10/10 great work.

Prices close to competitors. Really nice layout and flashy showcase with the addition of tons of space to move around make for a pleasurable experience. Its great that they are open an hour later than most places... Which is the sole reason I ended up there.

This place could be great if they hired people who wanted to work, even just a little. Ive never walked into a weirder environment of annoyed looking employees. Vaping, hanging out with each other, screaming obscenities right next to me while simultaneously ignoring me (this really happened). When I finally approached the counter I was not shocked to have a very apathetic and annoyed employee rush me through my transaction as quick as he could, despite me being to only customer in there. Product I bought doesnt even work correctly, but Id rather eat the $27 than deal with any of that nonsense again.

This place is pretty impressive. Looks to be brand new, and is BY FAR the largest smoke/vape store Ive ever seen. When I say the largest, more specifically I mean it is at least 3 or 4 times bigger than any other that Im aware of. Its almost kinda strange, but cool nonetheless. Entrance and parking leaves a little to be desired. Doesnt look like there is much they can really do about it though..

Galleria Vape rocks! Besides the wide variety of the most unique pieces of art Ive ever seen, their customer service is always on point!The atmosphere walking in is extremely organized, vibrant, inviting and Im always greeted pleasantly!

Ive been here twice now because this place has some of the best glass and largest selections. So far all the staff have been pretty cool as well. Definitely recommend this spot over others in the area. Thanks to Harley today for the help. It was much appreciated

Its a five star smoke shop, just needs to become a dispensary for a true five stars. Next time I need anything else, I will be going to Galleria Vape and Smoke

I just walked out a very happy customer! I was nervous going in because Im new to vaping and some shops have a.... Not so welcoming feeling. Not galleria vape though! I wasnt pressured to talk right when I walked in, so I didnt feel rushed, but the moment I asked for help both people behind the counter perked up and came to my rescue! They made things easy to understand and listened carefully to what I wanted. Plus, very clean! 12/10 will go again!

These guys are so great. They are totally willing to help and super knowledgable. I drive 20 min out of my way just to come here. Today they pulled apart my vape and diagnosed an issue that I was fully expecting to cause me to have to buy a new vape. They fixed it and it works perfectly now!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Purchased a setup from here 2 days ago. Battery door wouldn’t stay closed as soon as I opened it. Took it back in and apparently it’s a known issue. They were unwilling to help rectify it in ANY WAY. I have my receipt. Employees admitted that they knew that it was like that but didn’t tell me. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR STUFF LESS THAN 48 HOURS LATER

10/10 would recommend. I came in because my usual shop closed down, and my mod was broken. They helped my figure out that I just had the wrong coil, and it would work if I just replaced it. I loaded up with juice, and didn’t have to buy a whole new mod. Very happy, this will be my new usual place.

Wide selection of products, but completely useless staff. We walked around for several minutes, and were the only people in the store. Both people behind the counter were on their phones, and some dude was sitting in a chair with earbuds in, also on his phone. They asked if we needed anything, we were looking for a specific project. They didnt have it, and couldnt recommend anything, simply going back to their phones. Take your business to 3 Monkeys, a quarter mile down the road.

Sierra is great! She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with, shes really friendly and makes you feel at home, paired with peter who is great with juices and random vaping related questions they make for some of the best customer service ive ever received at a vape shop.

I’ve been to this place a few times now. They have a decent selection, but all of their vape juices, mods, etc. are extremely overpriced. I’d recommend looking up prices online before you commit to buying anything here. Their staff is okay, but there always seems to be 3 or 4 people working there and no one in the store.3Monkeys, which is down the street, is a much better place to buy anything vape related.

The variety is crazy. There are so many types of glass and designs. Currently, no promotions on glass but only the vape products. My wife went and she loves wha they carry. Only downfall is that they are pricey, but you can tell when you ask to hold and feel the expensive glass why it is that much.

