I have never been more relaxed in my entire life. Best experience ever. I highly recommend. Jenny was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going back for another spa day.

Wouldnt go back, wouldnt recommend this place! Overpriced for nothing. I schedule a lymphatic massage for 60 min; not only she tried to cut the time in half but also the massage itself has nothing to do with lymphatic drainage . She work on my back a little bit but she wasnt gonna do the front of the body at all until I asked her and even then she didnt focus on the lymph nodes. I also scheduled a facial for the same day and it was a complete failure. She combined the two services as a combo so instead of taking 2h and 15 min she rushed it in an 1h 15min. I dont know how they are 4stars!!! its either they dont treat everyone the same or all the good reviews are fake. Very bad experience. I have had better services at much lower prices else where.

Madelyn was great. Very nice and relaxing space. This should be 4.5 stars. My appointment was at 10:30. Arrived at 10:10 and the business wasnt open although the hours say open at 9:30. Would not have been and issue but I took an Uber. The manager arrived about 10:25 to open the business.Other than that inconvenience, I would recommend Zhen Spa.Thanks Madelyn

My husband and I enjoyed a couples’ massage (and pedicure for him!) the morning of our wedding, and the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment I called (on Fri for a Mon morning appointment!), the customer care and professionalism were exceptional, especially from Jenny who booked the appointment and greeted us when we arrived. Beza has the hands of an angel and my husband was in massage heaven as well and thoroughly enjoyed his pedicure (I’m sorry I don’t recall their names! They really were fantastic!) Our wedding day was magical and it started with our visit to Zhen Day Spa. Highly recommend…and we will be back!!

I booked the Stress Away Package on their website which should have included the below:1hr Hot Oil Massage withHotstone back treatment (didnt receive - got a back scrub instead)Muscle Relief treatment for full body (not sure if this occurred either)Tea Tree Oil Scalp TreatmentHot Towels & AromatherapyGlass of wine (didnt receive, nor was offered)The massage therapist was polite and kind, along with the front desk. It was my 1st time visiting and I had expected some kind of explanation on the process, as other places have done in the past. Upon paying the massage therapist was under the impression that I was paying with a coupon or gift card, which was not the case. I booked a regular full-price appointment on their site. Upon research last night, I see that they were running a Groupon special, which is probably most of their current clientele. I feel like because they were offering that discounted service, it was assumed I was a part of the deal and did not get the full experience that I paid for. Im just a little disappointed for the price I paid. The massage itself is great, but the whole package wasnt worth it, in my opinion.

Second time getting a massage with Beza! She definitely makes you feel relaxed and rested!! Had my first facial with Rosalie. She was also great and very informative!! She was sure to use gentle supplies on my sensitive skin with Rosacea. I enjoy booking here because I’m a clean freak and this place always is nice and clean!!

My friend and I were looking for a place to get our first massages at on groupon and this place popped up. On groupon they offered the Stress Away Package for $74.25 (during a promo) we couldn’t pass that deal up!!We called same day and was able to get an afternoon booking for the both of us and would price match in store as along as we showed them the price on groupon!I did not get her name but the lady who massaged me did a wonderful job for my first time experience! I am pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable during the whole thing. My friend and I walked out of there wanting to go back in for another hour… we definitely enjoyed our massages and experience and already started recommending to friends! and for that price, couldn’t beat it!!!

Hair By JinStylist Jin works magic on my thick, wavy, difficult hair. The first time I met her I came to her with a badly botched hair cut from another stylist. When she finished I had a hairstyle Ive always wanted but thought I could never have. She spent extra time on my hair making sure the cut was perfect. She adjusted the cut so I could wear it the way she styled it (see pics) or with my natural waves. She really listened to what I wanted and not only fixed a botched cut but made a difficult style a reality.I also came to Jin when I had badly damaged my hair. She spent a lot of time on my hair making sure she not only cut off the offending portions of my hair but still give me a cute, manageable hairstyle that will grow out beautifully. She is highly knowledgeable in her craft, does amazing work and truly cares. I keep coming back to Jin and would highly recommended her!

