This place is such a VIBE!!! So cool on the inside- a place to chill, play pool, and just hang out. They also have so many options depending on what you’re feeling. Loved the atmosphere and Chris is awesome! Rusty (the dog) is the perfect addition to the vibe as well :) Definitely the best shop in all of St. Aug imo.

Great store. I had trouble getting my vape to work and the man behind the counter fixed it and gave me a free cartridge because I had lost a little piece of it. Totally my fault but he looked out decent. Plus a 10% local discount. Will definitely be back.

This shop is fantastic! Great music and super displays. Such a fun place! Jessica went above and beyond helping me find a replacement tank and vape juice. She was incredibly nice and so helpful helping me put together a tank I hadn’t used before. She even helped me choose a replacement vape juice that worked better with the wattage the tank required. I had the best experience here. The sweet little girl Amber was so helpful. She’s a gem for sure. I loved the decor and variety of things to choose from. It was almost like being in a museum store. One of our best experiences in St. Augustine. This guys runs two shops and we managed to check out and see him at both shops. Best smoke shop in town, and one of the coolest shops at the heritage walk. Would recommend to everyone. If you need anything from vapes, to hand rolled cigars, all the way to vinyls, and antique toys. Both stores and a must stop in St. Augustine!

This is such a cool place! Chris and rusty were AMAZING! I came in and bought a battery for a pen and went home and it didnt work so I came back in and without a doubt Chris let me exchange it for a better one with a small upcharge! Will Definitely be coming back to see sweet Rusty boy.

I understand the cost of everything is going up and they do have a prime location, however $39.95 for a Geek Bar and still passing on the credit card fees is a bit much.

I love this store. Chris is incredible and knows his product. His dog friends are an extra bonus.

I hope the owner sees this because many times shenanigans happen when the owner isnt looking and that can cost them business. You had a kid working on Sunday who told me with a straight face that 1 pre roll was $35. Absolutely ludicrous (an eighth at a dispensary is less than $35) especially when they are 6.99 in Jacksonville and $10 bucks in other stores.

A little over priced but got such good service I left happy and would. Come again

We went there on my girls birthday trip and they realized we were not locals and jacked up the prices. We paid them $150.00 that we could have gotten at any shop around them for $70.00. Not happy to be taken advantage of on an already expensive trip.

Old out of date devices . Shady business to say that absolute least . Really tried charging us 50 dollars for a 100 mil bottle of juice when I said no she said how about 20 the regular price at any other vape shop . Never will I go there again

I had a great experience with VAPOR. I am completely new to vaping and had a ton of questions. Never once did Chris make me feel idiotic. During my visit he showed me vaping options at a few different price points. I went with a used Smok Alien that had just walked into the store. The price was VERY competitive with online stores and I got the chance to pet one of the two shopdogs guarding the showcase floor. Great store and I can now see why its been here in town for years.

You cant find better products, prices and people in St Augustine. Im new to the area and literally went to all vape shops one by one. If you find a better price the gentleman up front will price match. They have better quality products and wider selection IMO. The location I normally go to, they are $60 and at the VAPOR store, I was charged $90 but when I got home I discovered it was the exact same amount.He gave me his word but he lied.Outrageous price, I will not be back again. Absolute terrible customer service. Charged me $110 for a delta 8 that I have never paid more than $40 at any other store. Employee never gave me an option to get my money back and pick a less expensive option. Just all around terrible never go here!

