Nice staff, helpful and knowledgeable. I did not have to ask them for help and they greeted me when my wife and I walked in the door. Not at all like the rude fellow with short black hare at wild bills. I did not mind spending money with this store at all. I had A great experience and will be back again.

I was sold one expensive dab rig. I spent 140 on it 8months ago. Was told if the battery went out they replace it in store for 6 months. Then I began spending 20$ every other week, sometimes every week for each coil I bought there. This adds up quick. So I got another rig, one that cost 40$and I buy 5coils for 20$. I went in there today to buy a coil and the guy says sorry dude we dont have those in stock. I said O when will you get those in? .... He replied saying that they actually dont stock those anymore but he could assist me in buying a new rig...I should have stuck around to see what he offered to sell me. I bet it was another scam.Up until now Ive assumed it was my fault for not Doing better research before I made a purchase. Ok. Well why would anybody go to a store who automatically Recommends the most expensive piece of ship that doesnt even work for a reasonable amount of time?The only real nice part of the whole experience was the weekend manager. He felt bad for my plight and offered me discounts on coils because he saw me spending too much too often.The employees get a discount, but yet most shop at birds eye, and now I know why!

They have buy 2 get one free on vapes! Also check out their Black Friday deals if you get a chance. The cashiers are always so friendly. The store tries their best to keep the hot sellers in stock.

The staff is incredible. They know their products and have never steered me wrong. I was new to the whole vape thing and what I learned from those employees has saved me money, time and just plain looking like a fool. They truly deserve 5 stars, but Im a jew..and I would have liked to see the yearly membership i paid for give me 20% off the coils too..considering its one of the things that has to be replaced most often...in my opinion. And the other issue is...any dissatisfaction you have with a product will not be refunded by vape n smoke...and good luck getting the manufacturer to respond to you.

Waited forever for them to open. Says they open at 11am, It is 11:15 and still not open. Its a bad sign when you cant open when you are supposed to!!!! Theres a reason for posting your business hours! I left without visiting. I have no patience for ignorance and complete disregard for other people. I would not recommend to anyone!

I have bought fuel from this company multiple times and today was charged more than before. I understand inflation but the price of the single cans stayed the same and i get charged $10 more than my previous fuel purchases for the same product.

Went in there on April 20th. The 1 guy working their seemed so snotty. Like I should have known all about their products before ever stepping foot through their door. He also kept correcting me on what their water bongs were called. Like really? You can label them whatever you want to honey. Ppl are still only coming in their to buy them to get stoned with. Lol Glad I dont need to go to places like this. Never would have if I wasnt looking for a requested gift for someone. 2 stars is being generous.

This place is great for people who consume these products, they have high hemp wraps and thats somthing that like no one in the area have so thats a great plus, also they have CBD vape juice and CBD flower, its a little on the expensive side but its still amazing, the cashier was vaping in the store and idk if its just me but on one hand its kinda unprofessional but on the other hand its cool to see smoke rings, also they are very kind and not condescending when you ask questions unlike other stores in the area, very nice place

Went to buy magneto coils and even tho the case said coil and coil cap, the guy kept insisting that no one sells them with the cap. EVERYWHERE else sells them with that because of them being magnetic. It is actually the main reason I purchased the magneto vape pen. (Plus I dont lose pieces with it all magnetic!! Very good pen) I felt like they ordered the packs and took the caps off themselves, if not then whoever they order from messed up their order and they dont seem to care. Disappointed to say the least.

Every single product they have is overpriced. I even was dumb enough to buy their black card and still everything is more expensive than any other vape store in the area. I would suggest to go to Wild Bills in Benton Harbor or literally anywhere else unless you want to get ripped off. I would imagine the people that are giving this place positive reviews are inexperienced vapers, or arent aware of how much they are actually getting ripped off. Seriously take my advice and go elsewhere or even order off the internet. Ive been vaping for 6 years, trust me when I say... GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.The only positive thing I will say is that the people who work there are really cool and they are pretty helpful. But they basically railroaded me into buying the black card, and Im just taking a wild guess and assuming they get a commission for every person that buys the black card. DO NOT BUY THE BLACK CARD.

Spent $120 on a glass water pipe, got home and the hole wasn’t blown all the way thru. Called the store looking to exchange it for an actual working one and the guys says “sorry bro don’t think there’s anything I can do”. What a joke! Wasn’t even used yet! Won’t be spending money there again.

Hands down best vape shop in the area, no contest. Theyre usually always stocked with the newest hardware and their glass, herbal vape and concentrate vape selection is seriously impressive. The staff is extremely knowledgable in all areas of the products they carry and I guarantee they will make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Chucky and Schmidt particularly have always been extremely helpful and informative anytime I have questions.

Ive been a regular here for over a year and will go nowhere else. The customer service is amazing and they get to know what you like and can give great new suggestions. Vape On!

Prices but good supply

These people have NO IDEA what they are talking about or selling!!! Unless you want to shop only there, do not buy any vape equipment. Juice prices are average to over priced but they do have glass and other smoke stuff. Just do yourself a favor and dont trust their knowledge of vaping. Please look elsewhere!!!! Wasted money and time there and will never return.

The guy who helped my husband was awesome. He was both informative and very polite.

Never shopping here again. I dont know how their service is with vapes, but, Evolve concentrate pens.....they never have the replacement coils for the pens they sell. Ive bought new pens several times, just because they dont have the coils. Never again.

The assistant tried to tell me that the box clearly labeled ,Coil and Coil Cap tried to tell me that there wasnt supposed to be a second piece and he has ALWAYS sold those like that. It looks like an employee went through and stole EVERY coil cap and left the coils.
