My best friend and I recently visited Paradise Spa for a 60-minute combo massage, focusing on both our feet and backs. Here’s a breakdown of our experience:Facility:The spa is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed.Foot Massage Room:The room dedicated to foot massages was very relaxing and quiet. The dim lighting, coupled with soft, soothing music, created a perfect ambiance for unwinding. There were about 8-10 reclining chairs, making it an excellent choice for group outings.Staff and Service:The staff was extremely respectful and accommodating. The massage itself was excellent, with firm pressure that effectively targeted many of our trigger points. It was precisely what we needed, and we felt very relaxed afterward.Overall Experience:While we had a fantastic time and plan to return, a couple of minor issues prevented us from giving a full 5-star rating:Appointment Shift: On the morning of our appointment, we were asked to shift our time by 30 minutes. Although we could accommodate this change, it could have been challenging if we had a tighter schedule.Noise from the Dryer: During our session, we occasionally heard the tumbling of a dryer. It wasn’t a major disturbance, but it’s a point of feedback. Perhaps running the dryer during off-hours or keeping the door closed could improve the experience.Overall, we had a wonderful visit and look forward to returning. With a few minor adjustments, Paradise Spa could easily achieve a perfect rating.Rating: 4.5/5 stars

I just got the most amazing 90 minute combo massage at Paradise Foot Spa for only $75! 😍 I saw Jack. He went over and above even after he said he was finished decided to bless me some more. He told me to sit up again and continued on my neck and head one last time. I dont know what kind of stretching he did for my neck but it took away the tension. I seriously had one side of me head with a light headache pressure after I first got up. I swear he knew and got rid of it instantly. I feel like I am in heaven. He is so intuitive and professional. I have seen a lot of massage therapists being in the salon and spa industry for over 20 years and I can tell this man is special. The moment you walk in your welcomed. It smells good and is beautifully decorated. Not a sketchy place at all. You have to give this place a try. I think I prefer this type of massage and set up over traditional. I will be visiting often. 🤗

I had high hopes for this place and scheduled a spa day for myself and a friend to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. During my foot massage, the therapist seemed disengaged and even appeared to be falling asleep. She kept focusing on the same spot on my ankle, despite my requests to move on to other areas. This made the experience very uncomfortable and left me feeling irritated rather than relaxed. The back and neck massage were okay, but overall, I did not leave feeling rejuvenated as I had hoped. The ambiance of the spa was nice with its dim lighting and relaxing atmosphere, but the quality of service fell short of my expectations. I spent $100 on what was supposed to be a self-care treat, but it left much to be desired. Ive had better foot massages with a tennis ball. On a positive note, my friend enjoyed her experience. Hopefully, they can improve the quality of their services in the future.

Great place for a full body and foot massage! I initially went to get a foot massage and returned for multiple full body massages with Jack and Tina. 90-min full body includes a private room and hot stones. Foot massages are in a room with others having same treatment. Prices and services are in the photo. They have cash and credit card prices listed but tips I believe need to be in cash.

Very welcoming and accommodating of a last minute visit. Had the 60 minute foot massage for only $45 cash. Great price. I had a bonus neck and back massage. Masseuse was perfect.

Its really a heavenly massage. The staff is serious and responsible. The massage is very good. You need to tell the front desk the strength you want so that they can adjust it well to your satisfaction. Highly recommended

I’ve gone here over the years to get massages and relax from being on my feet 10 hours a day. Each and every time it’s like they get all your muscles and spots that just ~pop~ and you can just feel it. They did go up in price a bit compared to a couple years ago but you get your moneys worth if you come here. My favorite is the 60 minute combo.Just make sure you put your phone on do not disturb for other customers.

My husband and I went in for an hour foot massage as we had done in the past at this spa.The male that did his massage made disparaging remarks and laughed.Then the female that did my massage made similar reference, disparaging remarks twice and laughed as well.They both continued to speak in Chinese and laughed at the rude remarks they both made.Completely rude would never go back and would never refer them. Completely ignorant, disrespectful and rude!!

I got routine massage services here for several years. Its clean, mostly quiet (once in awhile another customer would forget to use an indoor voice)and very relaxing. My husband and I purchased a 2hour full body and foot massage. This was our 13year anniversary gift to each other. We have had multiple massages. This was one of the best massages we have had. They were strong throughout the 2hour session. Loved the hot stone incorporated onto my back and whole body. This was a massage that relieved a lot of pressure and strain. Really enjoyed it a lot better, having knots taken out. We definitely will be back. Paid $264 before tip.

I went today for the 60 min foot massage and it was pure Heaven. My therapist was John and he was outstanding. I didnt know what to expect in a room with other people. Everyone was respectful and quiet enjoying their pampering. The chair/bed was comfortable, and the room was dark, clean, and ambient. I liked having the towel draped over me and small towel over my eyes. I asked for a deeper massage and he instantly changed it up. I will definitely be back!!! Thank you

My daughter and I got a combination foot and body massage. We were both very happy with our therapists. I have also had foot massages only here and have always been happy with them.I can usually get in same day of calling.

