I love this shop and the people who run it. Im currently hooked on their strawberry vape juice. If they dont have exactly what youre looking for, theyll do their best to order it for you. This place is spectacular. One word of caution - there is one employee who is not friendly and will consistently offer bad advice, and even demean you. For instance, Ive asked for a certain coil and she insisted that there is no such thing, and she knows better because shes worked there so long, even though Im pointing to it on the rack behind her. If I see her when I open the door, I come back another day. I love the store no less, though.

I hate to give a negative review because I originally loved this place and the staff. However, today whomever the rude woman was that was behind the counter cost the company a good sale. We were there for numerous items and she had an attitude because I asked if she was sure that delta-8 and THC-A were the same thing. She did not like that I questioned what she said even though if she took 5 seconds to Google she would see she is misinformed. She kept knocking things over, handing me the wrong items and clearly was bothered by having to actually work. Her whole vibe was not what weve become accustomed to in this shop. Do yourself a favor and get rid of her. I watched two other men walk in and walk out because of her lack of service.

I bought an Elf Bar that hit fine when I bought it in the store, only to get home and have it keep dragging. I went back to see if we could swap it out, and they have a no return policy so couldn’t help. Meanwhile every other vape store in the greater area is running better deals and likely better return policies. This store isn’t worth the stop.

I called in asking about puffco peak pro a woman told me yes, they had it in stock. Drove 45 mins there.. walked in and showed the woman up front my phone which was a specific puffco peak pro. Asked her specifically if this was the same machine. She said yes, just has a different glass and I was weary because the base had a design and all on it. She said that was just an option like the glass. Then tried to sell me different glasses, which I declined but I bought the machine.. got it home gave it as a gift a week later, only to find out that its the wrong one… Apparently its the puff co peak pro first gen and the atomizer is different the glass and base all come standard on the 2nd one.. Now I have a 400 machine that I’m stuck with because they wont return it.. She either knew it wasnt what I was looking for or she doesnt know her products and was trying to just sell me .. either way.. I feel taken advantage of and stuck.. If you’re new to e-rigs.. Go somewhere else where they actually care and want to help you.

Dani is a great person and does an amazing job when she’s there! She’s great with customers, I can always have a great conversation with her.

I had not stopped into this store in years until this week when my boyfriend asked me to grab a vape for him. His usual one was priced to high here however the young man showed me another option that cost less and would last longer. So glad he did. Turns out my boyfriend likes it better. Thanks for the tip.

I am happy to have found this place. I did not realize it was so close to the place where I live and offers some of the best deals in the city. I loved the Zippo lighters which they have. Looking forward to seeing new items very soon.

This shop is fantastic. Pricing is very fair and Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really cant say enough great things about his hospitality. Really a great place and I cant wait to go back and buy more juices to get some other flavors. Today I picked up a Chernobyl (nice mint taste, just like a mint stick of gum that you might remember from your childhood, its delicious). Looking forward to picking up a Gummy Bear juice as well.

The owner of this place is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and a very nice guy. He has a large selection of Vapes and Im new to trying vapes. Im normally a menthol smoker, so the owner gave me a sample of mystery ice by the brand Yaya and it is definitely my favorite. Hes helping me to switch from cigarettes to vaping and Im very grateful.

House liquid is priced like it was premium juice. Employees were very helpful though. I appreciated their time. But the house juice is just way overpriced and majority of flavors not very good compared to other places in town. The place is right by the outlet mall so im sure a bunch of their business is dumb tourists BUT, the people were very helpful, unfortunately all the help in the world doesnt justify the juice prices. but thank you guys for your information while i was there. they also overcharge for cheap starter kits. more so than a regular small bussiness markup. like selling a 30$ retail priced kit for almost $100 type stuff.

