I’ve been going to Estetica for years, and haven’t ever thought about going anywhere else. It is, by far, the best salon I’ve ever been to! Tracey is the queen of all hair and the staff always make you feel like family. I highly recommend anyone who is considering Estetica to try them out.I’ve tried many of their skin services as well and those have all been great. Our entire wedding party went to Estetica, and they did a fantastic job.

I hadnt been to Esthetica for a number of years because I moved out of the area. Im back and decided to come back for a haircut. Jasmine did a great job! Im happy with the cut and she did an awesome job styling my hair too. I will be coming back when I need my next cut.

I absolutely love going to Salon Estetica! Not only is the building super cute and perfect for taking pictures after your hair is perfectly done, but there’s also really great stylists and staff that work here. I’ve been seeing Francesca consistently for six months, and my hair has never looked and felt better!

I love Becky! She is so wonderful to speak with during my hair appointments. Her attention to detail with what I want done to my hair is impeccable. Her blowouts are a bonus! My sister and I both love coming to her!

Estetica Salon and Spa is a wonderful place to get a haircut. The salon has a clean, inviting atmosphere that makes for a relaxing experience.I highly recommend Kendyl as a stylist. She’s incredibly friendly and professional, always making me feel comfortable during my appointments. Kendyl is a skilled hairstylist who truly listens to her clients. She’s great at offering suggestions without being pushy and I always leave her chair happy with my cut. Additionally, she’s always accommodating and flexible with scheduling, which is greatly appreciated.

Eve was SPECTACULAR! My hair has never felt so great after a cut! Highly recommend going here! She gave me a wonderful head massage & did exactly what I wanted!

I booked with a new talent and my experience was AWFUL. she was AWESOME but the educators that did her consult were so rude to her . specifically an older blonde and a peppy brunette who seemed pretty higher in power, can’t remember their names. hair was great, vibes were super low & i felt really awkward when they were being rude to her and making her feel like a bad stylist when i liked her actions on my hair more than theirs. definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I cant say enough about how wonderful Estetica was in a time of crisis. After receiving the worst hair cut of my life with fantastic sams, I knew a real salon was the only remedy. I was in shock (in the best way) after the stylists were able to save my hair! It was a group effort and during my time there they treated me like a queen. Recognizing how distressed I was, the stylist included a free scalp massage and was so incredibly sweet. I booked my appointment with Eve after one of my friends recommended her and she did not disappoint! Eve was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, kind and did an amazing job with the blond balayage I asked for. I will 100% return for future services.

Thank you Kendyl! Dropped in on a whim, ( needed my haircut finished I had my son start it) they thought about the stylists and matched me with the one they thought would be for me fun! Everyone was so kind, my stylist was great! Very professional, took her time,knew what she was doing and knew what she was talking about. She shampooed my hair after it was cut. Conditioned with a great head massage! A little spendy but so worth it! Loved the feel of the place everyone seems to enjoy their job. I will for sure go see Kendyl again. Kelly Schneider

The girls really know what they are doing with hair here and the vibe is immaculate. 🤌 15/10 will always recommend for all your hair and esthetic needs. Highly recommend both the makeup and hair artists here. I had my wedding hair and makeup done here via a VERY last-minute appointment and it was fantastic. I now continue to go here for cuts - Amelia is an incredible hair artist. The salon as a whole is clean, friendly, organized and stylish. Excellent place.

I have been to Estetica a few times now, including having my bridal party come before our wedding & have had wonderful experiences each time. I originally booked myself with a stylist, and was called the day before letting me know that they wouldn’t be in the salon for my appointment and if was okay to have a different stylist- for me this was totally OK! The culture, and confidence of everyone that is hired here is totally apparent that they will do a fantastic job. I was so appreciative of Victoria, who did a full highlight for me in place of who I originally booked with. Victoria was extremely kind, confident, and went above and beyond to place so many foils for me- as the last appointment of the day, this made me feel really cared and valued. Victoria is extremely talented & it is apparent that her skill is a perfect fit for the Estetica Image, I can’t wait to come back :)

I had an amazing experience at this salon. I am also a licensed cosmetologist and was looking for someone else other than myself to do my hair!! when I walked into this salon the employees were amazing!! I saw the owner performing an amazing service while another stylist shadowed her. I was very impressed. My stylist megan lostend to me completely she completely over delivered her service. I will be back to see her at this salon. Very impressed and enjoyed my time!!! Thanks so much for my new look megan I have recoeved so many complements today!!