This spa is a great place for a day out to pamper yourself. Clean environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ashton is a wonderful masseuse. And the ladies are fun to talk to. Great experience. Highly recommended. Keep mask on and stay safe.

I am a new client. Enjoyed 2 phenomenal sessions with Claire. The environment is clean and well kept. The place exudes peace and tranquility. My favorite service is the 1 hour massage and adding a facial combination service. Melted away my tension and negative stress. This is a great place to go for an affordable spa experience

This was my first ever professional (and prenatal) massage and Claire is who helped me. She did an amazing job and was very sweet. I will definitely be going back. I loved everything from the music, to whatever scent they had in there (it smelled very nice and subtle), to the ambiance and the beds were also really comfortable. She made sure I was comfortable and definitely blew my first time impressions out of the water. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed in my life lol. Thank you again!

I highly recommend the Swiss massage with Beza.I also got a facial with Jenny and it was very satisfying.You will find this place to be very clean, the staff is always friendly and professional.They have monthly deals and a lot of different services.

Today, I just had a wonderful massage experience at Zhen Day Spa! Valeria was my therapist, and her service was excellent! The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and the space was beautifully decorated! The best massage of my life! Im ticklish and have very sensitive areas. I was prepared to have multiple pauses during the session to ask to go easy or not so hard or please stop because Im ticklish in that spot. But not this time! First time ever I made it through an entire massage feeling completely relaxed, relieved, and refreshed. My sensitive areas like above the knees, backs of my thighs or mid rib area where I tend to squirm were not triggered at all. I cant explain what she did but it actually felt relaxing this time. Wow. Just amazing!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Excellent day spa without the pretense. I wished I lived here so I could go more often!!

My daughter and I enjoyed this little hidden gem from the very nice staff to its cute rooms. The only thing o was disappointed in was that we originally scheduled the De-Stress package but upon arrival realized there was a 90 minute package called Deep Relaxation. We asked if we could do this instead and they said yes! We were expecting to get a 90 minute massage but ended up getting a 75 minute massage and was still charged the same. I made sure to look at the clock when my session started at it was at the 45 minute mark. When my massage was completed it was at the 55 mark so only 10 minutes after an hour and when I came out my daughter was done as well and we had the same start time.

This place is a hidden gem! Best massage Ive had in years. Better than big box places and overpriced boutiques. They take the entire time, dont try to upsell you or try to get you to buy a membership.To the experience: I was blown away by how relaxing it was. She asked me about the pressure, etc. frequently so I was always comfortable. Every time I thought it couldnt get better, it did! The minty, fresh aroma was so relaxing and the hot stones are absolutely worth the upgrade. Very professional and clean, I am going back often. Very reasonably priced and was able to get in same day by booking online, which is great for an introvert who doesnt like talking on the phone :)Im sending everyone here!

My wife has scheduled THREE services with them (all at times when the slot was open). They scheduled the slots, and have, subsequently, canceled or rescheduled the appointments…with ZERO explanation or apologies for any inconvenience. I would give ZERO stars if possible, but that’s not an option. I’m not a spa-goer myself, but I will say that this business practice from a highly-reviewed establishment is highly unprofessional and should be acknowledged as disrespectful and indifferent to their client base. They have BLOCKED her ability to leave comments on service. Inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful are three words that should be attached to this establishment’s name.Signed: A truly disappointed patron. Hopes of appropriate service and accommodation to your future clients.

DO NOT BUY GROUPON!!! BOOK DIRECT!Jenny will match the price and she deserves that money all to herself! She is sweet, attentive and friendly. I have had horrible back pain for the past 3 weeks. After my AMAZING massage, I finally experienced the relief and relaxation that I thought I’d NEVER feel again. The place is lovely and clean. Small things like places to hang your clothes & dimmed lights throughout make the atmosphere amazing before your relaxing massage. The other ladies were nice too but Jenny was the best ever!

