Woodbury Tobacco Cigars and E-Cigars

I’m not going in this store again. The guy working there has “accidentally” brush his hand across my breasts by reaching past me to grab something. First he came towards me like he was going to hug me, and I backed up. Then he brushed against my chest with his hand. Then he tried to touch my tattoos on my back, like I wanna stand there and talk to him. He’s been getting progressively more “friendly” (aka touchy) every time I go in there and I’m not doing it anymore after today. I can’t even go shopping by myself without some dude trying to literally touch me.

Great selection and competitive prices! Ahmad is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. If they dont have what you are looking for, talk to him and he will try to get it for your next visit. Definitely recommend Woodbury Tobacco for anyone who smokes or vapes!

This store is great! I go in for the Torch disposable vapes and I always get a little discount and get to try them to make sure they work before I leave. The tall guy is very knowledgeable on ecigs and the owner is incredibly personable!

Ive been coming to Woodbury Tobacco Cigars and E-Cigars for a little over a year. I primarily buy the Ecig vapes and have had wonderful experiences with all the employees. The prices are very fair and everyone is extremely helpful. Certainly a go-to store for me and should be for others.

This is my favorite tobacco store on the east side of the Twin Cities. They have a great selection, great hours, great staff, and good prices. Highly recommended for cigars and wraps of all kinds.

Ive never had a bad experience at this place. Ive been going to this location for several months, years,etc. These guys can talk about life, talk about cars, talk about cigars, the whole nine yards. Its a good spot to go when you need a cigar. I read the vast majority of the reviews and Im struggling to believe the negative responses. I recommend talking to the guys in there for awhile when you go there. They have many interesting stories, many fascinating ideas on cigars and real life input on World topics. Its a decent store for cigars nonetheless. Good solid selection that seems to grow all the time. Theyre always adding new cigars.!

They Are Awesome! I went in because I broke the glass on my tank and the guy didnt try to up sell me he said we sell the same one if u want another one of those or u can buy just a new glass so u dont have yo replace the whole thing.! They rock!

Definitely a solid spot to grab anything you need asap, never had a bad experience. Juice is really nothing special but the cigar selection is pretty decent for the area. There are better ecig oriented stores in the area but the guys here are personable and willing to work with you on pricing and issues in my experience.

Guys working here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have tons of different products in stock, from e-cigs, vapes, tobacco, cigars, accessories, basically if youre looking for it, youll most likely find it here. Its my one stop shop for all things tobacco related.

I had been going to Smokedale for years and hating every moment of it. That place hands down is the worst retail establishment I have ever stepped foot in. Its huge and is open 24/7 and draws legions of young people who dont care much about service but as an adult, I do. I discovered Cigar Depot by accident and I have been very happy overall. Moe is a friendly and knowledgeable Middle Eastern guy who knows his products. Ive learned a lot about e-cigs from him. Another fellow who is there on occasion is not so good. I wont go in the store if hes the only one on duty. He overcharged me, tried to upsell me and was a big smart-Alec. Thats my reason for withholding one star. E-cig selection is not huge but adequate. Juice selection is excellent. My only other criticism is the hours. Wish they stayed open at least til 10 or 11. Friday night they were closed at 825pm forcing me to Smokedale! Aaagh! I know Woodbury is dead after 8 or 9 but stay open anyway, please? There are a few night owls among us! Lastly, I bought a $60 battery pack that fried after one month. Im not sure why. Apparently the store cant return them to their supplier so they wont take them back either - even if they die early. No warranty. I couldnt even get credit for a $60 battery. I didnt want a refund - just a replacement. He gave me a small discount on another one but I was still very disappointed. If it was my store, Id take the loss and not make the customer take it. Particularly not with a regular loyal customer and only after a month of use. Those are judgment calls that should be made on a case by case basis. I will still continue to shop there because overall its still a good place. I recommend you do too.

Best service Ive ever had at a smoke shop by far! Really good deals on their ejuice and these guys have a very good selection of juice. Lots of different variations and just flat the best prices/deals youll find for good quality ejuice. Would be awesome if they had more variety of wire because I cant find a shop close to here that does, but aside from these guys have pretty much all you need from organic Japanese cotton to doge rdas.

What a great place! I love the incense collection, they have all of my favorites. Always a pleasant experience. Feels very warm and welcoming. I visit this shop whenever I’m in the area.

AWFUL service. Moderately high prices. Selection & quality leave something to be desired, too.Was deciding whether to rebuild or replace my ecig, so I took some time checking out their selection and asked a few questions. I waited patiently while the clerk checked out other customers. When it became clear that the clerk was genuinely giving me attitude, not just messing around, i immediately decided against upgrading through them and bought the Smok tank he recommended (they didnt have Kanger repair parts.)The first time I dropped the new ecig, its glass shattered, so i went back. As soon as I walked in, the guy literally told me to buy what I want and get out. I politely asked if he could give me a small discount on the glass, being that it didnt even last a day. He said that he didnt have the glass, COULDNT order the glass and wouldnt sell me the glass out of another tank, so i asked him what I was supposed to do: he said throw it away!Its well worth driving to Smokedale, just up the interstate... Service, price, and selection put Smokedale in a whole other class.

Great service. Really enjoyed talking with the employee about the different products they have. They had a nice selection already but I was told that they get different stuff in all the time. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

The last time I was there to buy a new bottle of liquid menthol refills for my older ecig they were expensive than the other vape shops I am used to going to. There selections from the ECig liquid refills were slim and the coustmer service were stuck up and very rude . I will not be going back and the last time I was there was this past spring and I had ended up with leaving without purchasing the items that I had gone there in the first place to look for.

Went there not quite sure what I wanted and the staff member that I dealt with took the time to give me knowledge about the different products and helped me to make my final decision. Better Off at Total Wine. I dont smoke a lot of cigars, but I came in looking for a robusto that was somewhat mild. The woman behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about, and felt the need to stand in the humidor right next to me like I was a 16 year old shoplifter. I went over to Total Wine, spoke to an adult, got a good recommendation and picked up a bottle of scotch to boot.

Great selection (of cigars)...thats what I go here for. The prices are competitive and the owners (managers?) are personable and courteous. I will continue shopping here for most all of my cigar needs.

Seems like a lot of people have had bad experiences here. Myself though, above and beyond any kind of service I have ever received at Smokedale. In and out and always have everything Im looking for. Also you dont have to deal with stoners here compared to Smokedale. Cigar selection is huge as well.

In response to the response from the owner, I know for a fact that my son has purchased items, as a minor using his debit card at your store So if youre telling me that hes sending someone else to use his card who is of age, then youre also saying that you dont check your debit cards against the IDs that you are supposedly verifying their age Is that correct??

Out of town cigar aficionado here who is active in the cigar industry (LegendarySaxon on Instagram, FB and Tumblr) Good selection and good prices. Woodbury (or whoever) needs to change the statutes to allow this business to have an on-site smoking lounge. Very weird as a Minnesota visitor to see this not allowed. And, to the parent (Angie Desp) complaining that her son smokes products from here despite being underage, that is the fault of your failed parenting, not this business.

These guys never take a break but when they do its to flirt with your women lol just kidding good place.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They always have a decent selection on cigars, and they always make sure my favorites are in stock.
