Shun Kang Massage

I do not recommend. I called in and was told to come in at 4:20 pm. We didn’t start until about 4:40 PM and ended about 5:00-5:05 PM. I asked for 30 minutes and paid $60 and she gave me $10 back.I asked her if I was to put on their clothing or if I should leave my shirt and gym pants on. She asked me if this was my first time to which I replied, “here, yes. This is my first time.”It then seemed as though she responded with a “whatever” type of body language. She appeared to rush a lot of the massage and I would compare it to the way my niece (who is a young teenager) would give me a massage for an allowance, unprofessional and unskilled, literally just pushing muscles around and squeezing random muscles.I don’t know, maybe she was having a rough day because the customer before me left without tipping her and she yelled “tip!” As he was leaving. Worst experience ever.Only thing good that came out of that was my slight chuckle from her applying pressure to a ticklish spot on my leg! I will not be coming back here.

Highly recommend Sophia, lets just say small but mighty. She addressed my trouble spots with a knowledge and skill not found in a lot of places. Left feeling much better and void of the pain I walked in with. Will definitely return.

I’m from CA and was here for Business Meeting. My husband and I take our super star out for a treat before we leave to go home. It was the last minute decision since many other places are not available for the number of people; we decided to try it out. After looking at the Photos in the website, it looks nice and clean but we get there, the place looks dirty and unprofessional.I still think to just go for it since I’ve already set the appointment been there. The price per person for the hour was a lot higher than what I normally paid for better locations and much cleaner, and nicer. The two girls that does massages for us are not professional. My massage lady leave me in the middle of my massage to talk to some outside of the massage room for a good 5 minutes.The massage last about 50 minutes and she take 5 minutes break in between so I decided to give them $20 tip for the 4 of us, but they demanded for $10 tip person. I went ahead just gave them the additional $20 because I don’t want to get into any argument since today is also my birthday.I will never come back and will not recommend anyone to go use Shun Kang Massage. I don’t mind pay high price and would give good tip for good massage but this place doesn’t deserve good tip especially when the price was already high, take a break between and short the 60 minute to 50 minutes. I end up paying $70 +10tip - $80 for 45 minutes of low class massage. They also demanded for a set amount for tip, tip should be base on good service not by demanding it on a bad service. Horrible Experience

Received a massage on 3/27/2023. Booked a 60 minute couples massage but when we arrived they said they only had one massage therapist for us so that they could offer us each 30 minutes instead for $50 - given that we were initially supposed to pay $65 each for the 60 min massage, I assumed they were offering $50 total for the 30 mins given that they had not been prepared and were giving us half the time than what we booked for (to accommodate for THEIR mishap). Turns out they were charging us $50 each, even though one of us just had to lay on the massage table for 30 minutes waiting for the other one. It was so awkward. Not to mention, the masseuse answered 3 phone calls throughout the duration of our massages!! She also left the room 1-2 times. The masseuses would talk to each other over the walls, you could hear the front desk guy talking (even though he wasnt answering the phones? which you would think he would instead of having the women giving the massages answer them?!) and you could hear others receiving their massage. So loud. We left this massage more stressed than we came in, and on my birthday no less. Also we had to pay in cash so we lost $100 on a terrible experience with no refund. I was shocked by how poor this experience was given the high reviews online - totally misleading.

This is my second time purchasing a couples massage from Spring Spa. The staff is friendly and we definitely made use of the whole hour! I did not want to leave because the beds were stiff but comfy! Would definitely return every year!

Best massage experience I’ve ever had! My girlfriend booked us a couples massage, and they were so accommodating. Asked us if the pressure applied was okay, always checked in on us which we really appreciate. Customer service couldnt have been any better, and such a clean space. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing place. I will be back again for another amazing experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience both times Ive been here. Today the massage was done by Nancy. It was the best Ive ever had in my life. I was floored by how much better I felt at the end. From now on, this is the only place I will go.

