LaCura Salt Spa

My fiancé and I booked the “couples experience” here during our first stay in St. Augustine. Everything was excellent! All staff members were so so friendly and accommodating. The massage was beyond relaxing, the facial was GREAT (s/o to Danielle, my skin feels baby smooth) and the foot detox was therapeutic. We were able to spend ample time in the salt room which was a cool experience in itself. Highly recommend this spot — everyone was wonderful!! Even before we arrived, I called and spoke to reception about some questions I had, and whoever I spoke to was lovely. Thanks again!!!

I dont know what I did to my neck last week. Probably just getting old. A friend commented she can put out her back just putting her socks on and inquired about my socks. Thanks, JOANNE. Anyways, Ive been hurting for a week, and my regular massage therapist was booked solid and had no openings.I was checking every massage establishment in town, and LaCura must have had a cancellation because there was one spot available the next day, right after I got off from work. Perfect! I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage on their website with no problem. Reasonably priced and on par with other locations. It was only $20 more for 90 minutes instead of 60, so I splurged. They asked for 1/2 as a down payment with the rest to be paid after your massage. There was an intake form emailed to me and it didnt take long to fill out.I parked in the back alley as backing up on A1A filled me with a bit of dread, and just walked around to the front. I was greeted by name, even though I had never been there before. Very nice touch! I was led into their salt room while I waited, and it was a very pleasant experience. I had never been in a salt room before, but it was very calming and relaxing.My massage therapist, China, was magnificent. I told her about my neck, and she asked if I worked on a computer. Yup. 8 hours a day, every day. It filled me with a lot of confidence that she could pinpoint my problem based on where I was hurting. The massage was perfect. She hit all the right spots and I felt SO MUCH better. I was even able to turn my head and check my blind spots as I drove away. Fancy!Two thumbs up! My normal massage therapist doesnt offer deep tissue massages anymore, so Ill be keeping LaCura in my back pocket for the next time my neck acts up. Thank you, China!

My kids gave me a gift certificate to LaCura which i promptly lost. The amazing front desk person helped me happily, what a sweet soul! I booked a facial with Danielle and it was one of the best I ever had. She knows her stuff and has magic hands. I was shocked to walk out and discover I’d been in there for an hour and 45 minutes. The time just FLEW BY! Can’t say enough good about my whole LaCura experience!!!

This is a wonderfully relaxing place; my awesome friends gave me a gift certificate for a massage so, when they had an open house I went in to meet everyone and I booked a 1 hour massage(*which I received today😁🎶)Leila has magic hands & I enjoyed my visit immensely. The open house was a huge success with food, wine,music & smiles; the owner is a delight & I can hardly wait to go back! Would be a great girls day outing or, a couples thing.

My husband and I went here for 80 min massage and use of the salt room. Front desk helped me schedule our appointment by phone and was helpful to text me when I couldn’t answer the phone. Went out of their way to make sure there would be massage therapists there for when we were in town for our honeymoon. Prices were reasonable and the spa was clean and pretty. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Excellent experience! Staff was welcoming and prepared as soon as I walked in. Massage by Dawn was fantastic! She listened to my goals and worked on the areas of concern very well. She made sure the pressure and positions were always comfortable. After the massage, the 15min salt room was a great way to continue to relax but wake up before going back to the real world. I highly recommend visiting LaCURA Salt Spa!

Excellent! Infrared Sauna was Perfect!Was able to call ahead and preset the temperature. The owner was in and was able to explain all the services offered. (LaCura looks so tiny from the outside; but they offer so many services!)Looking forward to coming back!

This place is awesome. From the moment you walk in and are greeted until you head back. The experience and pamper session is amazing for the $35 bucks you pay for an Ionic foot bath. My wife set this up after a long weekend of partying and walking in New Orleans. This was just what we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Let me start off by saying that this was the best Spa day ever!! From the booking of the appt with the owner, who accommodated our party of 6 within a week of booking to the amazing staff who treated us. Mallory was our Ionic Foot Bath specialist (it was her 1st day) to Andy/Annette- our massage therapist, to Katie our Esthetician and the abundance of wine. They even through in the sauna, complimentary (Im not saying they will do that for you, but Im talking our experience.) Book with this business and I promise you, you wont regret it.💪🏾❤🥰 We booked the couples packages and you get every bit of your monies worth. We will definitely be back next month, booking the couples package again.

This place is amazing! Booked my daughters 17th birthday here to celebrate with her friends and I couldnt have been happier to find this place! The people treated my daughter and her friends amazingly and she has not stopped raving about the great treatments here.

My family surprised me with a facial/spa day here at LaCura Salt Spa, and it was AMAZING! As my first facial, I left wondering what I have been missing my whole life. From the time you walk in you will feel at peace, and it is also relaxing when using the salt room. I would highly recommend and I do plan to go back in the future!

I went into La Cura Salt Spa with an aching back. I left already feeling much better! Annette listened to my needs and focused her massage where I needed it the most. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this business!

