Lotus Asian Massage

My massage was good, but I paid for a 90-minute session and only received an hour. The therapist informed me that because she was busy, one lady would do 30 minutes, and she would return to complete the remaining hour. However, that didn’t happen. When I questioned why the massage was only 60 minutes instead of 90, she claimed I was confused. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a refund for the missing time. If you decide to visit, I would recommend only booking an hour massage to avoid any issues.

Bad business practices. I am not sure if this is because this business is in a ghetto area or if its the standard in California, but in America we do not charge up front for services, such as: massage parlors, nail salons, restaurants that have service (waiters), car maintenance, haircuts, etc.Note for Business: Charging/tipping upfront leaves the door open for a business to not deliver great quality of service. If the customer isnt satisfied then he/she will have no leverage to complain effectively.

3.7 is to much is very bad place. I call before go.but wen i.m ve there the woman tell me I need wait 45 Mt. They dont care about the customer. I never combak.

Best massage ever by Kira. Lotus massage parlors seem to have the most beautiful girls too! I have never been charged tip up front. We always pay for service up front. Only one time dissatisfied but it was not a Lotus massage parlor. Good job Kira.

When I called the front desk to make an appointment, She just asked me to come without asking how long I needed a massage. When I arrived, She said only 30 minutes of service. Who knows what 30 minutes of massage can do? Never come again.

Called asked if there was availability, the lady said yes. I arrived in 7 minutes they told me they are busy. Call later to see if it was ok to come back and she said yes. When I got there I asked for a 1 hour. It was ok she took me to the room. Another guy came in said one hour. The lady came and told me now they can only do 30 minutes but he could do his 1 hour, I asked for my money and left and have not been back since. I had been there 6 times prior.
