HOTH Gift shop

This store is horrible they seem really bad swishers and everything in there is expired. It’s real dirty and everyone in there is always high. I would not recommend this smoke shop on my worst day. They refused to just exchange there damaged products probably because they don’t have any good product. They just let them sit so they can get over on the average consumer

Crappy glass quality, paid $20 for a nectar collector that lasted 2 days before cracking in my hands while heating it up.. came for an even exchange, well they don’t accept returns.. g figure..

This store is not a good quality store. They selll expired everything and refused to exchange or refund probably because they don’t have anything up to date in that place

Sam the owner is a very nice man. Hes humble, polite and a hard worker. I am honored to say I met him, hes a very helpful man. His help Natalie is also a great person. If you ever have the time or are in the area stop in and do some shopping if they dont have your tobacco flavor they will take the time to get it in for you. I recommend this tobacco shop to anyone. Good selection of gifts, thats the good part about this place. But.. 2 days ago when I went here.. I was picking out a bubbler as a gift for someone so I wanted to look at them personally before I bought them and make sure the hole in the bowl wasnt too big and any flaws at all ect. And the woman that helped me, a bigger set mid 20s or young 30s looking woman with long black or dark brown hair she was not making me feel comfortable as she seemed very impatient right from the start and had a snooty attitude like she doesnt like her job or interactions with customers, she wasnt social at all too. She was very quick to snatch the bubblers from me to put back on the shelf and grab me another. Her body language and her snooty attitude was not pleasant. I picked out a bubbler with a crooked flaw to it because I felt rushed by her!! And i couldnt return it as usual but if she didnt make me feel uncomfortable and I felt like I had more time to examine the bubbler I wouldve notice the very thing that I notice right after I bought it. Another bad thing this lady was doing, she was vaping her cigarette box thing right I front of me and I didnt really want to smell the smoke at all !!! She shouldnt be working their at all since she seemed like serving people was a big chore to do in her eyes, like i was a problem for her! Looking forward to going their again sometime but not looking forward to seeing her again and her helping me! Seriously, if its too much of a work out to go back and forth with the products to let people examine what their buying to be sure for themselves then she shouldnt be working to serve others. She seemed very unhappy, rude, lazy and unfriendly with her job ! Im giving one star because i am unstaisfied with my purchase as a gift for someone because I felt rushed by her to pick one out, and i wanted it to be nice with no flaws with it!!! Anyone should feel comfortable and welcomed, and my friend and I did not feel it at all! Theirs was basically no body in their, is was not busy at all too, and their was another employee helping others so this woman had time on her hands and had time to help me and she still got rude with me!!! Even the guy I was with said the same exact thing as soon as we walked out of the store of how she was acting rude and impatient , so im not the only one who saw this and feels this way as well ! Time to hire a new employee I say, a friendly one!

Great shop, very well organized and has a pretty big variety. The staff was very sociable and even when it would get a little busy they were quick to help everyone.

They have everything you looking for besides fake edibles, dont buy them..they could be nicer, some of them are rude inside for no reason, no thank you for giving them business. Items are way over priced if looking for bong or bowl i can get cheaper at different smoke shop and better

Hoth is my one-stop-shop alot of the times when Im rushing back & forth. Very friendly staff, but they dont have full flavor, lights, and ultra light cigarettes for all brands. Im flexible so not a huge deal for me.

They no longer carry 6 out the door. Which I told the big guy there. He did charge me taxes 2 times which I didnt appreciate so I stopped going.
