The owner Sal is an awesome guy who makes you want to come back to the store over and over again. Sal. Does everything he can to help the customer unlike a lot of the shops around you are only looking out for profits. The two guys that work with him are genuinely good people. Bought a vape hit it in store worked fine couple days later went to charge it and it dosent charge. Got it for more than any other place selling that product, when I called up and told them it wasn’t charging they said it’s not there problem. Won’t be coming back because they sell defective products and won’t exchange them when people complain.

Amazing and helpful staff, very laid back. The owner and staff very respectable in my eyes as they ID, which 420 does not. The one and only time i stepped foot in 420 i saw them sell to a minor. Found Hypnotic and saw it was a gem. Went there for all my vape and etc. needs when i lived in St. Charles.

Came in looking for a new vape pen and was directed by one of their employees to the My My Slick vape pen. It was more expensive than your traditional battery but with the hidden feature the battery offered and the employees recommendation I decided to purchase it. The pen itself only lasted one charge and now is completely useless. I’ve tried calling Hypnotic and no one has answered and they give no ability to leave a message. Wouldn’t recommend.Update: Without a receipt they wont do anything so make sure you keep your paper receipts just in case the product they sell you inevitably dies a month later....

I bought a disposable vape here at 3pm by 9 pm the battery was shot it was a air bar luxe and supposed to last 3300 puffs. I maybe got thirty puffs out of it.I came back in the morning at 1030am the store should of been open at 10am the door was locked and the employee was standing there talking with a woman inside the store and he held up 10 fingers indicating he would open the door in ten minutes. I came back 20 minuets later and he still had the door locked and was still by the door talking to this woman and he decided to open the door for me then and seemed aggravated. He was the one who sold me the vape the day before. I explained what happen and he says he can sell me another one. I said I want my money back or trade product you just sold this to me yesterday. He said I know but the policy is once it leaves the store it’s yours. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. THE EMPLOYEE IS ALSO RUDE.

Amazing place to shop at. Prices are the best and people working there are great! Definitely will be coming back ! Very knowledgeable staff they were able to help me find what I was looking for and gave me suggestions of different products to try!

Me and my cousin went into the store and wanted to make a return on a novo 2 and the manager (bigger guy scruffy bear with glasses) informed him that he could not make a return due to the stores policy. As well he tried to con us by saying the buyers remorse clause allows him to deny us a refund, which on the contrary it explicitly states that you will get a refund. Soon after he became very unprofessional and started implying assumptions based on our skin color saying, I’m calling the cops you should leave if you have warrants , as well he suggested that “we go March or something”. Overall we approached the manager in a respectful sense as well tried to come to other outcomes but he was a bigoted narcissist who tried to make us feel inferior to him. !!! I warn you do not shop here!!!

I came into the store and kenny was a great help and was very professional. He was friendly and answered every question and easily explained to me about the products. To whom this mat concern kenny is a very professional, friendly, and valued employee. I would definitely recommend kenny

Didnt get the managers name, but he really knew his stuff. I came in for hookah coals, but he told me a little bit about everything in the store. Not pushy at all, just excited about the products.Ill be back for sure.

The shop operator name Sal helped me out on my late night visit. He greated me promptly and was both knowledgeable and helpful. He sold me some vape juice and gave me some interesting insight on the current state of the FDA vape debacle. He had a good sales pitch that was informative and laid back. I didnt feel pressured or that weird cool guy club attitude that many vape shop attendees have. For a new store this place has it together. I HIGHLY recommend a visit. Good job guys!

I called to check if the had a particular item, to which I was told yes, only to drive all the way there for them to not have. It was ok though because the little cigarette and beer shop right next door had what I needed and it was half the price of anywhere else.
