Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and Im very happy with the products and service. The owner is always friendly and she really seems to know her stuff. Ive tried a couple of her recommendations and never been let down. She usually even has my regular item pulled when she sees my car pull up -- now thats service!It looks like the majority of people who left bad reviews are upset with the manufacturer and/or defective products. Understandable, but VapeSafe sells reputable brands and it isnt her fault if an item isnt working properly (or more likely, if it burned up because it wasnt used properly).
If there were 100 stars, I would give them all to this shop! Traveling through, I stopped here and received all I needed! Good prices, education on how to use my vape, and some goodies! Thank you, Candice, for saving me some money! I will stop by again!! From Texas!!
I’m upset with the customer service. I went in and got a Vape that she recommended to me and my boyfriend. I took two hits and it’s burnt?? So I went in for a exchange NOT a refund. She just turned me away! And said i didn’t open it in the store. I understand where she’s coming from but even if I did the first two hits were fine. I don’t recommend this location. Especially because there is no post signage stating this. When buying a product I don’t want a chance of it not working.
So my husband bought me a Vaporesso Swag 2, batteries and 2 bottles of juice from this shop for Christmas. I loved the vape. For a week. Then one of the buttons stopped working making it unusable. I went into the shop with the malfunctioning vape to hopefully get it replaced. The young lady behind the counter was super sweet. She had no idea what to do so she called her boss. Well the boss said it was less than 30 days so I had to contact the manufacturer. In China. I did. I recieved 1 email back after about 5 days saying what they needed pictures of. I sent it. And nothing. Nada. They have ghosted me. So I send my husband back into the shop. Its now been 50+ days. Same girl is behind the counter. Calls the same boss on the phone. Who NOW says that its malfunctioning so its not her problem because it was used and stopped workingI guess she forgot about the BEFORE 30 day thing she said.. My husband explains we dont want a refund, just a replacement. No. Cant help us. So he spends $150+ in the shop to buy a lemon vape only to be told oops sorry not our fault.We will NEVER purchase from this shop again.
Asked for a specific product and was told they had it. They then tried to sell me something completely different because they didnt actually have it. Lying to potential customers isnt cool!
Burnt vape. Came back into the store 30 minutes later and was told that since I didn’t try it in the store, I couldn’t exchange it.