Although it had been over 8 years since my last visit. I was very disappointed with my recent cut and style. In the past, I was extremely happy with my stylist and experience.

I went to Estetica the day of my wedding and got my hair and makeup done by Lowry. She was AMAZING and I would highly recommend her for any wedding-day services! I was able to schedule a trial with her, which was also fantastic, but she was also able to incorporate some of the changes I thought about after the trial into the final wedding-day look. Everything looked perfect, and I am so happy with how my hair and makeup turned out. I went to the salon with 4 other people for my wedding (sisters and moms of the bride/groom), and they were able to accommodate us all. Highly recommend Estetica for wedding day hair/makeup services!

Way over priced and you can’t book an appointment with a gift card online. They will charge you $50 when booking the appointment and won’t take away that charge if you use a gift card to pay for services. $100 for a half hour massage is outrageous.

This place was excellent. Very fancy and well taken care of. I saw Sarah who was amazing. She listened and gave suggestions to me which I appreciate. I think she read me very well. The building itself is pretty cool its in like a small mall type of place that looks like apartments on the outside. Over all I would recommend this place as it was a very good experience.

Molle is my stylist. She is easy to get an appointment with, she is always on time, she is very personable yet extremely professional. I love the way I look when I leave! The atmosphere there is comfortable and upbeat. Large windows in an old building. Lovely!

Had a young hairstylist. She was nice and I tipped her well but I would gauge this as the bottom 3 cuts I’ve ever received. Wanted to trim the length and get some light layers so my hair wouldn’t look so heavy. Swing and a miss. I got a fat blunt haircut. A super hard line with my thick hair and such light layers they don’t exist. She was nice, but she had no vision and I don’t think this salon is worth the visit. Great clips could have given me the exact same cut, so I likely won’t be returning for hair services. Massage was good. I paid a nominal amount extra for a deep tissue massage but I wouldn’t consider it deep tissue at all. Everyone was pleasant, nice and seemingly receptive but I doubt I’ll ever come here again. I just needed to make a haircut and massage appointment back to back and they could accommodate. Overall 5/10.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Victoria! She was the sweetest stylist and made me feel so comfortable! She did an AMAZING job on my hair!!! I will definitely be going back!

I found esthetica when I was visiting Nina’s cafe for coffee with my friends. I read a lot of good reviews which made me excited to come and try this salon!To the point I immediately scheduled my bridal trial and bridal wedding appointments. It was my first time going, so I emailed to schedule all the appointments. I mentioned in the email that my hair is thick and long and that it might take them longer to finish!!!My hairstylist was FRANCESCA. At first, everything was going well but then she became irritated while doing my hair. Then, she called a coworker for help. And I really appreciated that person because they made sure that I wasn’t tensioned while they both were doing my hair “thanks Bre”. The other person though didn’t care!!!I booked that appointment for a hair cut and style. However, she blow dried my hair not completely though !!! Did not cut my hair well!!!!And then she said that because of timing this is the best she could do.Long story short, I was crying the whole time and was disregarded as a customer. When I went to the receptionist to pay, I told her that I mentioned on the email that my hair was long and thick, and takes longer to finish. The funny thing is that she said that petiole who work there are young and new. So, they don’t know what thick MEANS!!!! What does that even mean???? That was so rude!!!!!! And unprofessional of them!!!!I felt that they didn’t care about me as a customer and disregarded me. Be aware my black girls, DO NOT go there!!! They said they don’t know what thick hair is, a modern form of discrimination.So be aware, if you have a different type of hair and not what they are used to “silky straight hair” , they have 0 skills.They even had the audacity to ask for a tip, why would I tip someone who was irritated and rushing to finish my hair!!!! No thank you!!!

They always do a fabulous job. Kenzie is skilled at balayage and always fun to chat with. Easy to schedule and relaxing, spa-like ambiance.