Carolyn was absolutely wonderful! Very skilled masseuse and very pleasant to work with! It’s super easy to call ahead and drop in or make an appointment. I did the 90 minute massage and I haven’t felt so light and lacking tension in my muscles in a long time. Great massage for the price. I willdefinitely make this my regular place!

Something was... off here. This isnt spring anymore, it is different. There was a guy at the front who was off-putting, and even though he was at the front, he wasnt answering the phone, the masseuses were answering the calls DURING giving massages, which made no sense. We were asked to pay cash? Which was weird. We had booked a couples massage, we arrived and they said no, just one for 30 mins and the other for 30 mins. But during that 30 mins, the door was left opened when I was undressed, the masseuse was answering 3 scheduling phone calls, the room was cold, you could hear the masseuses answering calls while with clients in the room next door as well, and then they did not give us a discount for the mishap. The vibe was off, something did not seem right, and then nothing was done to make the experience better. Not worth the time or stress.

I purchased a 60 minute hot stone couples message for my wife. I am not a huge fan of a message but my wife loves it. I thought it would be a nice thing to do together. We had a male and female message therapist. The message was pleasant with plenty communication from the therapists. When we were done I left a 20% tip in the message room. Upon exiting the room we were greeted with a bottle of water an a mint. We said thank you and we’re leaving when the female therapist said “you have tip for us?” I have never been asked for a tip from a service provider. These people don’t APPRECIATE a tip, they Expect it. Very disappointed with that attitude. I will never go back.

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage here on the way back from a trip for our anniversary. It was absolutely the right way to end the celebration. It was a safe, professional, and incredibly relaxing environment. They paid careful attention to how much pressure we each preferred and checked in at different points when using the hot stones. It was a great experience overall!

I had booked a couples massage for my friend and I, it was my first time with hot stones. They were super friendly and checked with us on pressure and explained the hot stones and how they feel very warm at first etc. I was nervous but once I got use to it, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Super calming and relaxing experience and I highly recommend coming here. Already thinking about booking my next appointment! 😌

Spring Spa is a diamond in the rough. The spa is clean and the service is professional. I get my massage fix regularly here. Caroline is a beautiful person. I enjoy chatting with her. She is the best. Her tuina massage always leaves me feeling healed and peaceful.

I had a horrible experience the massage was bad, they shorted me time as I purchased a 60 minute couples hot stone massage for me and my mother who sadly passed away unexpectedly before we both were able to use the Groupon. The owner ( man ) told me on the phone I would receive a 90 minute massage and I received a 50 minute massage. Definitely not worth it. Bad service I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Saw all the great reviews and thought we’d try this place out. My friend and I both had a 30 minute massage. Clean, friendly, fair price. They listened to what we needed and we came away feeling very relaxed. Would recommend highly.

The massage wasn’t bad, i don’t like the Elbows! When she start doing the massage she noticed that I am wearing a Gold necklace! The massage lady asked me if she can take it of, and said yes you can she did took of my necklace and put it in the chair, and I left and I forgot necklace!! I call the manager he said we are close now but I will check the room come tomorrow @ 9 am I went back in the morning, the lady she was so mad and they said we haven’t seen nothing! I keep calling the lady hang up the phone so many times! Call the maneger many times he said you didn’t left here, and I am sure 100% I left there My necklace was very beautiful and expensive! It cost me a lot of money. I will never ever go back there or recommend to anyone that I know!

Got a couples massage with my girlfriend and it was great experience at Spring Spa! We were greeted and treated very well throughout our entire session. Everything was very clean and sanitized. I recommend this massage parlor and we will be back!

The massage therapist was very communicative, Im grateful he asked about the amount of pressure that I wanted. And explained what they would and would not do with COVID. And very thoughtful that they provide water and a mint on the way out. Got quite chilly at times though, especially after the warm, wet towel to remove the oil. They should probably just use a warm, dry... towel.