Bought the Caliburn refillable vape pen today after the owner said it was a pretty good brand. It was the cheapest vape they offered, and came to close to 60 dollars after tax, which after looking, I realize how overpriced and what a ripoff this was. (*** edit after reading comments on here regarding box stores being more expensive, I went to two vape shops near me and found the same exact product at both for half the price at $29.99. VAPOR charged almost $60. And the reason I didnt shop around, as I told Chris, was because I was waiting in that area for my son at an appointment.) Asked the owner how to fill the cartridge, and he had no clue!? Sad that you dont know your own product and you own the shop!!! Finally filled my first cartridge and let it sit for 30 minutes. Tried to use it. Tasted burnt. Let it sit for another 10 minutes. Same thing. Let it sit again. Same thing. Switched cartridges and began process again. Same thing. Complete and utter garbage for 60 dollars. Very disappointed. Dont waste your money or your time here. Edit*** Compare their prices on the A2. Venice Smoke Shop on 210 has this same pen for 29.99, as does every other brick and morter store I talked to!!! And then to attempt to berate anyone that calls him out on his prices? Chris, maybe thats the way people do business in New Jersey, but its NOT the way we do it in Florida. Ill be sure to share my experience with as many people I know!!!

Smoke city or any other local stores will get you right for less.

I called around late on Sunday. This place was the only one open until 8. Or rather later than 6p.The selection was amazing and the customer service exceptional. The gentleman waiting on me saw what I needed and suggested an excellent bargain. . . .they have grab bins where you grab all you can hold in one hand for one low price. Needless to say i JUMPED.I snagged EIGHT bottles of various flavored juice for $25. Thats almost 50-$80 worth!!Thanks VAPOR!!

The place has a nice atmosphere, but if you are buying disposable vape devices DO NOT GO HERE, they charge almost 75% more than what the normal retail is , there is a several vape shops around the area where you can get the same product for way less . I know they can charge but they want, but it isn’t necessary and they could make just as much money by pricing right. But what do I know I’ve only been vaping since it’s conception around 10 years ago.

I went in looking for CBD. I was on a budget and he sold me a cheaper cart. After inspecting the cart at home it seemed a bit “off” so I brought it back as I didn’t want it in my lungs. The store clerk was very understanding, and switched me out for a slightly more (+5$) expensive cart than what I had purchased. Apologized and allowed me to compare carts. Didn’t charge me the five. Great guy, genuine.

Me and my friend came in here a few days ago to shop around. Nico was our cashier and was very kind and informative when I was asking about how CBD can be beneficial for me. He’d helped me about a couple weeks before as well and both times he was very nice and welcoming. :)

First time customer and the owner was great! I was looking for disposable vapes and he had a large variety. He was very personable and patient with all of my questions/ suggestions. Also gave me a great deal on puff plus vapes since I’m a first time customer. Sometimes stores have fake disposable vapes, but his have the verification code so I was able to make sure it was real. Which they both were! Super positive encounter plus his dog rusty greeted me before I left. Will be back to the coolest vape shop in FL!

Rudest service ever!!! We will never be back!!! Spent $300 here and was sold a faulty part. Came back within 36 hours. The young boy working tested the part said it wasnt working properly then refused to exchange it. We had to insist he call the manager then he got a very ugly attitude and in our face once he finally called the manager we were finally given an exchange. As both being small business owner we can very well say we dont do business this way nor would any of our employees have such attitudes. Hope they enjoy the $300 they made off of me! IT WILL NOT HAPPEN EVER AGAIN!!!!

Leaving St Aug heading back to GCS.. Stopped at this location..this being the second time. First visit was so so.. Customer service could improve.. Not much of a selection for Delta 8. Employee convinced me to make a purchase of a brand I was unfamiliar with.. Of which I was disappointed with and will not buy the brand again. Fast forward to today.. Stopped in (convenient location), selection again was limited to three brands of delta8.. Two of the three definitely was a NO.. The third unfamiliar brand (pictured) I considered until seeing the price. The price being 70$ for 10 gummies 250mg each = 2500 MG a bag. Yes the MG is more than my normal purchase, but for 10 gummies! Did not purchase from Vapor Smoke Shop. Once in GCS I stopped at Azeus Smoke and Vape (recently opened) and just as I thought... The exact same brand amount of gummies and total MG for almost half the price! As pictured, I paid 42.99 at Azeus VS 70.00 from the Vapor Smoke Shop. The Vapor Smoke Shop increased the sale of exact produce that I bought from Azeus by 28.00!! Thats ridiculous! Price mark up at this vape shop is stupid high! Will not make another purchase from the Vapor Smoke shop In St Augustine!