I really want to like this place, but it’s the final straw for me.I got married at WA Frost so I decided to book my hair and makeup at Esthetica Salon because it’s across the street. I booked a hair/makeup trial for myself and a hair trial for my husband before our wedding. I called and double checked my appt and it was all confirmed. When I showed up they had my husband’s appointment but not mine. Uhhhhh. I had to rebook my trial. Great. I didn’t have good feelings but I stuck with them for my wedding. Fortunately that went okay, so I was relieved and decided to assume it was a blue moon mistake.I decided to go back and get my hair cut. The person never showed up to my appointment. I left after 20 minutes waiting for the person to show… The front desk person said they couldn’t refund the hold on my account because that’s a deposit for if I don’t show up. Well, I did show up and the hair person didn’t. They still won’t refund the money and said I have to use it towards next time.Next time?! Why would I ever go back??????I had them put it in a gift card because I don’t trust their computer system since it’s apparently dropped 2 of my appointments.Anyway, if anyone wants to buy a 160$ gift card to this salon that seems to forget my appointments hit me up.They won’t refund your money when THEY SCREW UP. Be warned.

Best massage I’ve ever had with Linnea!! She was so attentive, communicative and did an amazing job addressing the issues I had. It was such a safe, relaxed appointment. Will definitely be going back!

Love the place, its very old fashioned with a bit modern in some ways. I didn’t know they have parking, but you have to pay unless you’re lucky to find one on the side street. When you parked inside make sure to bring the ticket and give to Sam. Before you begin they will offer you wine, water, juice. Breanna took care of my deep conditioning and shampoo with scalp treatment, i love it! It was so relaxing after a long day, then she curled my hair (loose style) i love it! A bit pricey and fancy. I’m still going back in here for some hair treatments and facial treatments. Just love the vibes when you enter! But I hope next time they put a sign where the front desk is.Highly recommended!

The manager that me and my esthetician classmates called to do an assignment to get to know more about the salon was very rude and disrespectful. She assumed that we were joking with her and that she didn’t have time to answer questions that are a waste of her “time.” Not a good attitude towards estheticians student who are trying to get into the beauty industry, and learn more about salon/spas to work at. Please do better, and be more respectful towards beauty students.

I always leave Estetica salon feeling pampered and beautiful. I’ve been getting my hair highlighted and cut for several years. They recently remodeled the space making it more open and taking advantage of the historical architecture. I would recommend this place to a friend. I’m not telling you the name of my stylist. She’s mine. They validate parking in the lot next to the building.

I got my first facial today with Amanda and it was a great experience. It was incredibly relaxing and well worth the money. Id definitely recommend it.

Just left this salon - and I am so happy! I made an appointment with Annie after a friend recommended the salon. I was wanting to try something a little funkier than my brunette and was looking for a colored balayage style. Annie was extremely thorough with the consultation, realistic about expectations, up front about pricing, and overall a genuine and warm person. She took her time with each step and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out (the color, cut, and style)! Additionally - the salon has great products and is so cute and inviting. I definitely recommend it and plan on coming back!

Beautiful, charming place, and wonderful staff. They genuinely care about you as a person, everyone I met was fabulous. Bri did a great job on my lashes, Molee was so sweet and my nails look lovely (may have to see her for hair next)

The general consensus is correct: this place rocks. I was lucky enough to get a walk-in appointment on a Friday with Catherine, who was so sweet and really took her time with my cut & color. I was taking off 4-5 inches and she said, okay, well start slow so theres no how much did we cut off?? panic. She gave me great layers and I love the natural red color. Three weeks later its wearing just as nicely as when I got it. A beautiful salon with great people. If you find yourself in the area, go go go.

Perfect Wedding Day!We went to Estetica for my wedding. They were amazing and have become my go-to salon for regular appointments. They were so accommodating and everyone looked fantastic. I had my makeup and hair done and both turned out so wonderful in photos, I felt totally gorgeous. Tori is a bridal hair genius!

My first time at this Spa for a haircut was a great experience. My stylist, Breanna and her mentor (not sure if that’s the term used) Becky were both fantastic: listened well about my hopes for the style and cut, and were skilled and professional at executing it. Will definitely come again.

