I have been coming here for just over a year they are great everyone that works there is very helpful I have never had a bad experience here best place in town honestly I tell everyone about it and their rewards program is very easy and great

Everyone is really knowledgeable which is important while shopping at a vape store. Prices are great and product is top notch!

In the last year, I have literally spent over $1000 at this vape store. Tonight, I had to make an exchange because one of the vapes I bought stopped working after the first puff. I went to the window during open business hours and I could see the employee sitting behind the desk looking at her phone. The door was locked so I waited about 15 minutes, thinking she was just taking some time for herself (???). I then knocked on the door lightly. She heard it, saw me, and didn’t respond, just looked down at her phone. I waited another 20 minutes, since I had made the trip out specifically to this store to make the return. I then knocked on the door again and she deliberately ignored me.I’m probably this place’s #1 source of revenue and this experience really sucked. I’ve been additionally unhappy with having to exchange my products that haven’t worked and have been leaking. I’d say 1/4 vapes I buy stops working prematurely or leaks everywhere.I don’t know why that employee was being particularly rude or ignoring people at the door but it’s not how I would run a business. I would appreciate if a manager got in contact with me so I can make my exchange and figure out what happened. Otherwise, I will never be going back to this place again and I’ll be telling my friends to not go back as well.

I thought this was a great vape store until the last time I went . I searched on how to know if your vape is from the real company it’s supposed to come from . Because this vape works for 3 puffs and then stopped even after asking the store rep about this subject. He told me they only. But from the legitimate companies .I found out a couple of things . First thing to do & easiest to determine if your cape is good, is to check the color. I had about 5 from another vape store I go to and the jaguar vape that didn’t work was a darker color than the rest of the five vapes that did .Second, I wish I would have known this before my purchase but all vapes should have a QR scan that you can use that tells you by looking at the serial number on your vape if it is from the real manufacturer or not . There should also be a hologram as well.unfortunately, I did not have the box when I left the store, but It’s easy to look this info up on google . I think everyone should bc if you have wasted a lot of money through the last couple years like me, you realize how expensive that gets and how disappointing it is to by a fake one & there is hundreds of thousands fake brands out there mostly from China, that make cheap knock offs . Sorry but I won’t be able to waste any money in the future at Jaguar vape store .