My experience at Vapor Hookah Lounge was fantastic. Our group of five recieved excellent service. The owner clearly cares about his customers as he personally came to our table to ensure we were satisfied. Atmosphere is perfect. Bought a broken item, tried to exchange it within 10 minutes of purchase, dread dude said all says are final. Went up the road same item was $40 cheaper and he could tell the broken item was bought that way-he exchanged it! They seem like scam artists and are not interested in friendly customer service. Oh and good luck going there during posted business hours. Horrible

I bought three and checked every single one of the codes all came back as fake. they were even package different and have different links to check if they were fake or not. don’t waste your money or time.

The guys prices on things are absolutely insane. Whatever youre looking to buy here be sure you google the prices first so you know what youre getting yourself into.Dude tried to sell me numerous things 3X their actual retail value and had a go get it somewhere else attitude about it when I questioned his prices. Its no wonder the place has slowly been going under. People say best smoke shop because there really arent any other head shops in St. Augustine that are this big. Regardless, prices too high, manager too high.

I went in with a faulty pod for my smok device after me and the owner butt heads. we came to the realization that he did not sell me a poor product that the company of smok had a bad pod in my package. the owner gave me a new pod for my device so in all i will definitely be back and get my refills and coils from the vapor on the beach. thank you for listening to me and still providing me with a great service and Im sorry we both got heated but very attractive to know a man can still stand his ground but still make a happy costumer!!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed myself while smoking and hanging out there. I am visiting for a little while, so i went out to meet some new people and I instantly made friends each time I have gone into hangout so I would highly recommend this place. The prices to sit and smoke are reasonable, they have a wide variety, and they are the only lounge/smokeshop that carries Fumari. That is the best quality you can get when it comes to have the most powerful taste and flavors in the area. The guys are nice, Jordan and Chris always made sure I was well taken care of when I was in there. You should definitely give it a try!

Bought a KBox mini and the guy that helped me was awesome! When the first setup (a purple KBox) didnt work, he went through every part of it to figure out the problem, since the purple one is the color I really liked and wanted. Awesome service!

This is an awesome shop with a huge selection of unique items not found in most stores. The staff is extremely helpful and was not trying to upsell us but actually gave us a great deal. In years of reviewing across numerous sites Ive never given a 1-star review: today is that day. My card was overcharged by $50 by accident on juice -- then, realizing the mistake, the nice lady notified me (but couldnt submit a refund...I dont live in Florida and cant wait a couple days). Trying to find a fix, I grabbed the one thing in the store I wanted (Aspire Cleito 120) in spite of the obvious 100% markup (we all have Google) to fill the refund gap. I took that in stride -- poop happens -- but when I got home and opened the tank to find the coils that come with it had been removed from the box...game over. Worst vape store experience Ive ever had, and hence, 1-star.

I went into this store this afternoon looking for some cotton for my RTA. Most shops either don’t carry or dont sell cotton anymore but I checked anyway. He didn’t have any cotton but showed me some juice that I was interested in. Because I didn’t have any cotton I waited until I got home to freshen up my mod and noticed I had about a 1/4 worth of juice in my 60ml bottle. I don’t know if it was a mistake or if it was intentional but I did not get my 25$ worth of juice.

They have gear like shirts socks backpacks and things like that, I bought a shirt I haven’t seen anywhere else, “Just Rick It” with Rick(from Rick and Morty) laying on a Nike sign drunk 👌💯 100% the best

I had wonderful experience all the workers were super knowledgeable and helpful. And I was in and out in a couple of mins definitely recommend going they even have a pool table.

