SmokeOlogy Smoke Shop

I purchased a Smoke Nord 5 and when I took it home and charged and filled it... and I couldnt get it to start. I decided I would go in the next day and either get it to work or replace it. I took it back and tried to explain the issue and the first thing she said is they do not replace any of their products. It worked out because she called her boyfriend who sold it to me and he figured out what I was doing wrong. The shop is small and has a limited inventory. I dont like the policy of not refunding or replacing merchandise but I am not sure if that is the norm for smoke shops. I hope not. Their prices are a little higher than average, but not much.

Decent selection of vape juice. Amazing employee went above and beyond to help me pick what I needed. She was super knowledgeable of the products and so sweet! Will definitely be coming back whenever Im in town!

SmokeOlogy is undoubtedly the best smoke shop in the town. I have been getting my flavored juices and hookah tobaccos from their store. The place is neat and clean. The staff there are friendly and cordial. I always feel comfortable in this place. Highly recommended!!

They have some stocks which you will not find if you check half of the stores in St. Augustine. This amazing flavored juice keeps me coming to this place. I really loved the recent flavor they recommended me. Do give your next shot at SmokeOlogy.

The Ladd at the shop was extremely helpful the shop was neat and easy to see all products. Id give a 5 but I did have search a little for the ladd to unlock the door. I think he was in the restroom. The wait was about 5+ minutes

This is deadass a one-stop shop. Saieed (I apologize if I misspelled your name) was easily approachable and very knowledgeable. You can find every accessory from pieces to trays and grinders, varying greatly in sizes. To fresh flower and edibles. Several different flavors of backwoods, swishers, dutch wraps, cones. Nicotine vapes and juices, hookah flavors, and even white sage.. I have never once seen a more convenient shop with fair prices.Support your local business. 🙏🏽🙌🏾🤍

The dude working the register a cool guy and knowledgeable. Hell give ya a break on Kratom if you are a couple quarters short. ( which I was)! Small but good selection of Kratom and other other extra cullicuar activities.