The worst massage !! I’ve been this place many times it’s always good . But today my last experience is the worst . I choose foot massage and have one Chinese guy massage me pretty much just touching me and put a lot of lotion I don’t feel anything I don’t feel that he massage me till I told him to massage harder because I don’t feel anything but he still do the same . I pay money to massage my feet not pay money to put lotion on my feet and only touching my feet After he change to massage my back he just pushed my back he didn’t massage make my ribs and my back very hurt I don’t feel relaxed at all till finish.And the worst thing is I told the guys in the front reception looks like owner he not even respond or say sorry to what happened. So I’m not gonna be back for sure !! Waste my time waste my money!!!

My second time here. A wonderful and restful massage for 1 hour. They have a very comfortable and clean environment, enjoyed it immensely. Great place for a couples massage, there were several coming in, when I was leaving. Reasonably priced and excellent service.

Self care isn’t selfish. Three of us went for a treat and it was amazing. Melt into the massage table in the dark room. 60 minutes flew by. From the warm foot bath to the final back rub this stop should be on the monthly rotation- at least!

Worst massage ever!!!! Nothing relaxing about my experience. Elbows and forearms and a full man pressing into my back with the only goal to crack my back which didn’t happen so he continued with more pressure. I Asked him several times to lessen the pressure. My chin was rubbed raw against the face holder so many times as he kept pushing my body down instead of rubbing my neck or shoulders. Also he was not putting much lotion on his elbow or forearms so he was rubbing my back skin raw. I literally Left in so much pain

Tipping is not mandatory and based on the service, which was for 4 people and a gift for visitors. So to be given a attitude about the tip doesn’t sit well when you’re the service and I’m the customer. Dictating a sign that you want 20% cash for a tip. Not to mention that the scheduler got the wrong day.A lesson in customer service is highly recommended. This is my 6th time for a foot massage and truly believe reflexology has a purpose, however I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location for this service.

Decided to treat myself for a foot massage because I heard great things about this place. Well unfortunately I have had many other massages prior where it has actually felt good. The person who did our massage did not introduce themselves very hard communicating with them in terms of what they were doing. We did at the 60 minute massage each which is not just for the feet but they also do neck shoulders and arms, this probably was one of the worst places I’ve been to. The person who gave me a massage felt like he did not cut his nails so every time he would’ve dig into my skin I would feel his nails more than anything else. They were just very rough during this massage. We gave a little less than a 15% tip based on our Experience and then the person at the front desk checking us out had the audacity to ask us if that was all and wanted to push us to give more.

Absolutely fabulous. We were on vacation when we came upon this gem. Wish there was one in my town. Its a great way to spend helping yoir sore feet amd back.

Love coming in to get a quick stress relief and relax achy muscles as needed. Awesome staff and clean. I love that you can do this as a group as the rooms has multiple stations next to each other or alone . Super relaxing

I don’t like scheduling massages ahead and prefer to call day of. They are very accommodating to that so it’s great if you want a spontaneous massage or have a busy schedule. Staff is very professional and they are a very clean place. I like that the foot massages are topped off with a back massage. Highly recommended :)

This place is hidden gem paradise. Foot Spa does not only your feet, but your entire body, If you choose, theyre the greatest I highly recommend.

Im a big fan of this place, been 6-7 times now for the hour long foot massage. Which is really 40 mins of lower legs and feet, 20 minutes of upper back and shoulders. Its a communal massage room, so you just wear shorts or roll up your pants. And if you bring a friend, youll be on neighboring massage beds. Really love the clean, relaxing, professional environment here.

Place in general was extremely clean and very relaxing. I left feeling worse than i did before I walked in. I told my massage therapist he was applying too much pressure and it felt like more pressure was applied to the point where I told him he was hurting me. He literally was digging his elbow into my spine, and to make matters worse the massage felt like it was rushed. Today is my birthday and this was a VERY TRAUMATIC experience. I bruise easy so I pray for their sake that I don’t bruise up over these next few days. NEVER EVER EVER coming here again.

My sister and I had our first visit to Paradise Spa in St. Pete today. What a relaxing, calming hour we spent. From the time we arrived at the desk, greeted by the friendly young man sitting there, to the subtle, soothing atmosphere in this clean, welcoming spa. It was a peaceful easy feeling from beginning to end, we chose the 20 minute upper massage, with a 40 minute foot, leg . We each bought 2 gift certificates as we left. We will definitely be returning.

Got an ad in the mail for this place saying a 90minute foot massage was 30$ Booked an appointment had it done massage was great but when it came time to pay they told me it’s 60 $ I showed them the ad and said I came here because it was so cheap they would not honor the ad , they lost me as a customer. You can’t false advertise something. I was forced to pay more money then I had because they wouldn’t honor a flyer they made. Don’t go here

A couple girlfriends and I went last Sunday and got the Grand Opening Special for $35 - it was an hour long massage (20 mins upper body and 40 mins legs and feet). The atmosphere was so clean, relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommend Paradise Foot Spa. The special we got is usually $45 which is still an amazing price for what you get and how you feel once you leave. I will definitely be going back.

I would have to say that this is way better than any regular massage. They start with a head and shoulder/arm rub. Then the FOOT Massage. Wow It was incredible. My only reason for reason for giving this a 3 star is because of the pain Im in today, maybe Im just sensitive but it was rough. I started with a medium foot massage after excruiciating pain in my arch from the massage switched to light but still killed me. If the massage didnt hurt I prob would have given them a 4 nice place but scared to try again my arches are so sore today that i can barely walk.