Its a nice place with tons of vape stuff and glassware, but Id only go there if I was in a pinch and needed a coil or ejuice, much of their stuff is pricey and I understand some companies have high prices to start. But Ive seen simple starter kits there for $70, where if you go to that same companies website they sell for $24.

I was always the person in my group that was like naw I wont hookah. We came to this Smoke shop and I was like Im not gonna hookah. At any other hookah lounge if you dont hookah or buy a drink you are asked to leave. Chris was so nice and genuine and allowed me to stay and hang with my friends. I came back and I was like ok I will hookah!!! He gave us great deals and advice on flavored along with gave us some surprise flavors for free. His establishment is very mellow and at the checkout he offered us various deals on his smoke accessories. I would refer this Smoke Shop and Hookah lounge to everyone who wants a great time and enjoy great products.

My experience was above all hookah lounges Ive ever been to. The owners are very friendly and helping couldnt ask for a better experience. Prices were very fair I strongly recommend this lounge to anyone interested in having a relaxed and awesome hookah sesh.

✨ FAKE PUFF BARS 😄I bought 2 puff plus tangerine ice from Vapor on Sunday 8/30 at approximately 6pm and one didn’t work and the other died in less than an hour 😜 I have called them 5 times and they havent picked up 🥳 I checked the codes on the back to verify if they were real and they weren’t 🤯 I just wasted over $30, I hope you don’t 😘

This is the only vape shop i will go to in st Augustine. Ever. Chris was working when i stopped in to grab some emergency e-juice i live in green cove and i forgot to bring juice for a night in st Augustine i usually make my own so i spend next to nothing on juice but every now and then things happen. Stopped in for some emergency juice and this guy opened 3 bottles of juice to make sure i left with something i liked and i was literally buying a $5 bottle of juice. He probably spent more than 5 bucks on those 2 other bottles of juice. This place is the polar opposite of that vape shop we have all been to with snobby employees who hate everybody who doesnt live off of vape product reviews and know exactly what they want before they come in.

Just started to vape about 2 weeks ago. Bought a Smog mod from a different shop. Wasn’t super happy with the bulky ness and weight of it and was looking for something smaller. Stopped into Vape to just look around, see what my options were. Christopher, the owner, spent the better part of an hour with me going over choices. He definitely knows his products. He introduced me to the “Salt” type of vape- I’m still new to all the lingo and terms so excuse me if my terminology is wrong- but he was awesome at explaining the differences in all my options. Showed me some great mods that had all my specifics, was super friendly and down to earth! Not pushy or never made me feel pressured to buy. Answered all my many questions, helped pick out an amazing Smok mod with two different juices that were exactly what flavors I was looking for! I’m beyond pleased and will most definitely be returning for all of my smoking/vapeing needs!!

They sell fake devices. My friends and I on SEPARATE occasions ended up buying fake devices that are refilled with weird substances that are not what they are marketed as. Do NOT trust them to buy products. Will never shop here again. They also sell EXPIRED products. Be careful as to what you are putting into your body from this place.

If I could rate it a negative number I would! Worst vape shop in St. Augustine, you want a good shop go to Red Beards Vape Shop or Old Town Vape! I went to get a Smok Mag, I had previously had one and was looking to replace it, I ended up paying more for this one than my last one which was $100. Plus the OWNER tried to start a argument with my boyfriend about a price of a mod on his phone and saying that my boyfriend knows nothing. What owner argues with customers I was going to buy some juice for my vape but I just wanted to leave! Say away!

Best vape shop in Florida been coming here for years everyone is super laid back they have pretty much everything you can think of and the atmosphere is unmatched drive 150 miles just to come here for glass and such recommend 10/10

When charging almost double the price of the MSRP and attempting to back it up with well, thats online, the answer is no. Never seen prices so high on MTL starter kits. Gas stations sell the Juul cheaper than these guys. Thats sad.