Im an emergency department nurse and life has been totally crazy the last few years. The staff at Estetica have always given me excellent service nd helped to melt some of that stress away. I even came in a few times after being injured by a patient to simply have them wash my hair (one wing out of commission). I love this place and would surely recommend 😃

I love this Spa! I have been coming to have Laura do manicures for the last 3 years and she is fabulous!! She always makes my manicures enjoyable that the hours fly by! I also have had the pleasure of a massage and it too was fantastic. Every staff member is so kind and gracious when Im there, they take very good care of me and I so appreciate the pampering! Beautiful salon!! I found this place soon after moving to the St. Paul area a little over a year ago, and I’m so glad I did!! I go to Kylie who is super sweet and so talented! My hair is so silky smooth and my blonde is always on POINT every time. My blonde babes, you won’t be disappointed! I never ever write reviews but I’m hoping to save someone else some money and damage to their hair. The long story short is I walked in with healthy hair to get a balayage and a hair cut and left with damage to my hair (crunchy ends, white dots on the ends of my hair). I’ve now called the salon three times trying to get in touch the manage, Tracy, leaving messages, emailed her directly, and messaged her on Instagram to see if a colorist/stylist with more experience could evaluate my hair since I have very little confidence in the colorist/stylist who allowed me to leave with clearly damaged hair. A manager has yet to return a message.The FULL story:The long story short is my color is fine it wasn’t really what I asked for and my grays are definitely not blended or covered (she kind of said we didn’t have time to cover them even though I booked a full balayage and we only did a half but she’d blend them a little) but unfortunately are kind of standing out more because of how dark my balayage is. I showed her pictures and asked for honey/golden balayage that was soft and blended. I got a darker almost my natural color honey blonde balayage not really any golden pieces at all but I was like, “okay maybe I wasn’t super clear about what I wanted.”I did LOVE the style of cut she did! When I ran my hands through my hair, it didn’t feel very soft but she said, “ oh it probably doesn’t feel soft because I just put texture spray in it.” I was prepared to just live with the color and be more clear next time about more dimension in my hair. No big deal!I ran to my car because it’s raining and pulled out of the lot. I start touching my hair then I pull over and realize it is crunchy and definitely damaged on the ends. I had one balayage prior to this after growing my hair out for two years because I had a super bad experience with an inexperienced colorist frying my hair. I messaged the colorist/stylist immediately on Instagram hoping I could just pop back in right then before her next client and she could trim the damage off. She didn’t respond until later and said she hadn’t bleached the ends so she wasn’t sure how that could have happened and she must have missed it. But her comment about the texture kind of makes me think she may have realized.I feel I spent over 200$ to just have my hair damaged and have to spend more time and money having it fixed by another salon. I would encourage you to learn from my experience maybe choose a different establishment :(

I booked a facial with Audrey and it was one of the best ideas Ive had. Usually I leave facials disappointed, but she ensured I had the best experience ever. The additional exfoliation treatment was just what I needed too. The massage and gua sha relieved all my tension in my shoulders, neck, jaw, and head. My boyfriend even said that my lips felt more full and soft since I got it. 10/10 going to book again.

Chloe is seriously amazing! We did a big chop (6in+) and I absolutely love it! I can finally rock my natural waves again 💛

My sister took me here for a manicure and it was lovely! To start, the building that Estetica is in is beautiful. The salmon itself is also visually and architecturally appealing. Everyone on staff was so nice, we were offered coffee and the manicure was a treat! It was relaxing, the manicurists were friendly and fun to talk with. My nails have never looked better!

I’ve been going here for a few years to get my hair cut and colored and my brows done. The salon is always clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming! I never feel rushed through any of my services and they’re always accommodating if I need to make make a schedule change.

Great place they do a good job. But I feel like every time I tend to like it at first but then the day after it just doesn’t look as good. I tell them exactly what I want and they never seem to listen. I told them my habits of how I typically keep my hair. Last time I went i told them i wanted long bangs but now they are too short, I wanted a v cut but its still too round from the back... she did a GREAT job, don’t get me wrong, but its not exactly what I wanted..

Everyone needs to go have a facial done with Moe. I was so impressed with the whole experience. Everyone was so nice and my skin looks better than ever. Thank You! I will be back.

I had a massage, wax and facial by Kayla today and it was WONDERFUL!! She has a marvelous bedside manner and her hands are talented! Conversation was great too.Kunita did a great job with my hair color and cut and it looks marvelous. Nice, soft layers...she did a great job. All services in this salon HIGHLY recommended and Ill sure be back.

I have been going to Estetica for about 8 years and LOVE it. I use to live within a mile of their location, but have continued to go there even when I moved 15 miles away! Everyone I have used there has been great, but Cilia has been my go to stylist for years. I have done cuts, colors, waxes, and massages there and everything has been excellent. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

The ladies were very nice, but Im not so sure I was completely happy with my pedicure. Its for a wedding, it seems like the color isnt filled in all the way in spots. I also got cut from the cuticle clipping and my toenails on my big toes are not even (they did the left one way shorter and at an angle). See for yourself if you like how they did my nails, this pic was taken right after I got home.

