The clerk is really nice. location is about as sketchy as it gets. Had a certain type of person in the store who was yelling at the glass case and then decided to go outside dance and yell at the building. Its just a normal day in ST PAUL. is possibly getting Robbed or harassed worth a pop and smokes...... yep

I go here all the time. Always has personable staff working there. One thing I like is he wont allow loitering outside his shop.

Easy in and out fast. Prices were very good compared to everywhere else around. Saved quite a bit of money which is always nice.

They sold me a burnt vape came back for a replacement which is also burnt. Worker became physically agressive with me because I needed assistance. But if I hadve acted the same way I wouldve been wrong. I will never come back to this store.

Very understanding, humorous, chill workers! They always help me out even when Im short on cash. Thats true dedication to their costumers ❤

I appreciate place..convenient location..friendly owner/workers..clean and selection is great..can be a bit congested outside with interesting characters..but they keep it in line..and welcoming..unfortunate the hours a bit short..but considering its dt stp..it works..I always leave with a story and a smile..thanks guys

I came here and they wouldn’t let me in 10 minutes before closing. They should change their hours if they aren’t going to let customers in

They really appear to be trying and are making changes that are more customer friendly. They do have a very good selection of glass pipes and accessories with reasonable pricing.

Always get good service here I love when you go into a establishment and can joke with other customers and the staff

This place, the Downtown Smoke Shop that my friend frequents, has a variety of everything youd need for smoking be it the tobacco itself, lighters, filters, glass ware, cleaners, t-shirts, Kratom (can I say that? oh well I just told ya!) Soda and munchies, its like your corner store with more. The gentleman behind the glass was very kind and busy, and patient with me as I did my forgetting and buying things 3 different times (I think i had a senior moment!) Its a good little store right downtown, right on a busy spot of bus lines and the light rail, definitely worth the stop if you have the time and need something on the go.

Thanks to the employee Brian, elfbars are my favorite. Only purchase them from this location due to the great customer service

This customer service was pretty good n funny too!!! Had what I was looking for n much more!!! Im more than likely going to go back in due time( when Im needed to go). Its got shirts,incents,torch lighters,jewelry, pop,energy drinks,hats,e-cigs,n much more. Fun play spot to get fun things at!!!

This place is convenient to get to for me and the guy who works there is always nice to me. One issue I have is sometimes they smoke right inside the store, not everyone who shops at tobacco stores is a smoker. I have severe lung disease and only purchase chewing tobacco. I hate that the smoke makes me feel sick while at the checkout.The place also has a variety of snacks and beverages. I have NEVER ever been treated rudely in this store, staff are very helpful. No idea why other reviews have said this.

I’m in a power wheelchair with a service dog so it is a chore for me to get into allot of stores around town. The guys here realize that and if they see come up to the store the guy will come right up to the door hold it open if want to come look around or he’ll just grab what I need and provide service right at the door. Great staff here highly recommend this place for all your tobacco needs.

I would give it a five but, I wish they opened at 7 am for the working ppl that have to be at work early. Over all its a nice place for your tobacco needs.Please consider opening up earlier.

So I live downtown, so this is only a couple blocks, and it’s the center of downtowns tobacco needs. They have everything. Bongs, Hookahs, all kinds of pipe essentials with discreet purchasing and a chill accommodating staff. LOVE this place and I’m so happy it’s there. Please come check it out. :)

Courteous staff always willing to help. Has become my one stop shop for my tobacco, tubes, rolling machines, packs or cartons of cigarettes and incense. Great prices.

-5* if possible!!! I purchase all of my tubes and tobacco products at this location, which I am ashamed to say totals about $90.00 a week...until now that is. The sign on the door states they are open until 6:00pm, at 5:51 I was denied access and told if I did not leave the front stoop area the police would be called. If your store closes at 5:51, then your OPEN/CLOSE sign should state so. Extremely RUDE customer service! My questions as to why they were closed at 5:51 when the sign says 6:00 were met with guanine threats of physical violence. They lost a customer.

Unless they are very busy the staff are amicable and pleasant to do business with. Prices on E-Cigg stuff seem a little high however.