The best Vape store Ive ever been to. They have every product on the market at reasonable prices and the knowledge of the staff is amazing. I have been to a lot of shops but this one is by far the best and most knowledgeable one Ive visited.

Best place for getting any piece for the right price. I got a 1 chamber straight waterpipe for 50. Bubblers are around 25. Pipes range from like 10 to 100 all qualities and styles. Also large selection on name brand pieces.

Was very frustrated with a purchase I made, Sierra reached out over facebook and was more than happy to work to fix my issue. I’ll update with a longer review once everything has been sorted out however I am very happy that they reached out to find a solution that works!

CHECK THE GLASS BEFORE YOU BUY!! I bought a “stax” bong there, great bong, very fun to use, I went in for the neck piece with a halo percolator in it and I love it too. Only problem is there was a tiny chip in the glass prior to the purchase, it was very small, very hard to notice, I don’t think they noticed it while wrapping it up. I took it back to them within the hour of purchase and they pretty much told me to shove it where the sun don’t shine. I spent 131 dollars on a broken piece of glass all because I didn’t thoroughly analyze the piece and feel for imperfections. It was my fault for trusting that they wouldn’t sell something broken. So I warn you, CHECK YOUR GLASS. THESE PEOPLE WILL SELL YOU BROKEN GLASS WITH A SMILE ON THERE FACE. They have good glass and a great selection but, DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD.

I decided as a new years resolution to quit smoking and move to vaping as my nicotine source. I went into the shop not knowing a thing and pretty much felt hopeless. However I received some of the best customer service I have had in years from Harley and Erik. Both of them showed me the beginning ropes to getting off of cigarettes and tieing down my very unhealthy habit and I look forward to meeting both of them again in the near future when I inevitable need more juice for this new way of life.Thank you guys!!!

27 dollars for a vape juice thats 19 everywhere else and couldnt even knock a couple dollars off. With all the competition and vape shops on every corner a place should be competitive with their prices, unless their intentionally ripping people off.. Lost a customer, and Ill be sure to tell everyone I know that vapes to not get ripped off by this shop.

Welcoming, well stocked they had coils for a tank that i had stored for years and wanted to try out. This tank is from 2016. Plus they got me hooked on their recommendations.

Did not purchase anything but they had some really cool pieces. I wish I CV would have justified the cost right now, but will definitely be back for some of the art glass pipes.

This place sells counterfeit JUUL products. I purchased 2 packs of the mango. Saw that the caps came off a lot easier than the ones I was used to. The first pod was alright but I noticed the color was off, more yellow instead of clear. 2nd, 3rd, AND 4th pods all burnt on the 3rd hit as well as the second pack I bought. The packaging is also not as JUUL products are when ordered online. The pods on the box are embossed and they should just be printed. There is also discrepancy with the printing on the box. Its a shame that they charge $29 for a counterfeit. Will never be coming back for anything here.

I have been coming here since they have opened and had great experiences with peter and Sierra. I usually get the same juice every time and they have remembered that which I love.

The staff there was vary knowledgeable about their products helped me find everything that I needed to fix my vape mod and educated me on better parts never had a group of people who were that educated in their products thanks again definitely coming back

Terrible service, this guy was just plain rude and had zero knowledge of the glass he was selling, he was impatient and half way paying attention, both the pink haired girl and the guy with glasses just sat there smoking vapes not helping at all. Highly recommend going somewhere else, I will never return and do not support business with such bad service, if the owner or manager reads this please fire these staff members immediately for incompetence.

Walked in and felt like i was treated as a criminal just wanting to know if it had the part I needed and then they try and charge by double what it cost at a very close smoke shop. Never going back

The only catalyst between having a working device and it being broken and unusable was this shop. I replaced peice they suggested and my device is now broken. Granted the staff tried to help when I brought it in but all they provided me with were ways that I could’ve sat on it or dropped it which I told them didn’t happen. Their only suggestion was to buy another device from them.