My experience with both Olyviah and Monica has always been outstanding. They provide excellent service in hair color and cuts. I have been seeing both of them for many years now and recommend them to any friends or family in need of hair services!

I truly love this place! Its right in my neighborhood but I would travel to get here any day. The stylists are talented and so friendly (and also totally ok if I want a quiet cut after a long day.) L Ive been going for 7 years and had the pleasure of working with 3 stylists who have been there at least as long as Ive been going: Mickey, Kelsey and Nicole. HIGHLY recommend Estetica!

Beautiful atmosphere and hairstylist that can cut thick hair very well. Never found that anywhere. They will cater to time that is best for you. My hair always takes 1hr and 15 min because of the thickness and I always want advice of what style will look good with my face. I like to get it right everytime that way I dont have to wait 2 years to grow it out

I absolutely love Estetica. Ive been going there for a few years, although I havent been back in awhile because Ive been living out of the country--but Ive already scheduled a haircut and brow wax for right after I get back to MN! I started going to Estetica as a somewhat awkward teenager, but Ive never felt out of place there. They have a range of diverse customers (although Im not sure how they handle natural hair) and they treat everyone equally and have always put me at ease. Ive gone in right after work or school, definitely not looking my best, and been greeted with the same enthusiasm as when I was wearing a full face of makeup with perfect hair and clothes.Megan is my stylist, and she has never gone wrong. I have very fine, stick-straight hair that tangles easily, but Megan always styles it perfectly. She takes into consideration what I want and the amount of time Im willing to spend doing my hair in the mornings (very, very little). Ive always been nervous about getting my hair cut since I hate the idea of getting a botched cut, but since I started going to Megan all of my anxieties have faded away.I also get my brows waxed with Katie every month or so, and she is a goddess. I have incredibly thick, long, dark eyebrows that quickly merge into unibrow territory if not constantly cared for. Ive been waxing and threading them since middle school, but never have I had as good of an experience as I consistently have with Katie. She doesnt take too much away, which is an issue Ive had with waxing in the past, and she does a great job of enhancing their natural shape so that they best suit my face. Shes also incredibly nice and easy to talk to, and shes managed to make getting hair ripped out of your face a relaxing experience; all around the perfect esthetician.

Always a great day when you go to Estetica. I always leave feeling and looking my best. Very kind people. Laura really listens to what I want. I get a little mini massage at each haircut and the most trendy cut and style. Besides all that I love the old building. It feels like your in a historic mall with modern touches.

Recently at Estetica for spa pedicures in celebration of my daughters birthday.WOW! Laura was my nail technician, and honestly-- her hands should be insured for a million bucks! The calf and foot massage were amazing~ the best Ive ever had. My pedicure was also excellent.Thanks Estetica, and thanks, Laura! I will be back.

As an Esthetician student, I was assigned to perform a career search for potential salons to work for in the future. A peer and I called this salon and spoke directly with Helena (?) in hopes to go through our questionnaire on or assignment. Helena was rude, had an attitude, was discouraging, and refused to answer our questions. This is a salon that I would NOT recommend future students to work at because of the unwelcoming management style and poor customer service.

For my birthday, I got a gift card from my wonderful boyfriend. I asked to go to Estetica because the reviews seemed promising. The massage with Julia was just heavenly! I will be back for more because shes exceptional. However, I booked the Estetica pedicure with Molle, only to be attended to 10 minutes late, given a rushed 20ish min pedicure, and left to wait to dry my nails. Nothing special, but she rushed so hard when she pushed my cuticles back, I verbally had to let her know it was uncomfortable. The grand finale: I get home, after waiting the extra 15 minutes and bam, my toenails were a mess. The polish had not dried and moved around, destroying the pedicure completely! Ive called to speak to mean management a couple times but have not gotten a word back in the last 5 days. Just dont book anything with Molle.

I see Monica for my haircuts and foils! Shes amazing and personable. No doubt that you will LOVE your hair when you leave! The salon is very clean and professional and they carry amazing products!

Beautiful salon and the stylists are great overall! If you love Aveda products this salon is a must. I like their hours - 9 am - 8 pm which is very convenient. Sometimes the newer stylists take way too much time though with the color especially. Make sure you ask what level the stylists are at before you book.

