She is such a wonderful person, and the best part, a very, very, professionally skilled masseuse! I had a 75 minutes deep tissue massage for my post partum (+1 yr.) and constant daily aches from my adorable 25lbs. active infant. Ive had plenty of deep tissue massages in the past, and I was so THANKFUL to Julie for such wonderful care! Truly, magic hands & heart! ;) There is no doubt that when you are at St. Augustine, to look no further! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! This goes for every massage therapist Ive had there (theyre all amazing and have a lot of years experience), but Ive been seeing Ashley the last few months since ramping up with sports and weightlifting. She knows what to focus on and her pressure and technique is top notch. Definitely has helped with my recovery phases. 10/10

Tara was amazing! Just incredible! She found all the little spots that other massage therapists have missed. She also had an amazing technique to loosen and stretch my neck muscles. She listened to me about where my problem spots were and used the perfect amount of pressure. That was seriously one of the best massages I ever had . I will definitely be back!

I have not had a massage in over 10+ years. My son & daughter in-law gave me a gift certificate to Pro Massage for Christmas. The best gift I could have recieved! Cynthia the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile that calmed my nerves immediately. Its very clean, with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Melissa my masseuse was wonderful! Gave a thorough massage and was very attentive to the areas we talked about. Excellent and I will be back!

It was a Wonderful find to explore ProMassage and the professional, talented and friendly individuals there! The last of my several massages was with Crystal!She has been helping me overcome some specific issues, but always asks if there are any new ones! She has amazing results with her deep tissue techniques and specific knowledge of the muscular system. She is relentless when she finds a issue which leads to remarkable results! For deep tissue, I always recommend 90 minutes!!

Had my first massage here yesterday and it was great. I did the 60 minute Swedish massage with aromatherapy add-on and it was totally worth it. The place is super clean. My therapist was Rebecca and did a fantastic job. The receptionist is very helpful with appointment reminders and making sure I had the form filled out before coming in. I cant wait to go back!

The whole experience was great. I was greeted with a smile and the setting was comfortable. The massage therapist was professional and considerate to my needs.

I drive 45 minutes for my regular massage with Faye-she’s that good! The entire team is friendly, professional and accommodating. Faye listens to your issues and tailors the massage to help. I’ve given several gifts of massage to my friends who all thank me after the fact and become clients themselves. Always an great experience.

I went to Tara for a deep tissue massage, specifically for trigger point work and she worked exactly what I needed and had great pressure! I have had many massages before but this was my favorite so far. I will definitely be going back!

Had my first massage with Melissa after more than 6 months of quarantine. I had been trying to find a regular massage spot and this was perfect. Melissa worked some magic on my very painful muscle sprain on the side and provided much relief. She was very professional and attentive to pain area and pressure to use. I make appointments regularly with Melissa at Pro Massage and I highly recommend her! I think because Melissa is not only a massage therapist but also a nurse, she seems to have a strong grasp of how to alleviate much of the pain I have. She zeros in on the knots and tender spots without even being told. I’m grateful to have found her as she’s helped alleviate so much of the pain I have as a result of a tennis injury.With COVID being a part of our daily lives, Pro Massage has taken every precaution to protect their clients.

I have been going to Pro Massage for almost 2 years to get monthly massages from Faye. I’ve had back trouble in the past and these monthly appointments have helped tremendously! Nice spot. Very cozy. Massage painful. Asked for Swedish massage but up-charged for deep tissue. Spouse was injured from their massage stop dealing with it. And to top it all off, front desk called me on the phone to ask why we didnt tip extra???? Then guilted my husband into tipping although he was not satisfied!!! We were overcharged so didnt feel it was necessary to tip extra. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Amazing place! From the moment I called, trying to get two massages for the same afternoon to the massages themselves, the front desk person and the therapist were kind, helpful and accomodating. The room was very quiet and calming. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. She worked the areas that I was having difficulty with. I am also a massage therapist and could not have asked for a better experience.

When I moved from Minneapolis to Jax, I spent almost a year and multiple businesses trying to find a massage therapist of the quality, professionalism, atmosphere, and medical results I needed. I found all of those qualities at Pro Massage with Faye. I have sciatica from herniated discs. I can really tell when I need an appointment with Faye. The cost of the appointment is reasonable and well within average cost of a local massage therapist.

I have had two deep tissue massages at Pro Massage in Palencia, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. Very relaxing environment, and each masseuse was very attentive and helpful. I have had lots of massages in my lifetime, and this place ranks at the top of my list! You will not be disappointed!!

I’ve been going to Pro Massage and Spa ever since they opened up several years ago. I have a monthly treatment for chronic back pain. Best treatment I’ve ever had to keep my back limber and keep the pain down. Great staff, service, and very focused on individual treatments. I definitely plan on continuing the routine with Pro Massage and Spa.

Very good. Great massage. Clean facility. Professional staff. Only tip would be to have aromatherapy under massage table face pad to help keep clients sinuses clear and open when face has pressure on it while laying on the pad. Other than that it was great.

I discovered Pro Massage a couple of years ago after relocating from NC. I found they are well organized, professional and awesome at what they do. Ive had back issues for many years now and they are able to provide wonderfully needed relief and for that I greatly appreciate them for being near by.
