Ive been going here for years, back when it was Harmony Massage also, but after today I think Im moving on to somewhere else. Right now there is one massage therapist who is really good, and one who is not at all. Today I started an hour session with the good MT. Really good massage. About 15 minutes into it she leaves the room to answer the front door. Im face down, she returns, but I start to realize the massage is suddenly pretty lame. It was because they decided to switch MTs on me mid-massage without saying anything to me. I cannot even believe they did this, this is not cool by any stretch of the imagination. I ended the massage then and there and left. Im not sure Ill be back.Response to Owner: Im not buying that explanation. All customers are walk-in. Ive called and tried to make appointments in the past only to be told just walk in. There is no reason the 2nd MT could not simply take care of the customer that just walked in. And there is no reason they didnt ask me if I was okay with it. If the 1st MT was only going to be available for 15 minutes they should have said so up front.
Its always busy. I dont typically go here anymore for that reason. Lily is a great masseuse, so if you get a chance. Definitely try calling first.
Lili and Amber are both very nice and give a high quality massage. $60 for an hour is about the going rate around here, but at Lakes you get a free table shower. Thats always a plus.
Great place to go if you have back pain. Need to give it a try.
Not a very good massage.
