I went in and was helped out by Antonio. He’s always great and super helpful when I’m having trouble deciding which new vape I want to try!! If it wasn’t for Antonio being so nice I probably wouldn’t even go because the location and parking is pretty awkward.

Ive been going here for about a month and the guy behind the counter really knows his stuff every time I have questions he always finds the answer plus Im real picky with vape juice and he was able to help me pick out a good vape juice that I love which are the blue cotton candy and the butterscotch he knows his mods and witch one would best suits you and the best part is unlike most vape shops I dont feel like Im being rushed if youre needing anything vape related you need to try this spot the guy that always helps me out is Antonio Im not sure when all he works but he made a customer out of me

This shop is conveniently located and the girl working their is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the products and more than happy to help when finding what works for you. Ive been quite a few times since they originally opened and the staff they hire has always been A1 😉

Great little vape stand!!! Great prices and great selection. Nicotine and non nicotine products. I was on my way to get on a 6 day cruise and realized I didn’t have my vape pen! Oh no! The guys were super nice and helpful and they have deals when you buy more than one… actually cheaper than where I get them back home!! Check them out!!

Had a certain cartridge and the lady there was so nice and helpful. We found a perfect fit. Not to mention how honest she was she saved me money when other shops wouldve ripped you off. I will be returning to this place.

I have bought two tanks and to salt nic mods from a1 vapor. Very satisfied with the store and all employees. Tyler, Nathan, miss odina and Renee. They are very Knowledgeable about the mods/tanks. And this location has the best verity of regular juice and best salt nic flavors. I highly recommend this vape shop.

2 weeks ago I bought the smok vape pen V2 kit. The unit worked great for 2 weeks then the unit would fire on its own and not stop. I had to take the coil out just to get it to stop. I put it back together and would do the same thing. I took the unit to A1 with the receipt and the gentleman would not give a refund or a replacement. I asked him that if I had just bought it and walked out the store and came back in that he still would not have given me a replacement or refund. So I am stuck spending 29.99 for a product that doesnt work anymore.

Very nice staff, not as large of a selection as Id hoped. They did have CBD oil in various strengths though, which was interesting. They have a rewards system if you sign up you earn points which become dollars to spend there, kinda cool. Ill go back.

Knowledgeable , friendly staff are always on hand to help out and answer your questions. I dont go to any other vape shop. Fair prices and a huge selection.

The staff exemplifies the concept of customer service. They Know You by name, even if you only show up once or twice a month like I do. They know the product, they are courteous and professional - surprisingly professional for an industry that markets, in part, by hosting cloud contests.They also have a loyalty program that saves you some money every now and again, if you dont redeem it builds up. Pretty neat. Not to mention, they always have some variety of juice for sale, awesome for someone who isnt married to a certain taste and enjoy sampling (Im not that person, I have two flavors I mix in a 25/75 ratio and I dont intend to change it).They have an enormous selection of products and can cater to a wide range of needs - from the experienced hobbyist who customizes everything to the first-time who has no clue other than they want a simple cig to satisfy their curiosity.Oh I got a free juice on my birthday, too.

Simply the Best! Huge selection of everything u need to Vape with. The owner and staff very nice and helpful. Great deals on all products when you rack up points with your app card, especially on your birthday! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They have nice hardware, some old but great devices/tanks/etc,. Some new.I was let down when I purchased vape juice, sadly.My main concern was getting a vape juice that was smooth, not harsh, they picked a 100ml bottle of juice and I went on my way.Filled my tank up and it was easily one of the harshest vape juices Ive ever hit. Been vaping for 8 years now, not new to it. My entire chest hurt.Maybe I shouldve taken a look at the vape juice itself because its very dark compared to my other 6mg nic juices.Oh well.

Worst customer service I ever had bought a ooze battery,it never worked they told it was the charger bought one of those it still never turned on. He told me he could discount a new one. No replacement nothing. There is a vape shop on every corner pass on this one.

My husband stopped by here to get 2 packs of coils and paid over $40. The same coils are online for no more than 12& a box.Absolute rip off

I went in on 6.3.22 and Tyler was very helpful about what I was looking for and I will be back to get all my necessities that I need for my vap he was very friendly and took time to show me about my vap that I purchased thanks

Nice shop. Good prices. But Im incredibly irritated because I purchased a Smok Infinix vape and the people working at the time told me I HAVE TO use nic salt juice in my vape or it will break(Im new to vaping and dont know much about it, and i purchased this device because it is low maintence) , and I spent an extra $30 on juice that I normally wouldnt have even spent. Then the juice they recommended was high in menthol flavor after I specifically told the salesperson I didnt like menthol flavor in juice. I called back to double check on the usage of nic salt juice after doing some research online (where it doesnt say anything whatsoever about a specific juice) and they again told me the same thing. I went into another vape shop in Apex, NC near my work and they told me they lied that I can use any juice I want and they even took the bottle I purchased from A1 Vapor and gave me a free bottle of juice and let me try the juice before I purchased it to ensure I liked it. Good customer service and friendly staff but I dont appreciate the marketing ploy to get more money out of me. Will not be shopping here ever again.

Great selection of product but do not open when listed on line...just went by at 12:15 PM and store is closed...Be sure to call before you go.

Their website says they open at 9 am but yet no one ever shows up. This place has awful prices and they’re employees are awful.