Ladies were really nice and kind. The massage was great, felt very relaxed afterward! The facial, manicure, and pedicure were very rough. Not relaxing at all. The one who did those was very rough and seemed very rushed. I got hurt several times. The nails came out VERY uneven and only one coat so I can see right through the polish. The facial was also roughly handled. Threw my head around so much it was almost comical if I hadnt paid so much money. I would go back for the massage but it ends there.

Beza and staff did a wonderful job. My wife and I had the couples 90 min massage with hot stones. Melted like butter! Well worth the money.

Clean. But thats where the good ended for me. I was greeted and pulled back for my body wrap and massage. I went to the restroom and then was explained the process. The therapist told me my 2 hours of services would be combined and should only take 1.5 hours. I asked questions because I was confused as to why I would pay for 2 hours but the time be shortened. Their response was so I wasnt just waiting. The therapist and another tech continued to try to explain the shorter service time. Finally they both did say ok if you want to do the full 2 hours we will. Their response to my questions led me to believe that I would be left sitting in the wrap for much longer that necessary since I wanted the full time vs the combined. I ultimately agreed to combined massage and body wrap so that I could just get it over with. We started with the massage on my back then flipped over to massage the front. The massage felt like lotion was being rubbed on me vs a real massage. I asked for medium pressure which generally relaxes me. I wasnt given a bolster for my ankles/knees until I asked. This was odd considering this is a common practice in massage therapy. Nexy came the wrap. My selected scent was green apple and pear which should have been light a refreshing smell right. Unfortunately the only thing I could smell was menthol. After the application of the cream you are wrapped in saran wrap. I was told that it might get a little hot. After I was fully wrapped I was laid back down to finish the remainder of my massage since my services were combined. She began to massage my feet, one was completed and we moved to the other. Shortly after i felt her switch from 2 hands to 1. I looked up to see what was going on she asked if everything was OK then I hear a phone drop to the floor. Im certain she was playing on her phone during my massage. I was given a foot scrub because she wanted me to enjoy my services. The scrub was the ONLY part I have no compliants about. While lying there still wrapped getting my feet/hands massaged attempting to relax but was unable to due to the body wrap itching, stinging and feeling really hot. We removed the wrap and wiped up with clean towels. But the burning feeling remained for hours. After conpletion i understand the wrap is ment for slimming vs moisturizing ir relaxing. Overall this experience was awful and I wouldnt return or recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a relaxing day spa experience this is not the place.

My husband and I had a couples massage and we were not impressed! The place was clean but small for 2 beds. The “whole” for your face had a travel neck pillow with a paper towel covering it that was rough like sandpaper, and their was no option for a heated a blanket. My therapist was friendly but I did not enjoy her massage. While massaging my back she only touched half of my back at a time, although I understand everyone has their own technique, I did not like it. My husband stated his massage was decent. We did both enjoy the hot massage oil. I also want to add that we could hear everything in the room during the massage, including the music from the bar next door (that was terrible), the bells on the door when it opened, the phone ring and then the answering machine 🤦🏻‍♀️

The friendly and hardworking staff always make sure I have a relaxing experience. They are always busy but will always return your calls and messages and try to fit you into the schedule. The music and rooms are peaceful and calming. Prices are great considering quality of care

Wonderful! It was my first time going there and Jin gave me a much needed trim after a lady from another salon damaged my hair. She gave it life, style, texture and its softness back!!! I was so impressed with her and she was quick! I will be back to try other services!

Amazing day spa! After weeks of hounding, I finally let my wife convince me to check out this new Day Spa she saw on Facebook. As a man, Ive never felt terribly comfortable going to a day spa, but after experiencing this place, I will certainly be back. Cool atmosphere, very affordable, great service, extremely clean, and exactly as advertised. I got the 90 minute massage, and let me tell ya... Lifes stresses truly melted away, at least for that hour and a half. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially men living high stress lives. Thanks Zhen Day Spa and Beauty! My massage room had a sign that read, Its the little things, and Zhen Day Spa did not disappoint! Their attention to detail, including warm massage oil and aromatherapy blends, made my experience above average. I have been to several spas and salons around town, but left Zhen pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back, and I will be requesting Yuna again! She was attentive and listened to my needs.