Its always a great experience at ESTETICA Salon. From the greeting at the check in desk to the warm, scented towel or hand massage during the service, the attention to detail makes time spent at the salon a pleasure. Each stylist or technician that Ive seen in over ten years at this salon has been professional and expert in their craft. Dont hesitate to book an appointment soon!

Ive been recieving waxing services and pedicures from Esthetica for years now, and I love the quality of the experience and the results. Nicole has been doing my pedis for almost that whole time, and she is both a toe artist and a lovely person in general. My waxing esthetitian has changed a few times in that time period (the last couple of times the lovely Mikayla), but no matter who it has been, Ive never been disappointed. I always feel welcome and pampered, and although people could probably find less expensive places to get their hair, nails, and skin seen to, treating myself here every couple of months is well worth it for me!

I love any time I get to spend time at Estetica. The spa is super relaxing and the salon beautiful. No matter how I feel walking in, I always leave feeling pretty and pampered on my way out. Everyone is so friendly and seems to really enjoy being there to make the experience memorable!

The salon is in a fun and cool building. Its trendy, but welcoming and isnt stuffy. Tori did an awesome job with my hair and really listened to me. Of course, its an Aveda salon, so I live for their tea they serve!

Esteticas facility is classy and relaxing. I see Zoey for haircuts. Zoey has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now, and I love her! I have a pixie cut, and she does a wonderful job when it comes to cutting short hair! In between haircuts, she offers a FREE trim to keep my hair looking clean before my next cut. And seriously, I get compliments on my hair regularly! If you have or are thinking about getting a pixie cut, Zoey is definitely the person to go to! Of course, Im sure her long hair cuts are just as amazing! Estetica is the best!

Fabulous spa in a goregous arcade. I was treated to a spa day for my birthday with a massage and mani/pedi. The massage was wonderfully relaxing and I loved the foot soak at the beginning. The mani/pedi was sooooo nice! She was so careful and detailed with my mani pedi and really easy to chat with. During the mani/pedi she found out it was my birthday and later surprised me by letting me know they would have someone do my hair for me as a treat for my birthday! It was such a kind gesture and very much appreciated. I will absolutely be returning to Estetica! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and it was wonderful!

Always a great experience! A haircut at Estetica for me is an hour of perfection - scalp and shoulder massage, good conversation, the best products, and a really skillful cut. I inevitably leave happy.

Recently had an over-priced perm that didnt last even a month! Called to complain...but b/c it had been 4 weeks and I didnt call - they would not refund my money. I was offered a consultation, but if there was any indication of curl - no refund. Prices are extremely high - even for a hair cut. There are better salons out there!

Ive been going to Esthetica for years. Even after I moved away from the neighborhood, I still go back. Their prices are very reasonable. They can usually get you in with only a couple of days notice. Ive always been happy with the results as well.

This place is awesome! I get my hair done with Annie and she’s amazing at “foilyage” basically balayage with foils. Great facility which has been recently renovated and they serve coffee, tea, and now WINE!

I visited recently to buy a gift card for my wife, and I didnt find Estetica to be nearly as friendly and helpful as all the reviews made it out to be. Upon leaving, after making my gift card purchase, I noticed a sign out front with a gift card promotion - something they did not bring to my attention at the register. (For even increments of $100, a $20 bonus. Since I had made my purchase for $150, no bonus was credited.) I backtracked and inquired and was belatedly filled in. Naturally I was hoping that something could be arranged for me to capture the $20, since I had missed out on it by accident and on a technicality. All I got was, essentially, sorry...tough bounce. All I know is that, if it were my establishment, I would bend over backward to make things right with the customer within reason. I was honestly taken aback and borderline shocked by their unwillingness to even talk to me about it. I guess after I made the purchase I went from being a customer to being an inconvenience.

They are high priced, I had an okay experience their, i went to get my nails done for my wedding day and had to go back the next day to get them fixed, got my hair done for my wedding by kylie and she did an amazing job

From the entrance you can see the quality of the service. Customer service in this place is paramount, although it was my first time in this place I felt very comfortable. My stylist was professional, really met my expectations, listened to my hair preferences, didnt cut it too short, was just perfect. The conversation was fluid and friendly. I totally recommend this place, although I must admit that you must be financially prepared to receive the bill↗💲💲