Incredible customer service. We spend quite a bit of time and all our questions were answered. The owner (I presume since he said he had just recently opened) was very knowledgeable and offered us options and the pros and cons of various e cigs and even allowed us to try them out at his vape bar. We were able to taste a few flavors (and ended up buying 2 bottles along with a clearomizer and some other accessories). He made newbies to vaping feel right at home and was very informative. He has gained a loyal customer. Check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

Decided to write this review after looking on Amazon for a pack of smok mesh coils. I found that this place sells them cheaper than amazon. A pack of 3 was 20 bucks and I can get 3 for 15 at draggin. So with the great prices aside, the employees have been super nice and very helpful. Im a total noob and started vaping to get off cigarettes and this place is right next to my work. When I first needed to change my coil I came in because I wanted to make sure I would do so correctly, they were so friendly and helped me out. Another time I screwed my tank too tightly and couldnt change the coil and they helped me again and explained to me why that happened and how to avoid it. I also just got a vape juice that I really enjoy. Overall they are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately Ill be moving from FL, but Ill be stopping by to stock up on some mesh coils. I definitely recommend this vape shop!

Was actually just in there and Im sorely disappointed. Used to use this shop when they first opened.Today I was greeted by someone who didnt seem to have the first clue about vaping. When I asked about replacement coils she had to go seek help from the back.Not having the coils in question, she just stood there staring at me blankly. I had to prompt her to try to sell me a new tank, one theyd have coils for, but she simply wasnt even knowledgeable enough to name the tanks they had.I cant purchase products from people who dont know what theyre selling.

The people who work there are very knowledgeable about there products. The owner is the kind of guy you can sit down and talk to for a while. You can sit and relax and try out every flavor before you purchase. This is by far the best e-cig shop in the area!!!

Ok my wife and I have a complaint!We both have been wanting to quit smoking so we decided to try the vapor thing. We went to Florida for vacation and saw the sign for this place and decided to stop and check into it. So my complaint is these 2 young ladies a blond and a brunette was working had wsy to much knowledge and totally awesome. Cant remember the blond girls name but she helped us and was superb! Thank you for everything!We are both completely satisfied and loved the place. And we both have been off cigarettes for 2.5 days now.Rick and Lisa Anderson

Ive been smoking cigarettes for 17 or so years and always been of the opinion I just cant quit. I regularly smoke 10-15 cigarettes a day when I dont have a drink. Drinking days equal well over a pack. I used an e cig a few years ago and it didnt work to curb smoking so I gave up on it. Ive been thinking about supplementing with vape to cut back smoking. I tried using a friends Istick mini device once or twice and said Id give it a try. After several weeks of doing nothing it took randomly driving by to stop in. Honestly I didnt even know this shop was here. My friend uses one closer to his home. Im so glad I stopped in. The gentleman working was knowledgeable and did not hesitate to answer any question I had. I tried several of their juices (very good tasting btw) and ended up walking out with my own istick TC40w and two juices. The shop is 4-5 miles from my house so I will most assuredly be back on a Tuesday soon for their BOGO juice deal. One reviewer said you can get the same stuff online cheaper. I looked online and you can get the same equipment for a few bucks cheaper but you dont get the expert knowledge, first hand experience, very indepth tutorial on your new purchase, or the satisfaction of supporting small businesses. NTM by the time you pay for shipping and wait for delivery youre barely negating the difference. Hands down an awesome customer service experience. Finally, yesterday I smoked eight cigarettes and so far today only three. Its still early but if I keep this up Marlboro might be a thing of the past for me.

We were on a road trip and had to pull off to find the nearest vape shop due to hardware malfunction :-(. Mike, the owner was the type of shop owner you pray to run into in a situation like that.The prices are good, especially on equipment.If you are ever in this area, do yourself a favor and visit this vape shop. Was sold a fake elfbar here. How you tell is the charging port will be on the wrong side and it doesnt hit like a real one.

I bought kangertech coils from this store. I was leaving the country and needed coils,they sold me 1.8 in a black box, 3 boxes @50.00 worth. THEY ARE FAKE BEWAREHad to give 1 star just to post. I would give -5 stats