I love going to Zhen Day Spa. The staff is so welcoming and the atmosphere is inviting. Everything is clean and comforting. Yuna is my absolute favorite person. She gives the best massages. Get the Hot Stones, she does such a good job with them. You will be putty in her hands.

We found this place because a masseur we like, Ashton, started working there. We have had massages from him and a few others and have been satisfied every time. They are kind, responsive, and attentive. Pricing is pretty standard, service is great. Definitely recommend this place for massages. Not sure about the salon services, though I am sure theyre good.

I got a shellac pedicure and an 1 hour massage! I left feeling better than I have in years. My neck is not in very good shape and I felt no pay after the massage! When they did my pedicure they were very thorough. Best salon I’ve been to.

Was able to get the romantic couple spa package that worked out perfect. Massage was relaxing after a long drive cross multiple states, facial was refreshing, mani-pedi felt great, doing it together was a nice touch. I and husband are transplant from Manhattan, NY. Have been searching for a high end Day Spa. Luckily we found one – Zhen Day Spa and Beauty. We used the package deal for hair care, facial and massage. We are very happy to receive top class professional service with a smile and courtesy. Prices are unbeatable. We highly recommend this Spa.

Absolutely the best experience! We had a couples massage. Haiti and Ashton are very knowledgeable and very experienced. I had a prenatal massage and my hunny had deep tissue. Haiti, couldnt thank enough for the tips and advice for my pregnancy, beyond grateful for how she handled my care🙏 . Ashton put in some hard work for the deep tissue and gave great advice for the deep knots! Truly a great first experience for my hunny! Thanks for the awesome spa amd treatment !! This was my first visit to this great massage spa, they have some awesome deals and also the staff were very customer oriented and took great care of my wife and I during our afternoon de-stress massage! UPDATE: I was contacted by this business after my poor rating to make it right. They offered me the opportunity to come back in but I dont live in the state. They offered me my money back instead and I told them I only wanted to provide them with the feedback from my massage. Side note: this was feedback my group of 10 had as well (minus 2 people). They advised they are a small business and negative feedback hurts them more and they would like the post to come down. In turn for the post coming down they would refund me.

Very relaxing environment. The staff is also friendly and listen to any requests. I wish we had our wine and snacks before or somewhere to sit and relax after. Overall a good experience.

We came here for a couples massage, and Jennys massage helped relieve my husbands elbow injury related pain he has had for quite a while, Beza gave a very good massage too, we are very satisfied with the massages we received.

Jenny is very professional and highly trained. She worked skillfully in getting the painful knots out of my muscles, and because of the effectiveness of the treatment, I will come back as needed. The environment is clean, quiet, and professional.

First timer and it was better than I could have hoped for! Heidi did an incredible job and listend to me and focused on were I was in pain. The only bad thing was my one hour sports massage flew by and I thought it would be too much time I couldnt be more wrong 90 minute is what Ill go for next time.

My husband and I were on vacation and bought the valentines day package. It did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Okay I’m going to be honest, I had very high expectations for this place, given the reviews. I paid $109 for the microderm and facial combo, and the facial itself was probably worth about $40. It was extremely rough (not the diamond tip part) and my face was barely cleansed. Half of the products were put on my face using one hand and 3 different ones stinged. I’m pretty sure they say they use dermalogica, but I only saw one bottle of that. You can get a microdermabrasion and facial at any other place (my fav is hand and stone at the vineyard) for much cheaper and more relaxing. I left more tense than when I got there.

The best massages in San Antonio! Comforting atmosphere. I always leave feeling great and my money was well spent ! It’s across town from my house but it’s worth it !

This spa tried to scam me. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Please rethink your choices and placing a card on file, because they said they wouldn’t charge my card, but they called me back and were upset that my card wasn’t “working”. Seems a little suspicious since they weren’t going to charge me… please be safe and try not to trust everyone.

I went to this place today, spa is clean and comfortable, I got haircut and massage package , the owner Jenny is nice , she gave me a free eyebrows wax , I will be back.