I found a gem!! I am torn because I want to climb a mountain and shout their names but I also don’t want them to get too popular because I won’t be able to book an appointment. But, they are too good not to say anything. Annettes massage was out of this world good and Katie’s facial was outstanding. Both ladies are gentle and professional and know what they are doing. I will definitely be back.

Enjoyed my 2nd facial there with Jillian. She is very professional, gentle and relaxing. So relaxing that I fell asleep several times. My skin felt so good and radiant for the remainder of the day and night! I will go back again for another one! Highly recommend! I also love their Salt Therapy Room. Ive used that several times and have enjoyed doing deep breathing while relaxing to some spa music! Massage therapists are also very professional and provide excellent massages! Ive been there for a couples massage and really enjoyed it!

Amazing treatments!! Me and my husband had the best time! You start with the salt room which is relaxing and getting you in the mood for the massage. Our two masseuse were absolutely perfect. Very professional and exactly what the body needed. Will def be back again!!

What can I say, this place is beautiful! I was very familiar with Salt Therapy prior to my visit. Staff very nice and knowledgeable. In addition to their Salt Room, they also offer meditation, yoga, massage therapy and more. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and peaceful. I visit St. Augustine 2-3 times a year, and I will make sure to visit this place each time!

I did Full Experience Deluxe package. It includes a facial, foot soak, salt room and massage. My skin looks amazing and I’m so relaxed. Like nothing could phase me right now. Katie’s facial has me glowing! My massage was modified for a prenatal and Carlton was fantastic at making me comfortable and relieving the aches. I highly recommended!

I took my husband to LaCura for his birthday. Everyone was so nice! They truly made him feel special from the moment we walked in until we left.We did a couple’s massage followed by the ionic foot detox. Andy was my massage therapist. He did a fantastic job. I walked away feeling much lighter. Annette was my husband’s massage therapist. He also enjoyed his massage especially since he has a lot of tightness in his back. She used hot towels as part of her therapy.The foot detox was quite an experience. I never had one before so I didn’t know what to expect. Overall it felt relaxing placing our feet into the water to get rid of the toxins. Katie did an excellent job explaining the process and making us feel comfortable.We can’t wait to go back!

The signature facial was dreamy! Has extractions, a facial massage and hydration. Such a lovely spa and will definitely be going back.

Perfect place to calm your body mind and soul. I booked an hour and half deep tissue massage with China.....she was amazing and very knowledgeable. She found so many knots all over my body and was able to dissolve each and every one of them. Because of her I signed up for the monthly membership that includes a massage salt room and infared sauna. Thanks China 🥰😁

I had a facial with Katie and it was wonderful! Very relaxing and Katie asked great questions beforehand to be sure she was working on the right areas of my skin. She’s very professional and dedicated to her work. I’ll be back! I highly recommend.

My entire experience was an absolute delight! The queendom that is LaCura cannot compare to anywhere else. Dawn was my massage therapist and her work is amazing! I felt like I was treated like royalty. Or family. Maybe both. Can’t wait to come back!

Ive been reading up on the amazing health benefits of the infrared sauna and salt therapy. The combination of the sauna and salt room have had great results on managing my allergies. I walk away feeling refreshed and energized. Plus, the owner and her staff go over and above to make a great experience. I highly recommend and will definitely keep returning.

I had attended the Grand opening a few years ago and I was very impressed with the concept of Salt Therapy. Not only that by the staffs knowledge on this business, the friendliness, and the comfort of being there. Recently I purchased a gift certificate for my daughters birthday hopefully having her experience LaCura.

Jillian did an amazing job of making my facial relaxing and comfortable. If you are in the St. Augustine area and looking for an esthetician, she’s THE girl! I cannot wait to go back to see her again at LaCURA!!

I had a Dermaplaning Facial with Jillian. This was a first for me and was not sure what to expect. Julian was knowledgeable and explained all the steps she was doing, I left so relaxed and smilie faced I booked a 2nd one. Thankyou for a great experience.

The owner Melissa is very accommodating. All the therapist are wonderful. If youre going to have a facial do it at La Cura. Try their other services.. Sauna and Salt room.

I get such a benefit relaxing in the salt room while clearing out my sinuses with the salty air. After that, I follow it up with some infared sauna to detoxify my body. The services are amazing but so too is the incredible staff that guides you through your spa day with a helpful, genuine smile. I highly recommend this gem of a place on the island.

The infrared sauna and salt room combination is great! The last 2 times I have felt sinus issues coming on I have gone in there and felt great afterwards.

It was an out of body experience, dosed off several times lol. Recommend the facial and massage and will return for the additional services!!

Very rude receptionist, actually hung up on me, she told me I was rude because I was asking questions, would not waste my money, obviously they do not need or want it.

This establishment is a salt room not a salt cave. Some salt on the flor and salt decorations on the wall. It is a misrepresentation of the services .The picture that is on Groupon is from a salt cave not from this establishment.
