Phillys Smoke Shop

I came in for some guidance in making my own cigarettes. I was treated great by the owner and I ended up purchasing what he suggested. He could have sold me more expensive products. He is completely honest and up front. He considered my wants first. This is my one and only smoke shop here in Roswell. Thank you again sir!

Great smoke shop. They have so much to chose from. Very informative and helpful staff. I ended up getting a Vector Electron lighter thats pretty cool.

Phillip has some of the best customer service around. If youre new to cigars, he can help you find the right one or help you find what youre looking for. Ill be back for sure.

Excellent selection great prices

I would give them a 5 but they are way expensive gor the quality I got. They have an amazing selection and I was thoroughly impressed with them carrying clipper flints but I guess Im used to AZ prices I guess but the staff didnt seem very knowledgeable about the product he was selling because in AZ a 1lb bag of fine cut tobacco either Vision Hunter or Good Stuff etc costs roughly 24.99 The guy informed me that if he were to get ac1lb bag of fine cut would cost him $400. I was like WHAT? All they had was this thick cut stuff that was pretty dry, it tastes alright but Im used to a bit more premium of a product especially for the price I paid. Ridiculous.

Philly is awesome. I bet and I do believe he is the oldest smoke shop in roswell! Ive been going to him for 20 years now damn near omg wow

I stopped by for some cigars and some other supplies today, this is one of the best smoke shops Ive been to. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and all around great at his job. This is the first smoke shop Ive been to with a great selection of both tobacco and tobacco free products. 10/10 I will be back, probably every time Im in town.On my most recent visit I had a problem with an item I purchased, I was a little apprehensive bringing it back because most places like this blame you for leaving the store with something that doesnt work. Phillys was not like that. A couple of employees quickly helped me find the issue and replaced a small defective part for me without issue. This place needs to expand to other areas I wish we had one in alamogordo.

Owner and Staff are awesome... Always very helpful, and respectful... very knowledgeable in all aspects of all products they carry. I drive 38 miles at least once a week to visit their store and staff! GOTTA ❤ PHillyS!

I was passing thru Roswell for a weekend vacation and found this place. Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had. They knew their products and what they were talking about. Superb service and a big selection. Anytime I’m thru that town I’ll be stopping by for sure!

Owner is super chill and very helpful. Whats also cool and makes you feel comfortable is tang the owner remembers who you are. My husband and I are from Carlsbad and will make the trip to get good service

Phillip goes out of his way to order anything you need, that he doesnt stock already. Nice selection of pipes, lots of vape stuff, lots of hookah gear and most-anything you want in tobacco - again, if he doesnt have it, hell order it. Great service, great attitude, and his way of keeping your account file means you can place special orders confidently.

Well I showed up at this classic Roswell shop and got me an e-cig battery! Well to my surprise if was very affordable and my salesman was very knowledgeable about the product! So I appreciate you for keeping it local PHILLYS PIPE SHOP!!!

Huge selection of accessories for all your smoking needs. The staff is knowledgeable about the great cigar collection available, even flavored cigars for my girlfriend when she wants to smoke a stogie with the guys!! Beautiful store but its easy to drive past as it is tucked back from the street.

Went in not reading knowing what we were after. They were very helpful and learned alot about cigars.

They are so helpful and knowledgeable! The staff is more than welcoming and friendly! They clean my vape and put it back together with my new coil everytime I go in! Wont shop anywhere else!

I have been vaping for a number of years now and been to a lot of shops Phillys is by far the spot that I will always be going to. Have been coming to Phillys for years!! Loved that he has moved locations, bigger selection, always friendly!! Prices are a little high, but I would rather pay the price than go down the street and get horrible service!!

Phillys Smoke shop is not just a smoke shop when you first walk in there is a very well put together photo shop. It is very welcomed friendly family atmosphere and the Photographer Carla is one of the best Photographers in town if your looking for a self shot or a nice family photo or quick stop for some tobacco products or both pictures and tobacco products it is a great place to visit!!!
